Abstract

Limbah plastik merupakan salah satu permasalahan global yang serius. Hal ini dikarenakan sifat plastik yang sulit terurai di alam. Tujuan dilakukan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada warga Desa Tulangan agar menjadi lebih kreatif dan dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian warga serta meminimalisir jumlah sampah plastik yang dihasilkan oleh warga Desa Tulangan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan melakukan pengolahan limbah/sampah plastik menjadi kerajinan tas dengan memanfaatkan limbah plastik yang dihasilkan dari sampah rumah tangga. Pelatihan yang dilakukan menghasilkan produk berupa tas yang memiliki bentuk dan desain yang menarik serta layak untuk dijual.

Abstract

Waste is one of the causes of environmental problems, especially plastic waste. Therefore, education is carried out regarding knowledge about waste and waste utilization to minimize the accumulation of plastic waste. The aim of this education is so that high school students have environmental awareness and are able to be creative in utilizing surrounding waste to make environmentally friendly products that have high economic value. This education was carried out using a presentation method regarding waste materials and examples of waste utilization, namely coconut fiber waste which has the potential to be used as a strengthening material in the manufacture of biodegradable plastic. The results of the education provided show that there has been an increase in understanding regarding waste and its use on the "sangat mengetahui" indicator of 86.67%.

Abstract

Indonesia has a wealth of flora with great potential to be developed as a functional food ingredient with economic value. One local plant that has this potential is the butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea), which is known for its attractive natural color and beneficial bioactive compounds. This community service activity aims to introduce diversified butterfly pea flower processing to students through training in making food products as a home business idea based on local potential. The training was carried out using the method of material presentation, interactive discussions, and organoleptic product testing. The products developed include Azure Petal Tea, Citrus Spice Infusion, Blue Velvet Milk Tea, and Indigo Dream Pudding. The processing process is carried out using simple methods that are easy to apply. The results of the activity showed that participants were highly enthusiastic about the process of creating product characteristics and demonstrated a better understanding of the potential for diversifying butterfly pea flowers into value-added food products.

Abstract

UD Arwan Cell adalah sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi, aksesori ponsel, dan layanan perbaikan ponsel, yang berlokasi di desa Wadungasih, kecamatan Buduran. Proses bisnis merupakan aspek krusial untuk kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk mengoptimalkan proses bisnis. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi awal, didapatkan waktu proses penyimpanan stok 6 jam 35 menit. Berdasarkan hasil rekayasa didapatkan waktu proses penyimpanan stok menjadi 1 jam 25 menit. Efisiensi hasil rekayasa proses sebesar 78%. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi awal, didapatkan waktu proses pelayanan jasa 2 jam 25 menit, setelah melalui hasil rekayasa ulang proses didapatkan waktu proses pelayanan jasa menjadi 2 jam 9 menit. Efisensi hasil rekayasa proses sebesar 11%. UD Arwan Cell is a store operating in the telecommunications sector, mobile phone accessories, and mobile phone repair services, located in Wadungasih Village, Buduran District. Business processes are a crucial aspect for the sustainability of a company. This study applies Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to optimize business processes. Based on the analysis of the initial conditions, the stock storage process time was found to be 6 hours and 35 minutes. After the reengineering process, the stock storage process time was reduced to 1 hour and 25 minutes, resulting in a process efficiency improvement of 78%. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the initial conditions, the service process time was 2 hours and 25 minutes. After the process reengineering, the service process time was reduced to 2 hours and 9 minutes, achieving a process efficiency improvement of 11%.
