Abstract

This research aims to improve the understanding of Islamic boarding school administrators and students in Tangerang Regency, particularly at the Al Irsyad Bani Thoha Islamic Boarding School in Panongan District, regarding legal education and state regulations governing the existence and governance of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. This activity was motivated by the discovery that some Islamic boarding school administrators do not have a comprehensive understanding of applicable legal provisions, resulting in weak formal recognition, limited access to assistance, and less than optimal implementation of child protection within the Islamic boarding school environment. The main legal basis discussed includes Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools, Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 31 of 2020 concerning Islamic Boarding School Education, and other supporting regulations. The implementation method uses an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through socialization, group discussions, and simulations of Islamic boarding school registration administration. Participants in the activity consisted of Islamic boarding school leaders, ustadz, and student representatives. The material covered regulatory mapping, legalization procedures, accreditation mechanisms by the Majelis Masyayikh, and the implementation of child-friendly parenting in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The results of the activity demonstrated a significant increase in participants' understanding of legal and regulatory aspects, with 85% able to re-explain registration procedures, accreditation, and child protection obligations. Several participants expressed their commitment to immediately follow up on the institution's legalization process. This activity is expected to serve as a model for strengthening legal literacy for other Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

It's so important to recognize that people with disabilities are an integral part of our multicultural society. As a Muslim community, they also have rights and obligations like other Muslim communities. However, there is still so much to be done to gain a more comprehensive understanding of taklif studies regarding legal construction for people with disabilities. This research is an exciting step forward in constructing the taklif of persons with disabilities in their capacity as legal subjects. This research uses qualitative literature methods, with the main data being the Koran and legal hadith. Secondary data is obtained through legal commentary books, articles, and others. A normative approach is used in this research to look at the legal aspect of the meaning of legal sources that are directly related to taklif for people with disabilities. This approach was also carried out to find out more about the position of taklîf for people with mental and intellectual disabilities and the influence of mental and intellectual disabilities on Ahliyyah. The findings indicate that individuals with psychosocial and complex mental disorders are not inherently affected by taklîf in terms of taklîf and Ahliyyah. Another form of disabled individual is the mukallaf, who are subject to taklîf obligations based on their skills. With regard to the right to practice religion, people with mental and intellectual disabilities can still complete zakat responsibilities as a guardian pays them. Individuals with mental and intellectual disabilities are prohibited from exploiting their assets, regardless of whether their condition is permanent or temporary. Consequently, they are subject to a guardianship system. With regard to marriage, those with modest mental and intellectual disabilities who have an ahliyah wujub and an ahliyah ada' kamilah are considered to have a lawful marriage status. Conversely, if the disability is moderate or severe and there is a need to marry, the marriage may be performed by a wali mujbir.

Abstract

This program was implemented in Gintung Village, Sukadiri District, Tangerang Regency, with the aim of developing a sustainable agricultural system to encourage local economic independence. Gintung Village, where the majority of residents are farmers, still practices conventional farming systems with a heavy reliance on chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This condition has the potential to reduce land fertility and negatively impact the environment. Using a participatory, education-based approach, this activity was carried out in the form of seminars and open discussions with farmers and community leaders. The seminars focused on increasing understanding of sustainable agricultural practices, the use of organic fertilizers, wise natural resource management, and community-based marketing strategies. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmer knowledge, the formation of organic farmer group initiatives, and the creation of direct distribution channels between farmers and local consumers. This program not only increases land productivity in an environmentally friendly manner but also strengthens the village economy through collaboration. Going forward, this activity model has the potential to be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam hadits Nabi Saw dalam kitab al-Arba'in an-Nawawiyyah. Dalam khazanah Islam, pendidikan karakter menjadi hal integral yang diajarkan karena terkandung dalam sumber ajaran Islam yakni al-Qur'an dan al-Hadits. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan dan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Penulis mengambil sumber data primer melalui penelusuran literatur-literatur kepustakaan, selanjutnya dibahas secara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik content analisis untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dalam kitab al-Arba'in an-Nawawiyyah terfokus pada pendidikan akhlak kepada Allah Swt dan akhlak kepada sesama makhluk. Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi distribusi dalam sistem ekonomi Islam. Dalam kegiatan ekonomi, distribusi menjadi hal krusial yang harus diperhatikan agar kebutuhan masyarakat dapat tercukupi dengan baik. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode library research dimana data-datanya bersumber dari literatur kepustakaan. Data-data yang diperoleh selanjunya dikelompokkan menurut pembahasan yang sesuai, dideskripsikan dan dianalisis guna memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa sistem distribusi dalam ekonomi Islam mengacu pada al-Qur'an dan hadits. Distribusi menurut Islam harus dilakukan berdasar pada prinsip kebebasan, keadilan, pemerataan, kejujuran dan tidak diperbolehkan berbuat dzalim atau merugikan orang lain. Dari segi tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah distribusi dilakukan dalam rangka dakwah, pendidikan, sosial dan ekonomi. dakwah, pendidikan, sosial dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang relasi yang dilakukan oleh Rasulullah Saw terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan dari pola relasi yang dibangun tersebut. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Data-data primer dan sekunder bersumber dari literer kepustakaan berupa buku, kitab, jurnal dan lainnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pola relasi yang dilakukan terhadap penyandang disabilitas pada peradaban pra Islam maupun umat beragama terdahulu cenderung meniadakan hak-hak dasar penyandang disabilitas. Pola relasi yang dilakukan Rasulullah Saw terhadap penyandang disabilitas memberikan penegasan bahwa Islam sangat peduli pada eksistensi kemanusiaan penyandang disabilitas. Kepada mereka, Islam mengakui serta memberikan hak dan kewajiban dalam kehidupan keagamaan, sosial, pendidikan, dan lainnya. Stigma negatif terhadap penyandang disabilitas dihilangkan, memberikan kedudukan yang sama seperti individu yang normal, dan memberikan ruang untuk mengaktualisasikan potensi yang dimiliki.
