Abstract

Kegiatan bisnis di Indonesia sangat beragam dari jumlah dan jenisnya salah satu bentuk usaha yang paling dominan yaitu industri UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) dengan berbagai karektristik, sebagian besar berlomba memanfaatkan perkembangan e-commerce dan e-bussnies untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan ke arah industri kreatif digital. Namun skala pemanfaatan perkembangan e-commerce dan e-bussnies belum merata antar individu dan lokasi, karena terkendala faktor sumber daya manusia, pendanaan, dan infrastruktur dan faktor lainnya. Pada era globalisasi seperti ini, teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat kompleks dan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir yang berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pada dunia bisnis. Perkembangan yang terjadi memunculkan istilah yang tidak asing lagi bagi kita, seperti e-business, e-commerce, e-learning, e-university, e-book, e-banking, dan istilah sejenis yang beredar. Metode Pendampingan dilakukan dengan pendekatan individual dan klasikal. Pendekatan klasikal yang dilakukan yaitu pendampingan penggunaan internet dan media social, pembuatan akun e-commerce, upload produk, dan penentuan harga produk sesuai dengan kurir yang telah ditentukan. Adapun langkah-langkah kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pemberdayaan UMKM dan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan media internet bidang e-commerce dan e-bussnies. Hasil dan pembahasan dari UMKM dapat mengakses pasar yang lebih besar dan mendapatkan pelanggan baru. Selain itu, penggunaan strategi digital marketing seperti SEO, SEM, media sosial, dan email marketing dapat membantu meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan UMKM di platform e-commerce dan e-bussnies. Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in the context of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced in improving business sustainability.GHRM, which includes HR policies and practices that support environmental sustainability goals, has great potential to improve the operational efficiency and competitiveness of SMEs.However, many SMEs face barriers such as limited resources, lack of understanding of sustainability, and resistance to change. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies of SMEs that have adopted or are planning to implement GHRM.The findings indicate that, despite persistent challenges, significant opportunities exist for enhancing business sustainability, efficiency, and corporate image through GHRM implementation. GHRM practices are anticipated to contribute to cost reduction, talent attraction, and adherence to increasingly stringent environmental regulations.This research offers recommendations for SMEs to integrate sustainability policies into HR management, thereby fortifying long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Investment is the activity of putting a quantity of capital (money or other valuable assets) into an object, institution, or party with the hope that after a certain period of time it will make a profit. The term "investment" is becoming more and more common amongst society given the increasing number of products produced. With the increasing number of investment products, investing is becoming very complex especially for public investors who have not really understood the intricacies of investing. This capital market school activity lasted for one day. Some of the materials that will be introduced concern general knowledge of investment and capital markets provided by experts in their field. The expected outcome of this capital market activity is that students as participants of the Capital Market school activities, can understand the activities that take place in the Capital market easily through the delivery of materials, discussions, or through practice in person. After the implementation of the activities of this Capital Market School, then the participants  can gain several benefits which can be used to make transactions in the capital market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance which is mediated by organizational commitment. The population in this study were 50 employees of the Ashofa Sidoarjo hotel. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study were employees of the Ashofa Sidoarjo Hotel, East Java, respondents consisting of marketing employees, management employees, engineering employees, housekeeping employees, kitchen employees and daily workers. All 50 respondents in this study used the Saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses the SEM-PLS approach which uses the help of Smart-PLS 4.0 software, inferential analysis of each variable and SPSS 20 aims to analyze statistical characteristics of respondents and descriptive analysis of variables in the research. The research results explain that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan hotel ashofa sidoarjo. Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan karyawan hotel ashofa Sidoarjo Jawa Timur, responden yang terdiri dari karyawan marketing, karyawan manajemen, karyawan engineering, karyawan housekeeping, karyawan kitchen dan pekerja harian. Keseluruhan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden menggunakan teknik sampling Jenuh yang merupakan teknik penentuan sampel apabila keseluruhan anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS yang menggunakan bantuan software Smart-PLS 4.0, analisis inferensial setiap variabel serta SPSS 20 bertujuan untuk menganalisis statistik karakteristik responden dan analisis deskriptif variabel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

Companies must keep improving themselves by increasing their resources to cope with severe competition. In order for a company to survive, it must be able to deal with problems from within and from outside. The study aims to investigate how transformational and transactional leadership styles affect employee performance. The study involved 50 employees of the Ni Made Tjandra Kasih Public Assessment Office in Surabaya. Fifty employees of Ni Made tjandra kasih public assessment office in Surabaya consisted of different levels of management, occupational responsibilities, gender, and educational backgrounds. The research found that transformational leadership and transactional leadership improved employee performance at the Ni Made Tjandra Kasih Surabaya Public Assessment Office, and that transformative leadership as well as transactional leadership also improved employees performance.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the role of the principal in designing, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to maintain the Existence of Education through the Management of Senior High Schools at SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, 2) To explain the Impact of the Principal's Role in designing, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to maintain the Existence of Education through School Management at SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya. The research instrument consists of two instruments, namely the key instrument and the supporting instrument. The key instrument in this study while the supporting instrument in this study are teachers, students, parents of students.
