Abstract

The development of sensor technology for early warning at an affordable price makes it possible to be implemented in the community. Therefore, an application is needed to send this early warning information to community members and warning response centers in real-time by considering the distance from the location of the incident. So, in this research, we proposed a dissemination application for early warning in a community (DissApps). The application was build using Code Igniter Framework, MySQL database, Mapquests, and Wablas API. This application can be used for disseminating emergency response situations such as thievery, a natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, forest fire.

Abstract

Teknologi dan kebudayaan tidak dapat dipisahkan, untuk menghindari terkikisnya pengetahuan budaya pada kalangan generasi muda khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya museum mencoba memberikan solusi literasi dengan menerapkan teknologi digitaslisiasi. Museum Sri Baduga merupakan salah satu museum pemerintah provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki koleksi lengkap untuk menjadi media pembelajaran masyarakat Jawa Barat terhadap khasanah nilai budaya dan sejarah Jawa Barat. Namun demikian, sebagai salah satu museum yang telah berdiri puluhan tahun, Museum Sri Baduga memerlukan peremajaan dalam hal pengelolaan internal museum dan pengelolaan informasi koleksi museum. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan sistem informasi pengelolaan dan pelaporan data pengunjung dan meningkatkan literasi dan akses informasi koleksi Museum Sri Baduga melalui QR Code dan pembuatan website Museum, dengan tujuan agar tampilan koleksi Museum Sri Baduga diminati karena lebih menarik dan interaktif. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyakat ini adalah workshop mengenai pengenalan aplikasi melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi pencatatan pengunjung, pendapatan dan informasi melalui QR code.  di Museum. Saat ini Sri Baduga Kota Bandung sudah mengimplementasikan aplikasi tersebut dalam kegiatan operasional museum, sehingga memudahkan dan meningkatkan kinerja museum berbasis teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Background: Recently, WhatsApp has become the world's most popular text and voice messaging application with 1.5 billion users. A lot of WhatsApp Application Programming Interface (API) has also been established to be connected to other applications. On the other hand, the development of natural language processing (NLP) for WhatsApp messages has snowballed. There are extensive studies on the dissemination information using WhatsApp but the study on NLP involving data from WhatsApp is lacking.Objective: This study aims to implement NLP in smart dissemination applications by using WhatsApp API.Methods: We build a framework that embeds an intelligent system based on the NLP in WhatsApp API to disseminate a dynamic message. Some of the sentences are used to evaluate the accuracy of this application.Results: Smart dissemination consists of dynamic filter and dynamic content. Dynamic filter was conducted by using the POS tagger and clause statement. Meanwhile, dynamic content was built by using the replace MySQL function. There are twofold limitation: the application could not transform a message that matches rule <3> with conjunction “dan”; has the same attribute before and after <CC> tag; and the maximum of the logical operator is one type for coordinating conjunction (AND/OR) in one sentence.Conclusion: Our framework can be used for dynamic dissemination of messages using dynamic message content and dynamic message recipient with an accuracy of 95% from twenty sample messages.

Abstract

Abstrak— Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat atau sering disebut puskesmas yaitu salah satu jenis fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama yang memiliki peranan penting di suatu sistem kesehatan. Pelayanan yang dilakukan di puskesmas tersebut disesuaikan dengan peraturan menteri kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 75 Tahun 2014 tentang pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa laporan yang harus dilaporkan ke kepala puskesmas BLUD dan Dinas Kesehatan setiap bulannya, puskesmas membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat membantu karyawan dalam proses pelayanan dan operasionalnya. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dibangun dengan metode orientasi objek, pengembangan menggunakan model sdlc waterfall dan menggunakan program PHP dan framework code igniter. Fungsionalitas dari aplikasi ini untuk mengelola pengadaan persediaan obat, pencatatan pengeluaran obat dan membuat catatan keuangan seperti jurnal umum, buku besar dan laporan obat berupa laporan kategori obat. Aplikasi ini menggunakan pengujian black box testing, perbandingan pengujian manual dan pengujian di aplikasi. Kata Kunci—Pengadaan; Pengeluaran; Obat; PHP;Codeigniter Abstract- Community Health Centers or often called Puskesmas are one of the facilities that are beneficial for health. Service that performed at the Puskesmas are adjusted to the health requirements of the Republic of Indonesia Number 75 of 2014 about concerning community health centers. There are several needs to be a reported to the head of BLUD puskesmas and Dinas Kesehatan every month. The Puskesmas need an application that can assist staff in the service and operational processes. This web-based application was built using object methods, development using the sdlc waterfall model and using a PHP program and framework codeigniter. The functionality of this application is for managing procurements of drug supplies, recording drug expenditure and financial records such as general journals, ledgers and drug category reports. This application uses Black Box Testing, comparison of altenative manual testing and application testing. Create a backup, recording flows of drugs and making financial records such as general journals, ledgers and grug reports in the form of drug category reports. Abstract

Abstrak-Hotel Meize adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Perusahaan ini mempunyai tugas untuk menyediakan pelayanan bagi masyarakat umum seperti jasa penginapan, refleksi, penyedia makan dan minuman, dan masih banyak lagi. Sistem penggajian yang diterapkan dalam hotel ini dibedakan berdasarkan jenis karyawan. Pihak hotel juga memberikan bonus kepada karyawan setiap bulannya sebanyak 5% dari pendapatan hotel. Untuk pembuatan laporan penggajian, hotel ini pun masih menggunakan pencatatan manual menggunakan excel, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Pengolahan data kehadiran karyawan yang digunakan Hotel Meize yaitu menggunakan fingerprint, akan tetapi sistem pencatatan kehadiran bulanan yang digunakan dihotel ini kurang efektif, yaitu dengan menghitung data kehadiran satu per satu. Oleh karena itu aplikasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah pencatatan presensi bulanan secara otomatis. Fungsionalitas yang dimiliki oleh aplikasi ini adalah melakukan presensi menggunakan rfid, melakukan penggajian dan pembuatan slip gaji. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tipe waterfall. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, aplikasi sudah dapat diimplementasikan dan aplikasi sudah lolos uji. Abstrak-Hotel Meize is a company engaged in services. This company has the duty to provide services for the general public such as lodging, reflection, food and beverage providers, and much more. The payroll system applied in this hotel is differentiated by type of employee. The hotel also provides bonuses to employees every month as much as 5% of hotel revenue. For making payroll reports, this hotel still uses manual recording using Excel, allowing errors in data processing. Processing attendance data used by Meize Hotels is using fingerprints, but the monthly attendance recording system used in this hotel is less effective, namely by calculating attendance data one by one. Therefore this application is made to facilitate monthly attendance recording automatically. The functionality possessed by this application is to do attendance using rfid, make payroll and make pay slips. The method used in designing this application is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall type. Abstract

Abstrak— Toko Kedai Nonie merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perusahaan dagang yang menjual jenis makanan oleh-oleh khas Bandung . Semua transaksi yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut masih menerapkan pencatatan secara manual. Setiap pencatatan transaksi yang terjadi dicatat dalam sebuah excel dan penetuan harga jual sebuah produk masih dengan manual karena setiap pembiayaan yang terjadi pada proses produksi dicatat dalam sebuah buku dengan demikian kemungkinan terjadinya pencatatan transaksi pada proses produksi tidak dimasukkan kedalam buku secara detail, ketidaksesuain pencatatan pada buku akan mengakibatkan pencatatan pada laporan akuntansi atau bagian keuangan akan menjadi rumit. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menangani proses pembelian, penjualan dan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu pemilik dan pegawai yang bekerja disana untuk membuat data yang valid. Dengan adanya kode pemograman atau berbasis CI , My SQL dan Black box dapat mengelola master data, transaksi, dan laporan. Aplikasi ini dapat menjalankan program, seperti menambahkan data akun, bahan baku, produk jadi, tenaga kerja, overhead pabrik, pembelian bahan baku, perhitungan harga pokok, penjualan produk jadi dan laporan transaksi, sehingga aplikasi yang dibuat mempemudah sistem penjualan pada perusahaan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pembelian, Perhitungan Harga Pokok CI, My SQL Abstract— Kedai Nonie Store is a company engaged in the trading company that sells kinds of souvenirs typical of Bandung. All transactions that occur at the company still apply manual recording. Each recording of transactions that occur is recorded in an excel and the determination of the selling price of a product is still manual because every financing that occurs in the production process is recorded in a book so that the possibility of recording transactions in the production process is not included in the book in detail, inconsistency in recording books will result in recording in the accounting report or financial section will be complicated. With the development of technology, built an application that can handle the process of buying, selling and calculating the cost of production with the existence of this application can help owners and employees who work there to make valid data. With the existence of a programming code or CI-based, My SQL and Black box can manage master data, transactions, and reports. This application can run programs, such as adding account data, raw materials, finished products, labor, factory overhead, purchasing raw materials, calculating the cost of goods, selling finished products and transaction reports, so that applications are made to make the sales system easier for the company. Abstract

Public Service Mall (MPP) is a place for providing public services, both goods and services, at one door, one place, the purpose of MPP is to provide fast, easy, and accountable services. MPP in Kabupaten Bandung under the coordination of The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) involves services from 17 public institution in Kabupaten Bandung. Variations in types of services and variations in consumers require service personnel to always provide excellent service. The purpose of Community Service is to provide training on the basic stages of service excellent as part of increasing customer satisfaction. The method used in this activity is through interviews to determine training needs, excellent service training using two approachs are service attitude and service communication. This activity was attended by 31 participants consisting of front office staff from civil servants, non-PNS and security personnel. The output of this activity was in the form of a training material module. The evaluation results showed that 99,35% of the participants were satisfied with the implementation of the training and hoped that the training could be carried out consistently

Abstract

Hasil kinerja keuangan perusahaan selama periode waktu tertentu dirinci dalam laporan keuangan. Evaluasi terhadap laporan keuangan diperlukan karena banyak penyebab yang dapat menyebabkan kenaikan dan penurunan data dalam laporan keuangan. Temuan evaluasi ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada para pengambil keputusan bisnis. Proses penilaian keberhasilan suatu perusahaan terlihat pada rasio-rasio keuangan perusahaan, termasuk rasio aktivitas. Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Inventory Turnover (ITO), dan Fixed Asset Turnover adalah rasio aktivitas yang dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini (FATO). Teknik kuantitatif dengan analisis K-Means Clustering yang digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Informasi yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan 13 perusahaan subkontraktor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai unit observasi. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa jumlah cluster yang optimal adalah 3 cluster. Hasil dari analisa tabel statistik deskriptif  bahwa perusahaan yang diteliti memiliki nilai rasio aktivitas rata-rata yang lebih besar pada tahun 2019 daripada yang perusahaan miliki pada tahun 2020. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penjualan perusahaan turun selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

POAC human resource management of the company's human resources to achieve goals. The success of an organisation depends on human and material resources. Finance is critical to business. MSMEs struggle with finances because they don't know where their capital, personal money, and sales go. MSME companies need good financial management. OJK reported financial literacy below 40% in 2019. Technology has evolved throughout history, many civilisations, governments, and countries have been affected by this development. Everyone wants to use and benefit from new inventions. Technology reached its peak in 2000 after rapid advancement. Information and communication technology is used 24/7 by everyone. Various ways are simplified by technology. Including communication, information, commerce, education, entertainment, and personal needs. Students are expected to be able to use applications well to succeed in life in this rapidly changing technological environment. BPS data in May 2022 shows SMK graduates have the highest unemployment rate in Indonesia. Of the 35 Regional Enterprise Service Agency schools in West Java, SMKN 11 Bandung is one of them. Therefore, financial application recording and reporting must be improved
