Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Gapuk, Kabupaten Lombok Barat melalui inovasi pengolahan kelapa muda menjadi produk milkshake. Desa Gapuk dikenal memiliki potensi kelapa muda yang melimpah, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada penjualan dalam bentuk segar sehingga nilai tambah ekonominya rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi produk olahan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai jual sekaligus membuka peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung bersama kelompok masyarakat sasaran, khususnya ibu rumah tangga dan pemuda desa. Materi pelatihan mencakup teknik pengolahan kelapa muda menjadi milkshake dengan berbagai varian rasa, standar kebersihan dan keamanan pangan, serta strategi pemasaran sederhana berbasis media sosial. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah kelapa muda menjadi produk bernilai tambah, serta tumbuhnya motivasi untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil berbasis potensi lokal. Program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Desa Gapuk sekaligus memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk lokal berbasis sumber daya alam desa.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between peer conformity and delinquency in adolescents in the Dasan Agung neighborhood, Selaparang sub-district, Mataram. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire as the main method, while interview and documentation methods are complementary methods. The number of samples taken from this research were 30 teenagers from the Head of Dasan Agung Village, Selaparang District, Mataram. whose ages are between 16-22 years. The results of this research show that the results of the t test with a significant value of 0.001, the significant value of variable teenagers in Dasan Agung Village, Selaparang subdistrict, Mataram were rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which reads: there is a relationship between peer conformity and juvenile delinquency in Dasan Agung Village Head, subdistrict Selaparang, Mataram was accepted. So there is a relationship between conformity and delinquency in teenagers from the Head of Dasan Agung Village, Selaparang District, Mataram

Abstract

The presentation of this superior product, green bean jelly, aims to provide an alternative to processed green beans for Posyandu mothers. By looking at the ingredients in it, it is hoped that it can help the process of improving nutrition for children, pregnant women, and mothers after giving birth. Apart from that, the ingredients in green beans can also help prevent stunting. Seeing the relatively high stunting rate in Carangrejo Village was the reason for choosing this superior product, green bean Jelly.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi hasil pengamatan bahwa guru memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang terhadap penanganan anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) dengan diagnosa kesulitan belajar spesifik pada PAUD/TK UMAR AL-FARUK. Sehingga dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki guru maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini masih sangat perlu dilakukan. Dimana pengetahuan guru tentang kesulitan belajar spesifik akan membantu mengarahkan guru dalam memberikan pelayanan yang tepat yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kondisi anak.

Abstract

Bullying in primary schools is a critical issue that can negatively affect children's emotional, social, and academic growth. An unsafe and unfriendly school environment can result in long-term psychological trauma and decreased learning quality. To address this, a community engagement program was conducted at SDN 18 Mataram to raise awareness and educate students about the dangers of bullying, its various forms, and effective prevention and response strategies. The activities included interactive lectures, educational video screenings, group discussions, and role-playing scenarios designed to promote empathy and empower students to stand against bullying. The program yielded positive results, with students demonstrating improved understanding of bullying and showing a collective willingness to build a safe, respectful, and child-friendly school environment. This initiative serves as a foundation for fostering a sustainable anti-bullying culture in primary education. The implications of this effort are substantial. It supports character education by integrating values such as empathy, tolerance, and respect into everyday learning. It also motivates schools to develop or reinforce anti-bullying policies and reporting mechanisms. Moreover, it encourages collaboration among schools, families, and external institutions—such as psychologists and child protection agencies—to create a more inclusive and healthier educational atmosphere.
