Abstract

Bencana alam dapat terjadi secara tiba‐tiba baik melalui proses yang berlangsung secara perlahan maupun secara bencana secara tiba-tiba, hampir tidak mungkin diperkirakan secara akurat kapan, dimana akan terjadi dan besaran kekuatannya. Kebencanaan di daerah pantai pesisir, seperti Labuan Pandeglang, menjadi isu kritis yang memerlukan pendekatan mitigasi secara komprehensif, ditunjang dengan pendekatan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah dalam upaya mitigasi kebencanaan di kalangan milenial di daerah pantai pesisir Labuan Pandeglang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pemangku kepentingan terkait kebijakan mitigasi kebencanaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan milenial sebagai strategi utama dalam membangun kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan mitigasi kebencanaan. Pendekatan ini mencakup pelibatan milenial dengan pendekatan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam melalui pelatihan, kampanye sosial, dan proyek-proyek komunitas yang bertujuan untuk membangun kapasitas mereka dalam menghadapi potensi bencana. Pendampingan untuk milenial juga menjadi sarana efektif untuk mengkomunikasikan informasi risiko bencana dan tindakan mitigasi kepada generasi muda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan partisipasi milenial dalam kegiatan mitigasi dengan  pemahaman nilai pendidikan Islam lebih baik tentang langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil dalam menghadapi pra bencana, bencana dan pasca bencana.

Abstract

This research was conducted because it saw the relevance of the thought of al-Thab 'education in the perspective of TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin, with the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. The method used in this paper is the literature study method with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data or materials. materials related to the theme of the discussion and problems taken from bibliographical sources. This paper concludes that there is a relevance of the TGKH TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin educational thinking with the National Education System, namely: 1) Educational objectives; 2) Teaching methods; 3) education delivery strategy; 4) Learning strategies. The perspective of TGKH Muhammad Zainuddin, not only aims to change the characteristics through the educational path but also aims to increase the religious value of society through the applied Sufism teachings.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping national civilization and character, particularly in Muslim-majority countries such as Indonesia, where it forms an integral part of the national education system. Beyond its function as a vehicle for knowledge transmission, Islamic education serves as a foundation for moral and ethical development rooted in Islamic values. In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, the adaptability of Islamic education becomes increasingly vital especially as mass media emerges as a powerful force in influencing public perception of related policies. This study explores how Islamic education policies are portrayed in the mass media, the extent to which such portrayals shape public opinion, and the patterns of framing and bias that may be present in media coverage. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, the research draws on a range of sources including books, academic journals, news articles, and digital publications. The findings reveal that mass media significantly influence public attitudes toward Islamic education policy through agenda-setting and framing techniques. While mainstream media often align with government narratives, alternative media tend to highlight critical perspectives, including concerns about the potential secularization of Islamic education. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for more inclusive and transparent communication strategies involving collaboration among policymakers, scholars, and media practitioners to foster a more informed and balanced public discourse.
