Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Perum Bulog area Kanwil NTB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perum Bulog area Kanwil NTB kecuali Pimpinan wilayah, Wakil Pimpinan, Satuan pengawas internal, Kepala bidang yang berjumlah 55 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sensus atau sampling jenuh. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil peneltian beban kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja, dan hasil mediasi bahwa varibael stres kerja mampu memediasi antara beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

 Zaman modern yang serba terbuka seperti saat ini, fenomena berpacaran telah menjadi sesuatu yang sangat lazim dan dianggap lumrah oleh banyak kalangan, terutama di kalangan remaja dan anak muda. Namun, dari sudut pandang agama Islam, fenomena berpacaran ini perlu dikaji secara mendalam dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek penting yang sejalan dengan ajaran dan nilai-nilai Islam Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena berpacaran dari perspektif Islam, khususnya berdasarkan Surah al-Isra' ayat 32 dan Surah al-Hujurat ayat 13. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis teks. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berpacaran memiliki beberapa aspek problematik, antara lain: potensi mendekati zina, bertentangan dengan prinsip menjaga kehormatan diri, dan tidak sesuai dengan konsep kemuliaan manusia dalam Islam yang didasarkan pada ketakwaan. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji pandangan hukum Islam terhadap berpacaran, yang tidak dikenal sebagai hubungan yang sah. Sebagai alternatif, Islam menawarkan konsep ta'aruf dan pernikahan sebagai cara yang dibenarkan dalam menjalin hubungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Kesimpulannya, umat Muslim dianjurkan untuk menghindari praktik berpacaran dan mengikuti tuntunan syariat dalam menjalin hubungan, demi menjaga kesucian diri dan mencapai kemuliaan di hadapan Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the features of language transfer found in the use of Arabizi on YouTube content, focusing on interference, borrowing, and code mixing. The method used is a qualitative approach through a literature review technique, examining various academic sources and scholarly journals to build a comprehensive analytical framework. The results show that Arabizi, as a writing system of the Arabic language using Latin letters, numbers, and symbols, reflects the complexity of language transfer in three main aspects. First, interference occurs through phonological adaptation, such as the use of numbers to represent Arabic letters that have no equivalent in the Latin alphabet. Second, borrowing is evident in the adoption of linguistic elements from the Latin alphabet and symbols to accommodate technical limitations in digital writing. Third, code mixing appears in the blending of Arabic and English, especially in informal communication on social media. This Arabizi phenomenon reflects how the Arabic language adapts to the demands of modern digital communication while still preserving the cultural identity of its users.

Abstract

The teaching of Maharah al-Kalam (speaking skills) at the Islamic Institute of Hamzanwadi Nahdlatul Wathan, East Lombok, faces various issues related to language interference. These challenges arise when students struggle to express ideas and thoughts spontaneously in Arabic due to the influence of their mother tongue (Indonesian) and regional languages. This study aims to deeply examine the issues of language interference in teaching Maharah al-Kalam at the Islamic Institute of Hamzanwadi Nahdlatul Wathan, East Lombok. It seeks to identify the forms of language interference occurring and analyze the underlying factors. The research employs a field research method with a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and analysis of student speech transcripts. The study reveals the complexity of linguistic challenges faced by students in mastering Arabic speaking skills. Language interference was identified in three dimensions: phonology, syntax, and vocabulary, driven by limited exposure to Arabic, traditional teaching methods, and the dominance of the mother tongue. The impacts of interference include a decline in students’ confidence and reduced quality of Arabic communication. To address these issues, the research proposes comprehensive solutions, such as developing practical teaching methods, raising linguistic awareness, employing a contrastive approach, and implementing intensive training techniques like drilling and role-playing.

Abstract

Intercultural communication in the context of traditional Islamic education ideally prioritizes authentic and structured linguistic expression, with the multilingual proficiency of santri manifested in language practices with clear linguistic boundaries. However, observations at Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School indicate the existence of linguistic distortions characterized by the extensive and nonsystematic use of code-mixing, creating an epistemological gap in the language acquisition and linguistic identity construction of santri. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the phenomenon of code-mixing in santri interactions, focusing on the classification, form, and function of code-mixing. The results identified the existence of outer code mixing in the form of Indonesian-Arabic and Arabic-Indonesian, as well as inner code mixing in the form of Indonesian-Javanese and Javanese-Indonesian. The forms of code mixing include the insertion of words, phrases, and expressions/idioms, with functions including accuracy of meaning, argumentative, communication efficiency, and building intimacy. The findings contribute to the development of sociolinguistic epistemology in the context of traditional Islamic education and provide an empirical foundation for methodological innovation in language learning in pesantren settings, particularly the development of a "translanguaging pedagogy" approach that optimizes multilingual practices as a productive learning resource.
