Abstract

The process of making brown sugar is very vulnerable to physical, chemical, and biological contamination. The quality of the safety of brown sugar depends on the quality of the cleanliness of the processing plant. The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical, chemical, and biological contamination in the process of making brown sugar in Sungai Itik Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. This research is observational descriptive, with 42 samples, data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed an examination of the quality of brown sugar in Sungai Itik Village 100% of samples did not experience physical contamination, 9.5% occurred chemical contamination (Sodium Metabisulfite), and 11.9% experienced biological contamination (Germ Figures). For coconut sugar makers, it is better to make brown sugar, add preservatives and use a dosage/scale not exceeding the threshold value, and store brown sugar in a place that is not moist so that it is not contaminated by microbes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital teaching materials, learning independence and activeness on the learning outcomes of accounting practicum for students in class XI AKL SMKN 1 Surabaya. The research is a type of quantitative research by taking a sample of 140 students. The results of data processing through SPSS 25 show that there is a simultaneous influence of teaching materials, independent learning, and activeness on learning outcomes with a significance value < α 0.05. The average level of influence of each variable such as digital teaching materials and activeness has a moderate level of influence and learning independence has a fairly high level of influence on learning outcomes. There is a moderate level of influence due to the utilization of teaching materials that are not optimal and the lack of student focus in learning activities. As well as the need for interest and learning discipline to improve good learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, self-efficacy, and digital literacy on the critical thinking skills of 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach, which is used to investigate cause-and-effect relationships between variables that have already occurred without any data manipulation. The research sample consists of 84 students from the Financial Accounting Department, selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4 with the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach. The analysis process includes outer model testing to measure validity and reliability, inner model testing to examine the relationships between variables, and F-Square and R-Square tests to determine the magnitude of the independent variables' influence on the dependent variable.The findings indicate that Problem Based Learning, self-efficacy, and digital literacy each have a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Among these factors, self-efficacy has the strongest influence. These three factors simultaneously contribute to enhancing students' critical thinking abilities in the Financial Accounting Department at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya.

Abstract

Toko Sonei Parfum merupakan suatu wirausaha yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan parfum. Toko Sonei Parfum ini berada di Jl. Tebu Gg. Rachmad No. 10 Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Masalah yang dihadapi toko Sonei parfum adalah Pencatatan keuangan dan pengelolaan persediaan barang yang masih manual. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat menangani masalah tersebut. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall. Pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web untuk pencatatan keuangan dan persediaan barang merupakan sebuah inisiatif teknologi informasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data keuangan dan persediaan barang. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu bisnis dan organisasi dalam memantau dan mengelola transaksi keuangan sekaligus mengelola persediaan barang mereka. Dalam proses pembuatannya, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan yang mendalam untuk memahami persyaratan bisnis yang beragam. Pembuatan aplikasi inimenjadisolusi yang efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan terkait pencatatan keuangan yang manual dan manajemen persediaan yang kompleks. Abstract

Instarent merupakan sebuah perusahaan penyediaan jasa rental yaitu mobil dan sepeda motor. Instarent beralamat di Jalan Perumahan Pertama Buah Batu Kecamatan Bojongsoang Kabupaten Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sistem pencatatan laporan keuangan pada perusahaan Instarent masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sedangkan jurnal umum, buku besar, dan laporan arus kas tidak dibuat oleh bagian accounting. Seiring perkembangan teknologi saat ini, dibuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mengelola pencatatan pemasukan kas dan pengeluaran kas serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan seperti jurnal umum, buku besar, dan laporan laba rugi. Aplikasi yang akan dibuat nantinya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Codeigniter dan database menggunakan MySQL. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Test. Aplikasi ini memilik fungsionalitas yang dapat mengelola pemasukan, pengeluaran kas dan menghasilkan laporan jurnal umum, buku besar dan laporan laba rugi. Abstract

Apotek Rumah Mama merupakan tempat untuk menjual berbagai macam obat-obatan. Apotek Rumah mama ini memiliki proses bisnis seperti pembelian dan Penjualan. Pada proses bisnis tersebut sering menimbulkan macam-macam masalah seperti tidak adanya pencatatan hasil pembelian dan penjualan obat tersebut. Saat ini, pencatatan semua transaksi pembelian dan penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual atau menggunakan buku, sehingga pemilik apotek harus mengumpulkan bukti nota untuk mencatat ulang transaksi. Aplikasi transaksi pembelian dan penjualan obat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi masalah yang dihadapi apotek. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah menyediakan fitur untuk mengelola transaksi pembelian dan penjualan obat, serta menyajikan laporan laba rugi pada apotek Rumah mama. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, dengan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Hasil pengujian diharapkan dapat memenuhi tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini di apotek Rumah mama. Kata kunci : Apotek, Penjualan obat tunai, perpetual, laporan laba rugi

Abstract

D’Rongrong Coffee and Tea adalah sebuah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang beroperasi di Bandar Lampung, fokus pada penjualan makanan ringan dan minuman. Proses pencatatan keuangan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menghitung pendapatan dan memperlambat proses pembukuan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi perhitungan laba rugi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan model waterfall. Pengujian fungsionalitas aplikasi dilakukan melalui metode black box testing. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan D’Rongrong Coffee and Tea dapat lebih efektif dalam mengelola keuangan dan menghasilkan laporan laba rugi yang akurat, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam pengembangan usaha. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology in education necessitates learning media that are not only visually engaging but also capable of fostering 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. However, in practice, media used in schools have not fully adapted to technological developments and students’ learning needs, leading to low engagement and comprehension, particularly for complex topics such as inventory recording. This study aimed to develop Genially-based interactive learning media, assess its feasibility, and analyze students’ responses. The development process followed the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis stage identified the need for attractive and interactive media. The resulting product contains inventory recording materials, practice questions, simulations, and quizzes. Instruments included validation sheets from subject matter, language, and media experts, as well as student response questionnaires. The trial was conducted with Grade XI Accounting students at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. Validation results indicated excellent feasibility, with scores of 93% from subject matter experts, 88% from language experts, 95% from media experts, and 99.48% from students. These findings suggest that the developed media is not only feasible for use but also effective in improving understanding of inventory recording. Genially-based interactive media facilitates teachers in delivering inventory recording material in an engaging and interactive way while fostering student independence and developing critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills.

Abstract

Vocational education serves as a key factor in producing individuals with skills aligned to the needs of the workforce, one of which is implemented through Vocational High Schools (SMK). However, SMK graduates still dominate the open unemployment rate in Indonesia, indicating a mismatch between graduate competencies and industry demands. One of the contributing factors is the limited availability of Student Worksheets (LKPD) that support practicum activities, as well as the continued use of narrative-based questions that lack contextual relevance. The purpose of this study is to design and develop LKPD based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model for the topic of service and trading company accounting, which is expected to enhance students’ practical skills and make learning more relevant to industrial demands. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). The ADDIE model was chosen because it offers a systematic, organized, and adaptable framework that facilitates the development of learning tools tailored to students’ needs while allowing continuous evaluation throughout the development process. Expert validation results show that the LKPD is considered highly feasible, with content feasibility at 88%, presentation at 96%, language at 88%, and media at 100%, resulting in an overall average score of 93%. Student responses to the LKPD were also highly positive, with a percentage of 99.5% categorized as Excellent. These findings indicate that the PBL-based LKPD effectively supports contextual and applicable accounting learning in vocational school.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of integrating digital supervision and the adaptive approach to strengthening Professional Knowledge in Use (PKiU) and enhance teacher professionalism in junior high schools within the Society 5.0 era. A descriptive qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analysed thematically to explore supervisory practices in three junior high schools. Integrated digital and adaptive supervision accelerates reflective practices, delivers personalized guidance, and fosters applicable PKiU development. Effectiveness depends on digital infrastructure, leadership, and culture, with challenges including digital literacy gaps and bureaucratic barriers. This study benefits educational management, teacher professional development, supervision policy design, and technology integration in schools, especially in contexts adopting Society 5.0 principles and digital transformation in education. The study introduces a hybrid supervision model combining digital tools with adaptive approach, providing a flexible, context-sensitive framework tailored to diverse teacher needs and digital literacy levels, advancing theory and practice in modern educational supervision.
