Abstract

Objective. This study aims to identify and analyze consumer considerations factors in online purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable. Research Methods.This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Study Program of Master of Management, Postgraduate, Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan who had made online purchases. The number of samples was 80 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection used questionnaires and secondary data collection used literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study used linear regression analysis and interaction test with a significance value of = 5% (0.05). Results.The results showed that the variables of consumer consideration factors and consumer confidence had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of Postgraduate Management Master Program. Consumer trust was able to strengthen the influence of consumer considerations factors on consumer purchasing decisions online. Conclusion.All aspects contained in these variables consisting of price, product, ease of transaction and transaction security have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions to shop online. The better and clearer the practice of prices, products, convenience and security of transactions provided by companies or individual online sellers, the easier it is for consumers to make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research on consumer behavior, particularly on online mobile games, is an emerging topic that must be more deeply explored. As a relatively new topic, the approach and discussion of consumer behavior based on the online mobile games environment challenge researchers to describe it in a theoretical study. This research investigates the user's addiction to online mobile games (OMG) in apps purchase intention through a stickiness mediation variable. The samples were determined by using purposive random sampling, which consisted of gamers or people who were playing online mobile games and ever purchase a games feature. Therefore, a total of 439 responses were collected through an online survey. This research employs SmartPLS 2.0 to test both measurement and structural models. The results showed that the addiction to online mobile games influenced app purchase intention, and stickiness also mediated the relationship between addiction to online mobile games and app purchase intention. The contribution of this research emphasizing that the addiction to online mobile games had become a behavior that created stickiness and intention is also discussed in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on the purchase decision of Wardah Skincare products on the shopee marketplace through consumer trust. The respondents used in this study were women and men aged 17 years who were domiciled in the city of Medan and had purchased wardah skincare products on the shopee marketplace and filled out online customer reviews and online customer ratings. After collecting data, the sample used in this study was 100 respondents with purposive sampling method with non-probability sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that online customer reviews and online customer ratings do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews have no influence on consumer confidence while online customer ratings have a significant effect on consumer confidence. Consumer trust has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The influence of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions through consumer trust is not significant while online customer ratings on purchasing decisions through consumer trust have a significant influence. The data analysis used in this study is through a structural equation modeling approach / Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart-PLS 3.0 software

Abstract

Peran influencer credibility dalam pemasaran pariwisata diselidiki dalam memengaruhi perilaku minat berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana influencer credibility dapat mempengaruhi minat berkunjung. Terdapat dua dimensi influencer credibility yaitu keahlian dan Objektivitas. Melalui kedua dimensi tersebut akan membentuk minat berkunjung wisatawan. Kemudian parasocial interaction menggambarkan hubungan sepihak yang dibentuk individu dengan karakter dari televisi atau media lainnya dan dapat memiliki hasil karakter positif dan negatif. Melalui parasocial interaction akan membentuk minat berkunjung wisatawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Dilakukan pengujian menggunakan analisis structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa influencer credibility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intention to Visit. Sehingga, influencer credibility menjelaskan informasi tertentu bukan menjadi faktor yang dapat membentuk intention to visit wisatawan. Kemudian parasocial interaction berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap intention to visit. Ketika wisatawan sudah merasakan parasocial interaction akan membentuk intention to visit. Dengan demikian, Pemasaran ke Danau Toba Samosir dapat dikembangkan dengan media sosial salah satunya Instagram melalui parasocial Interaction yang akan meningkatkan minat berkunjung wisatawan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership style of the Regional Secretary in increasing the discipline and morale of employees at the Regional Secretariat office of South Nias Regency. This form of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat Office of South Nias Regency. Collecting research data through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, several conclusions can be put forward, namely 1) South Nias District Secretary applies a motivational, situational and democratic leadership style, 2) Employee presence and obedience to ASN work regulations are classified as good, this is because employees pay attention or do not neglect work regulations. Even though there are still employees who do not complete their work on time as stipulated, there are still employees who like to be late and leave the office earlier, and 3) The morale of the employees of the South Nias Regency Regional Secretariat office is quite good due to the motivation and attention of the leadership, a comfortable work environment and no pressure, the leadership style adopted by the leadership is democratic, and motivating and the leadership respects the work of subordinates and employees realize that the tasks assigned to them will be accounted for before God.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik sampling sensus dengan sampel 47 responden, artinya semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Dat penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pegawai Satpol PP Kota Medan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,460 > 1,679). Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,006 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,918 > 1,679). Sedangkan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,140 > 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (-1,505 < 1,679). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1), kerjasama tim (X2), dan pengawasan kerja (X3) dapat menjelaskan kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 69,5% sisanya 30,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The research objective was to examine and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, and Promotion on Employee Performance at PT. Sumatra Anugerah Teknindo Perkasa Medan. The population in this study was 167 employees and the sample size in this study was 118 employees. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing the hypothesis partially obtained tcount > ttable or 3.428 > 1.981 and significantly obtained 0.001 <0.05, meaning that partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumatra Anugerah Teknindo Perkasa Medan. The value of tcount > ttable or 4, 610 > 1.981 and the significant obtained is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumatra Anugerah Teknindo Perkasa Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan hedonisme terhadap minat beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan generasi Z di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan melalui teknik Purposive Random Sampling, dan disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), dan Hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Berdasarkan Uji Simultan (Uji F), Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), dan Hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama–sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,472 yang berarti 47,2% minat beli dapat meningkat oleh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan Hedonisme.

Abstract

Live streaming merupakan video berisi sebuah konten yang disiarkan secara langsung melalui sebuah platform dengan menggunakan jaringan internet. Dimana, dalam video tersebut penonton dan streamer dapat berinteraksi secara langsung melalui kolom komentar secara realtime. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis konfigurasi dari jalur outcome minat melanjutkan menonton secara positif dan negatif pada live streaming dengan memperhatikan enam dimensi uses and gratification dan engagement yaitu; emotional, entertainment, social presence, social interaction, sense of community, dan information seeking. Teknik analisis yang digunakan fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 313. Berdasarkan hasil fsQCA terdapat dua konfigurasi yang menciptakan positive continuance watching intention yaitu C1 dan C3. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil fsQCA juga terdapat tiga konfigurasi yang menciptakan negative continuance watching intention yaitu C2, C3, dan C7. Konfigurasi kedua dan ketiga dimana dengan ketidak hadiran konstruk emotional akan menjadikan minat melanjutkan menonton secara negatif. Kemudian konfigurasi ketujuh dengan kondisi tidak hadir social interaction, dan social interaction akan memjadikan niat melanjutkan menonton yang negatif juga. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi peneliti dan penyedia konten live streaming dalam kegiatan strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan pengalaman menonton sehingga mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk melanjutkan menonton live streaming di TikTok. Kata Kunci: Emotional, Entertainment, Social Interaction, Social Presence, dan Information Seeking.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a strategic sector that can contribute to both regional and national economic growth. This sector can create jobs to increase people's incomes as a consequence of the development of tourism industri and investment. This study investigated the influence of three variables of tourism service marketing mix consisting of people, processes and physical evidence on tourism satisfaction. A total of 53 respondents selected purposively from tourists who have visited at least twice to tourist destinations Bulbul Beach. Using the help of SPSS 18 data software was processed and analyzed and found that people has positively insignificant influence to the satisfaction of tourists, the process has negatively insignificant effect to the satisfaction of tourists, and physical evidence has positively significant effect to the satisfaction of the tourists, with R2 of 0.783. For subsequent research, the studied variables can be expanded into all of the marketing mix variables and more respondents with more tourist visit experience
