Abstract

The function of the foundation as a substructure that transmits the load received from the upper structure of the building into the foundation makes the foundation have an important role. The strength of the foundation is something that needs to be planned properly. This planning aims to plan the foundation for the Permata Indah Building, Nganjuk Regency, which will later be used as a boarding house building. Planning that is carried out includes selecting the type of foundation, calculation of dimensions, and foundation reinforcement. Based on soil investigation results, the foundation type pile was chosen because the hard soil was located at a depth of 17 m. The method used to calculate the bearing capacity of the pile includes the Meyerhoff, Begemann, and Trofimankove methods. With a diameter of 30 cm and 4 poles, the carrying capacity of group piles (Pg) was obtained using the Meyerhoff method of 224.60 tons, the Begemann Method of 199.59, and the Trophimankove Method of 259.36 tons. From these results, the group pile bearing capacity value is still greater than the value of ƩVu= 146.28 tonnes. Meanwhile, for a single pile settlement Se= 2.13cm <Sijin= 3 cm SAFE and a pile settlement group Sg= 3.98cm.

Abstract

Simpang empat di simpang Jl. Bendo – Pogalan Di Kabupaten Trenggalek merupakan salah satu persimpangan di Kabupaten Trenggalek, kawasan ini merupakan titik pertemuan kendaraan dari luar daerah untuk menuju kawasan komersial. Oleh karena itu, lalu lintas di ruas ini tinggi, sehingga mengakibatkan kemacetan dan tundaan kendaraan yang lama, terutama pada jam sibuk. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja simpang bersinyal, serta mencari alternatif lalu lintas untuk mengatasi permasalahan kemacetan. Metode yang digunakan berdasarkan MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, panjang antrian dan derajat kejenuhan pada simpang ini cukup tinggi, beberapa alternatif dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Alternatif II dianggap paling optimal dengan mengurangi fase sinyal, sehingga mengurangi derajat kejenuhan (DS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis perubahan fasa didapatkan bahwa derajat kejenuhan dari semua arah pendekatan mengalami penurunan dan peningkatan. Untuk tundaan simpang rata-rata sebesar 46,36 detik/smp. Maka alternatif yang tepat saat ini adalah dengan mengurangi fasa sinyal.

Abstract

The slums in Sidoarjo city are caused by people who ignore the cleanliness of the environment. The number of people who dispose of waste, household waste, or production waste in the channel causes the reduced function of drainage channels. This study aims to determine the capacity of existing channels in the flood area of Sidokare and Lemahputro slum, Sidoarjo. The method used uses a quantitative descriptive method—hydrological data obtained from rainfall recording stations for ten years. The data was then analyzed using rational methods to calculate the discharge of flood plans when resetting the 10-yearly. The hydrology and hydraulic analysis calculation results obtained plan discharge (Qr) of 0.092 m3/s and existing discharge (Qs) of 0.032 m3/s. These results showed the existing channel condition could not accommodate the discharge of rainwater runoff, so there needs to be redimence of the channel. From the analysis of the dimensions of drainage channels conducted, obtained a new channel in the form of Box U-Ditch with a channel depth (h) 0.50 width under the channel (b) 0.40 m, with channel discharge plan that 0.128 m3/s can accommodate.

Abstract

In a construction project, there are several aspects that cause the project not to go according to plan. Cost and time are aspects that need to be considered to avoid losses incurred in a project. Jombang-ploso-legundi-gresik road project is one of the road widening projects carried out by PT. Mix Pro Indonesia. The project was carried out with the aim that access to (Surabaya-Mojokerto) or further trans Java toll road is quicker safe and smoother. This research aims to optimize the cost and time on the project using the Earned Value method. Calculations include the calculation of ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), BCWS (Budgeted Cost Work Schedule), and BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed) using the Earned Value method. From these parameters, estimate aspects of cost and time. As well as project analysis of acceleration on a critical trajectory of work. The results of calculations in the 12th week obtained a BCWS value of Rp 1,216,677,846,400 BCWP = Rp 3,040,372,140,080, ACWP = Rp 3,678,560,000. CV value = -Rp 109,203,495.92, SV = Rp 895,646,816.82, CPI = 0.827, and for SPI = 2,499. From these results it can be seen that the CPI value < 1 which means that there are project expenditures that exceed the original plan. With the results, it can be used as a reference in the implementation of project activities.

Abstract

Construction management is very necessary in project management. To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of construction development activities, a unit price calculation tool is needed, namely construction cost analysis. Contractors generally make bid prices based on analysis that is not entirely guided by BOW (Burgerlijke Openbare Werken) analysis or SNI (Standart National Indonesia) analysis. Contractors tend to calculate the unit price of work using their own analysis which is based on previous experience in completing a construction work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the unit price of work on the building using the SNI, BOW and Field methods. The work components analyzed in this study are the unit price of materials and wages for partner work and foundation work. In each calculation method used, the most economical cost budget plan is obtained, namely using the field method calculation with the unit price value for the work of a partner, it costs Rp. 509.9996.78 while for foundation work it costs Rp. 722,965.1. By using the field method, a unit price is more economical when compared to BOW and SNI methods. So that these results can be used as a reference in planning the budget for a construction project.

Abstract

Perekonomian Kota kediri yang meningkat menjadikan masyarakat antusias dalam berinvestasi di dunia perumahan. Dengan data dari Kepala Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman mengungkapkan bahwa Pemkot kediri juga telah menetapkan Rencana Detail Tata Ruang, dimana Sebagian wilayahnya diperuntukkan sebagai Kawasan perumahan dan pemukiman. Namun, masyarakat banyak beralih ke rumah bertingkat karena mampu meminimalisir lahan dan mendapatkan banyak ruang untuk anggota keluarga. Selain itu, rumah bertingkat harus didesain kokoh dan kuat agar mampu menopang beban baik beban mati maupun beban hidup dan beban-beban yang lain. Salah satu upaya memperkokoh bangunan dengan memperkuat struktur bangunannya seperti kolom dan balok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuat tekan beton tekan dengan penambahan fly ash (FA) dan superplasticizer (SP) dengan harapan dapat mengurangi penggunaan semen dengan mutu yang sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan melakukan pengujian langsung di Laboratorium Teknik Universitas Sipil Kadiri yang mengacu pada SNI. Benda uji yang digunakan berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran 15 cm x 30 cm dengan lama pengerasan 3 hari, 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari dengan kuat tekan rencana fc' 21,7 MPa. Hasil penambahan fly ash dan Superplastizer didapatkan nilai slump untuk variasi FA0%, FA4%+SP0.5%, FA8%+SP0.5% berturut-turut 13 cm, 8 cm, 6 cm dan 6 cm. Hasil penelitian pada variasi FA0%, FA4%+SP0.5%, FA8%+SP0.5%, menunjukkan kuat tekan rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada variasi FA 8% + SP 0.5% yaitu sebesar 29.8 Mpa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengujian kuat tekan beton dengan penambahan fly ash dan superplasticizer mendapatkan hasil kuat tekan terbesar pada campuran beton variasi fly ash 8% dan SP 0.5 % dengan umur beton 28 hari sebesar 32,8 Mpa setara dengan K-300. Hasil tersebut dapat diaplikasikan pada pekerjanaan Kolom dan Balok pada bangunan bertingkat.
