Abstract

The micro-business of Rengginang crackers with the Urnika brand in Prambontergayang Village, Tuban District, is an industry in the food sector. The process of drying Rengginang crackers in partner’s still uses conventional methods or under sunlight to carry out the drying process. Hence, it takes quite a long time to dry Rengginang, namely around 6-7 days. This community service program aims to develop and train the use of alternative technology for drying Rengginang crackers to Rengginang crackers micro-entrepreneurs in Prambontergayang Village, Tuban District. The method used for implementing PKM is a participatory approach (participatory action research/PAR). The results of the PKM carried out have had a positive impact on partners, namely more optimal and efficient drying. Drying using a microcontroller-based food dehydrator can speed up drying up to 120 minutes with a capacity of 5000 pcs of wet Rengginang. With this technology, partners can increase their production capacity for Rengginang crackers so that they can increase the expected number of sales.

Abstract

Perancangan konsep meja kerja pengelasan untuk proses pembelajaran perlu memper­timbangkan resiko Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). Perancangan konsep meja kerja pengelasan dilakukan dengan tujuan meminimalisir risiko EFPs, khususnya jenis gerakan fleksi ke depan pada leher dan posisi lengan yang terangkat saat melakukan pengelasan dalam posisi berdiri dengan estimasi welding selama 360 menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang konsep desain meja kerja pengelasan yang ergonomis, dengan penilaian menggunakan beberapa parameter yang disimulasi­kan menggunakan Digital Human Modeling. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang konsep meja kerja pengelasan adalah metode Pugh concept Selection, yang kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak Catia V5 R21 untuk menganalisis nilai LBA dan RULA. Parameter postur tubuh model manusia disesuaikan dengan tiga subjek yang diuji menggunakan meja kerja sebelum dimodifikasi. Hasil identifikasi pada konsep desain, ditemukan alternatif konsep desain I untuk meja kerja pengelasan. Konsep ini men­cakup beberapa parameter spesifikasi, ter­masuk kemampuan meja untuk disesuai­kan secara langsung, penjepit komponen penge­lasan yang dibuat secara permanen, penggunaan manual tanpa alat bantu setup, kemampuan penyesuaian sudut kemiringan meja, dan ketinggian meja yang dapat disesuaikan menggunakan sistem ulir. Setelah mendapatkan konsep desain tersebut, dilakukan pengujian simulasi pada konsep desain terpilih. Hasil pengujian simulasi didapatkan nilai LBA pada konsep desain meja pengelasan dengan ketinggian 70 cm dan 100 cm (tinggi meja dapat menyesuaikan postur tubuh) lebih aman dan nyaman dibandingkan dengan desain meja pengelasan sebelum dimodifikasi (50 cm). Hal ini juga terjadi pada penilaian RULA, Dimana desain meja kerja pengelasan baru mampu meningkatkan nilai yang semula 7 menjadi 3. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, pengem­bangan konsep meja kerja pengelasan terbukti efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, karena mahasiswa dapat mempelajari secara langsung penggunaan meja yang tepat dengan memperhitungkan kesejahteraan ergonomis operator untuk mengurangi risiko cedera WMSDs pada pekerjaan pengelasan.

Abstract

Persaingan produk menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan. Kebutuhan pengembangan produk penting dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen salah satunya adalah produk hardcase. Teknologi handphone yang berkembang berdampak pada gaya hidup masyarakat. Produk hardcase selain menjadi pelindung handphone pada dekade terakhir bergeser menjadi salah satu kebutuhan gaya hidup. Inovasi produk hardcase menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan pemasaran sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang ulang desain produk hardcase untuk meningkatkan daya tarik yang lebih pada konsumen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kano modeling dan kansei enggineering. Penggunaan kano model difungsikan untuk mengkategorikan kebutuhan konsumen sesuai atribut yang ditentukan berdasarkan seberapa baik produk atau jasa tersebut mampu memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen. sedangkan kansei engginering difungsikan menerjemahkan kebutuhan emosional konsumen terhadap desain yang konkert terhadap produk hardcase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan metode kano modelling menghasilkan perbaikan atribut berdasarkan indikator fungsional dan disfungsional pada variabel pengunaan hardcase memperoleh skor tertinggi dengan nilai 0.72 dan variabel kemasaan mendapatkan skor terendah dengan nilai 0.51, Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi kansei engineering berdasarkan penilaian signifikansi anova, dengan 10 atribut variabel dependent diperoleh 9 atribut variabel dependent menarik,bahan, awet, desain, warna, ukuran, acssesoris, fungsi, daya tahan menghasilkan nilai sig 0.000 sehingga atribut layak dikembangkan.

Abstract

Lights are always evolving, both in terms of form, features, and function. Magnetic lights are one of the most important objects in the room and are developing. Along with these developments, often the products of magnetic lamps are of less quality. So that the main function of the magnetic lamp is neglected, and it creates weaknesses, both in terms of dimensions and features compared to the previous magnetic lamp design. This gives rise to new ideas for the design of magnetic lighting products that are better in terms of function and added value that can be provided by these products to meet the needs of users or consumers. The success of a product can be measured by how much the existence of the product can be accepted by consumers, and will directly increase profits for the company or producer and vice versa. This study focuses on how to develop and design magnetic lighting product designs according to the wishes of the Customer (students) using the QFD method and identify the attributes of the magnetic lighting products that are prioritized by the Customer (students) using the QFD method with the aim of knowing how to develop and design product designs. This development has a fairly high priority, after the two attributes, the development of attractive shapes, and durable materials. Become the biggest development priority. The development of attributes that have a high priority will significantly encourage the fulfillment of customers (students), while developments with low priorities will not have much influence on meeting the needs of customers (students).

Abstract

Para pebisnis membutuhkan beragam cara di dunia saat ini karena persaingan di pasar Indonesia semakin ketat. Dengan meningkatnya persaingan antara pengusaha besar dan pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Indonesia, penjualan produk dari pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di pedesaan mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Akibatnya, usaha kecil dan menengah ingin meningkatkan penjualan mereka tetapi tidak tahu di mana harus mempromosikan atau memasarkannya agar efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memodelkan masalah pemilihan media periklanan yang tepat selama 6 bulan ke depan dan memilih media periklanan yang tepat untuk mempromosikan produk UMKM Sarbus dari Desa Sarangan Kecamatan Kanor Kabupaten Bojonegoro selama 6 tahun ke depan dengan menggunakan Markov Chain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pada bulan pertama, kedua, dan keenam, UKM SARBUS disarankan berjualan menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp, sedangkan pada bulan ketiga, bulan keempat, dan kelima, UKM SARBUS sebaiknya berjualan menggunakan YouTube.

Abstract

Kinerja produk/jasa dianggap memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan harus dinilai dari tingkat kepuasan dan ketidak puasan. perusahaan perlu mulai memikirkan pentingnya pelayanaan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. PT. Karisma Sejahtera Daihatsu Cabang Bojonegoro selalu mengutamakan kualitas pemeliharaan yang tepat dan cepat yang sesuai standart yang telah ditentukan dalam program ICSK (Integrated Customer Satisfaction Kaizen). Namun terdapat permasalahan lain yang muncul yaitu kepuasan pelayanan pada saat waktu tunggu service mobil yang cukup lama dengan waktu 2 jam 30 menit. Perlunya peninggakatan pelayan pelanggan pada waktu tunggu menjadi perhatian penting perusahaan, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah usulan perbaikan kualitas layanan pelanggan dengan waktu tunggu pada saat melakukan service mobil pada PT. Karisma Sejahtera Daihatsu Cabang Bojonegoro menggunakan pendekatan kano model. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu mengkategirkan atribut berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan pendekatan kano model sehingga memungkinkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang diharapkan oleh pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstrak The success of an industry is influenced by the selection of suppliers and effective evaluation processes. Mistakes in choosing raw material suppliers will affect a company's productivity decline. This research is important to be conducted to identify alternative supplier selections. Convection Yani is an industry engaged in clothing production. The issue at hand is that the thread quality from suppliers tends to differ, thus affecting the quality of the clothing production. The importance of supplier selection can support the provision of quality materials. The purpose of this research is to determine quality thread suppliers by considering multiple criteria using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The criteria considerations involve four criteria: price, quality, delivery, and service. The FAHP method yields the highest values with Toko Rizqi having a weight of 1.00, UD. Sandra with a weight of 0.547, Toko Sumber Baru with a weight of 0.168, and Toko Gloria with a weight of 0.045.

Abstract

Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Jambi Merang is a company that produces natural gas and condensate. The natural gas produced is sold to PLN in Jambi, South Sumatra and West Java as fuel for PLN and industry. Meanwhile, the condensate is exported to Singapore as industrial fuel. Because the pump is a vital equipment or component in a natural gas production process and to learn about reciprocating pumps and how to maintain them so that the pump can work optimally and be ready for use at any time. The purpose of this research is to understand about Preventive Maintenance (Preventive maintenance) on the Horizontal Plunger Pump and study the problems that often occur in the Horizontal Plunger Pump and how to solve them. The data collection methods used were direct researcher participation in the research object, field observations and interviews with the department responsible for managing the horizontal plunger pump at PERTAMINA HULU ENERGY JAMBI MERANG. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the preventive maintenance work on the Horizontal Plunger Pump LP Flare KOD which was carried out at PHE Jambi Merang included weekly service, 3 month service, and 6 month service. In addition, problems that often occur with the Horizontal Plunger Pump at PHE Jambi Merang include the suction strainer often experiencing an increase in differential pressure, the rapid filling of the high level in the exhaust fluid storage tank from oil, seepage or leakage in the lubrication tank on the level indicator bar, noise on the V-Belt, excessive vibration or vibration, lube oil pressure to the stuffing box is often insufficient.

Abstract

Supply chain management combines all parties involved in the manufacture of products, either directly or indirectly. A quality management tool known as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) has the ability to match the current state of a process by providing opportunities for improvement and reducing waste. To create a Value Stream Mapping (VSM), some building symbols are needed. Each symbol in VSM serves a different purpose and serves a different purpose. They also show the various stakeholders involved in the process and explain the processes that occur. Future State Value Stream Mapping shows the results of proposed improvements that can reduce Non Value Added by 37.84%. Based on the identification of the Home Industry Supply Chain process, the result of proposed future improvements that eliminate non-value-added time is expected to reduce the value to 37.84%.

Abstract

The advancement of technology encourages companies to enhance machine performance to support production. Routine maintenance ensures smoother operations and optimal machine utilization. However, suboptimal machine use reduces productivity and leads to production losses. One effective method to mitigate this is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serving as a metric to evaluate productivity losses. Human error, often caused by fatigue, is a major source of downtime. Mechanical issues, such as conveyor belt damage from sugar tobacco residue, and environmental factors like high temperatures or electrical disturbances, also contribute to machine inefficiency. In the thresher unit of the KAREB Cooperative, several disruptions affect machine effectiveness. OEE analysis in May 2022 showed a value of 11.81%, far below world-class standards, primarily due to significant machine damage during that period. While the defect rate was 0%, the highest downtime occurred in week 3, when intensive production caused frequent machine issues.
