Abstract

Multiple choice tests have been used to measure students learning achievement for most of the courses at Universitas Terbuka (UT). To ensure the quality of the tests, test item analysis based on classical test theory has been employed regularly. This paper aims to analyze multiple-choice items of the End Semester Examination of UT using the program ITEMAN. The data used were the answers sheets of students taking eight courses in the first and second semester of 2009. Courses analyzed in this study were MKDU4111, PEMA4210, MKDU4109, ISIP4215, EKMA4214, ESPA4112, BIOL4110, and BIOL4119. The results showed that the test items used have had a pretty good quality. Average test item difficulties were fair. This was indicated by the mean value of P which ranged from 0.328 to 0.461. Discrimination index for both semester tests were good in about 75% of the courses measured. Its value ranges from 0.304 to 0.451 for the first semester of 2009 tests and 0.343 to 0.382 for the second semester of 2009 tests. Meanwhile, the reliability of the test items could be considered good except for the courses PEMA4210 (first semester 2009) and MKDU4111 (second semester 2009).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran model team assisted individualization (TAI) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas IV SD pada materi KPK dan FPB. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan langkah yang diadopsi dari Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi 21 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Margorejo sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 25 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Korowelanganyar Korwil Cam Bidik Kec Cepiring Kendal sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi teknik wawancara, teknik observasi, teknik dokumentasi, teknik kuisioner, dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi teknik analisis kualitatif dan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Teknik analisis kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis interaktif. Adapun teknik analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan yaitu meliputi teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis independent sample t test, teknik analisis N-Gain, dan teknik analisis one paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran TAI untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian kelas IV Sekolah dasar yang dikembangkan secara keseluruhan sudah dinyatakan sangat layak dengan rata-rata validitas sebesar 92%. Hasil analisis efektivitas modul juga menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran TAI efektif untuk meningkatkan analisis berpikir kritis dan kemandirian pada siswa kelas IV SD. Efektifitas tercermin dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, nilai N-Gain, uji ketuntasan belajar siswa, uji perbedaan hasil belajar siswa, dan uji perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Berdasarkan simpulan yang ada, maka modul pembelajaran berbasis model TAI akan sangat baik apabila digunakan oleh guru matematika di kelas IV SD untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian siswa.This study aims to develop learning modules based on the team assisted individualization (TAI) model to improve critical thinking skills and learning independence of fourth grade elementary school students on KPK and FPB material. This research was conducted using a research and development approach with steps adopted from Borg and Gall which were modified by researchers. The subjects of this study included 21 fourth grade students at SD Negeri Margorejo as the experimental class and 25 fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Korowelanganyar Korwil Cam Bidik Kec Cepiring Kendal as the control class. Data collection techniques used in this study include interview techniques, observation techniques, documentation techniques, questionnaire techniques, and test techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this study include qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The qualitative analysis technique used is interactive analysis technique. The quantitative analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis techniques, independent sample t test analysis techniques, N-Gain analysis techniques, and one paired sample t test analysis techniques. The results showed that the TAI learning module to improve critical thinking skills and self-reliance in grade IV elementary schools which had been developed as a whole had been declared very feasible with an average validity of 92%. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the module also show that the TAI learning module is effective for increasing critical thinking analysis and independence in fourth grade elementary school students. Effectiveness is reflected in the increase in student learning outcomes, N-Gain scores, student learning completeness tests, tests of differences in student learning outcomes, and tests of differences in students' critical thinking skills and student learning independence. Based on the existing conclusions, the TAI model-based learning module will be very good if used by mathematics teachers in grade IV SD to improve students' critical thinking skills and independence.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) explain the quality of skill certificate services at the Office of National Political Unity and Community Protection of Mentawai Islands Regency; 2) Analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of its skill certificate services; and 3) Develop strategies for the Office of National Political Unity and Community Protection of Mentawai Islands Regency in improving services to the community to be more efficient and effective. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out to parties who manage skill certificates using questionnaires. The results showed that in general, the effectiveness of skill certificate services in Mentawai Islands Regency has not reached a good predicate. That is, even though the service in question is still limited to one employee, it can still be overcome. The level of unsatisfactory service satisfaction is caused by several problems, including 1) The element of accumulative requirements for skill certificate management services is only considered limited as long as it meets the standards only; 2) Elements of procedures that are considered to have not met the wishes of the community; 3) The level of public satisfaction with the length of service is perceived to have not met the wishes of the applicant community; 4) The level of public satisfaction with skill certificate services for elements of complaint handling that are considered to have not met the wishes of the applicant community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of providing additional income allowances and improving the performance of employees of the Communication and Information Office in Lamandau Regency. The method used is qualitative. The data were obtained using participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants are employees of the Department of Communication and Information in Lamandau Regency. To increase the validity of the data, check, recheck, and crosscheck methods were used, as well as prolonging the research time. The data obtained were analyzed using four stages, namely data collection, data classification, data filtering, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the provision of additional income allowances for employees of the Lamandau District Communication and Information Office is based on a valid law, namely Regent Regulation number 30 of 2019 concerning the provision of additional income allowances to civil servants within the Lamandau Regency Government. This matter has been communicated to all SKPD and received by all PNS Diskominfo Kab. Lamandau so that the factors that influence policy on resources are sufficient, on target and well implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Pembelajaran Menggunakan Augmented Reality Smartbook terhadap Minat dan Hasil Belajar IPA Materi Tata Surya pada Siswa Kelas VI SD N 2 Waluyo Kecamatan Buluspesantren. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VI di SDN 2 Waluyo Kecamatan Buluspesantren. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Pembelajaran Menggunakan Augmented Reality Smartbook terhadap Minat Belajar IPA Materi Tata Surya pada Siswa Kelas VI SD N 2 Waluyo Kecamatan Buluspesantren; (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Pembelajaran Menggunakan Augmented Reality Smartbook terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Materi Tata Surya pada Siswa Kelas VI SD N 2 Waluyo Kecamatan Buluspesantren; (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikanPembelajaran Menggunakan Augmented Reality Smartbook terhadap Minat dan Hasil Belajar IPA Materi Tata Surya pada Siswa Kelas VI SD N 2 Waluyo Kecamatan Buluspesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) guru dan kemampuan manajemen kelas guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Karanganyar, Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei yang bersifat deskriptif dan asosiatif korelasional. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) guru dan kemampuan manajemen kelas guru secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya konsistensi pelaksanaan KKG dan keterbatasan dalam penerapan hasil pelatihan ke praktik pembelajaran, yang menghambat optimalisasi peran KKG dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pengembangan profesional guru melalui KKG di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara, Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stufflebeam. Subjek penelitian meliputi ketua dan pengurus gugus dan KKG, kepala sekolah, serta guru dari enam SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi pada November–Desember 2024 di SD Negeri Beji 1. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program KKG telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan profesional guru dan mendapat dukungan dari pemangku kepentingan. Dari aspek input, program memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas, peserta aktif, serta narasumber kompeten, meskipun sarana dan prasarana perlu ditingkatkan. Proses pelaksanaan berlangsung sistematis, tetapi monitoring dan evaluasi (Monev) masih kurang optimal. Program KKG berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, meski tantangan dalam implementasi materi di kelas masih ada. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan berbasis praktik, kolaboratif, dan reflektif perlu diterapkan. Rekomendasi pengembangan meliputi optimalisasi sarana prasarana, peningkatan kualitas Monev, penguatan pembelajaran praktik, keterlibatan aktif peserta, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Pembaruan ini diharapkan memperkuat efektivitas KKG dalam mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The natural beauty of Riam Tinggi Village, Delang District, made the village receive an award from the Indonesian Tourism Village Award Program in 2021. Reported in the Central Kalimantan Statistics Agency (BPS) that the length of stay of tourists in the Province, including in Riam Tinggi Village is quite low, which is not more than two nights. This can be overcome one of them by applying the elements of Sapta Pesona and the commitment of the community to participate in its implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of Sapta Pesona in Riam Tinggi Village and to determine the participation of the Riam Tinggi Village community in the implementation of Sapta Pesona. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Questionnaires were distributed to tourists who had visited Riam Tinggi Village for tourism in the past month, as well as the people of Riam Tinggi Village .

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembelajaran sangat dipengaruhi oleh metode dan model pembelajaran yang bermakna, menarik, serta mampu menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu peserta didik. Hal ini menjadi sangat penting dalam pembelajaran matematika, yang sering dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik, sehingga banyak dari mereka belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Puraseda 01 Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan simulasi PhET terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas V pada materi pecahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain kelompok kelas eksperiman dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan simulasi PhET, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan simulasi PhET dan variabel dependennya adalah motivasi dan hasil belajar. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai peserta didik di kelas eksperimen mencapai 85,90, di atas KKM 70, dan seluruh peserta didik tuntas belajar. Sebaliknya, dikelas kontrol hanya memperoleh rata-rata 67,5, dengan tingkat ketuntasan 45%. Selain itu, motivasi belajar peserta didik di kelas eksperimen juga lebih tinggi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Hotelling’s Trace menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok dalam hal hasil belajar dan motivasi. Temuan ini menguatkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa simulasi PhET mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep secara visual dan interaktif, membuat pembelajaran lebih aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan. Dengan demikian, penggunaan simulasi PhET dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competency level, workload, incentives, and motivation on the performance of employees in the Procurement Services Unit (UKPBJ) of the Mentawai Islands Regency Government. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to UKPBJ employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of independent variables (competency, workload, incentives, and motivation) on the dependent variable (employee performance).The results show that competency level has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect, indicating that excessive workload can reduce employee performance. Incentives were found to have a positive and significant effect, implying that adequate incentives can enhance employee performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on performance, suggesting that highly motivated employees tend to work more optimally. Simultaneously, these four variables significantly influence the performance of UKPBJ employees. These findings suggest that the Mentawai Islands Regency Government should prioritize competency training, implement balanced workload distribution policies, and design comprehensive incentive programs to foster employee motivation and enhance overall performance
