Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan menggali pendidikan kecerdasan spiritual anak dalam konsep al-Qur'an. Telah menjadi kenyataan bahwasanya keluarga -dalam hal ini orang tua- sangat berperan dalam membentuk karakter dan akhlak anak. Salah satu aspek yang perlu ditanamkan dalam diri anak adalah kecerdasan spiritual. Anak yang memiliki kecerdasan spiritual akan tampil menjadi pribadi berakhlak mulia, memiliki iman yang teguh, dan memiliki kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap sesama. Penelitian ini adalah library research (riset kepustakaan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Secara khusus, bidang kajian diarahkan pada penafsiran ayat-ayat yang terkandung dalam surat Yusuf guna menggali gambaran kecerdasan spiritual di dalamnya dan isyarat cara yang diterapkan dalam menanamkan kecerdasan spiritual pada anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dalam surat yusuf tercermin dalam kepribadian Nabi Yusuf as berupa selalu merasa diawasi Allah swt. menjauhi perbuatan amoral, membalas perbuatan jahat dengan kebaikan, dan senantiasa berlaku ihsan dalam keseharian. Semua itu tidak terlepas dari pendidikan ilahiyah yang diberikan dan kontribusi besar orang tua dalam mendidik Nabi Yusuf as.

Abstract

This paper discusses the legality of financial transactions carried out by people with mental disabilities and intellectual disabilities. From a social point of view, these two disability groups are part of the members of society who also have rights and obligations that must be recognized. This research uses qualitative literature method. The primary data used are the Qur'an and hadith, while the secondary data is obtained through books of tafsir, books, articles, and others. Data sources are discussed and analyzed in depth to find out about the legality of using property and paying zakat carried out by people with mental disabilities and intellectual disabilities. The results showed that in terms of the legality of financial transactions, these two disability groups are prohibited from using their property, whether their mental or intellectual disorders are permanent or temporary. To assist them in the use of property, access is provided in the form of forgiveness or guardianship. Meanwhile, in the case of zakat harta (maal), people with mental disabilities and intellectual disabilities are still subject to obligations, but the payment of zakat harta is assisted in paying by the guardian.

Abstract

This study discusses the scope of digital literacy studied based on Tafsir al-Mishbah. The goal is to find the verses that indirectly explain digital literacy. That way, it will produce a theory on using digital media from an Islamic point of view. So that the Muslim generation, in particular, can keep pace with technological developments and digital literacy capabilities. This research method uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The primary reference is based on Tafsir al-Mishbah, equipped with books and accredited journals. Through this method, it can be found how to explain the verses of the Qur'an about the concept of digital literacy. The study found that terms related to digital literacy can be expressed through the terms iqra', kitabah, and qalam. Furthermore, the principles of digital literacy in Tafsir al-Mishbah are also found, including the use of digital media (QS. al-Qalam: 1, QS.  al-Alaq: 1); the use of digital media (QS. al-Baqarah: 263, QS. al-Isra: 28, QS.  an-Nisâ: 9 and 63); information selection (QS. al-Hujurât: 6, QS. an-Nūr: 11); content dissemination (QS.  al-Hujurât: 12, QS. an-Nūr: 15); maintaining privacy (QS. an-Nūr: 27-28); and creativity in creating content (QS. Hūd: 37). It can be concluded that the concept of digital literacy according to the Qur'an is a means of goodness, a means of communicating by meeting the requirements of Islamic principles, a means of researching and selectively receiving information, a means of spreading hoax news, advice on maintaining personal data, and as a means of developing creativity in content. These Islamic principles can improve a person's digital literacy competence to keep up with the increasingly rapid development of technology.

Abstract

This paper with philosophical studies intends to reveal the ideas and concepts contained in the concept of ecology-based environmental conservation integral to the Qur'anic perspective. Environmental conservation based on an integral ecological approach is a new model capable of integrating multiple perspectives into a complex post-disciplinary approach. Within its framework, every issue related to environmental conservation must first be consulted with four irreducible quadrants, namely objective (behavioral field), subjective (experience field), intersubjective (cultural field), and inter-objective (system field). To be able to solve the complexity of the problem comprehensively. This framework in an integrative form includes a psycho-cultural-socio-normative dimension, which demands a multidisciplinary study. The method used in this study is the maudū'i (thematic) interpretation method formulated by Rashwānī, using integrative-interconnective shortages to understand the complexity of life faced by humans. The Qur'anic perspective on ecological-based environmental conservation is integral to four things: first, responsible behavior for the sustainability of nature (behavioral terrain). Second, ecological awareness (field of experience). Third, the application of religious values in environmental conservation (cultural terrain), including ethics towards animals, and plants. Fourth, obey the rules of the creator (terrain system), by paying attention to threats to perpetrators of environmental destruction and providing appropriate laws for perpetrators of environmental violations.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide greater information on Tafsir Maqashidi's research on the rights of individuals with sensory impairments. persons with sensory disabilities have the right to the same treatment as normal persons in their situation as mukallaf. The descriptive-analytical method is being used in this library research study. Research information relevant to the topic has been gathered from books, journals, fiqh books, and other sources. The findings showed that the major goals (maqashid) of the Al-Qur’anic verses addressing individuals with sensory impairments are to uphold religious precepts, acknowledge their existence in their human capacities, and emphasize the significance of treating them with inclusivity. These services, which are all offered to individuals with sensory impairments, are founded on equality, justice, accountability, and human values. For people with sensory disabilities to participate fully in religious, educational, and social events, accessibility and facilities must be provided. This is how the goals and values expressed in the verses that relate to them are to be implemented. Serving as a prayer leader, leading congregational prayers at the mosque, learning science, having the Al-Qur’an available in braille, and so forth are several instances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi kedudukan taklif penyandang disabilitas dan mengetahui bagaimana syariat memberikan hak akses dalam melaksanakan kewajiban agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif kepustakaan, dengan data primernya adalah literatur hukum Islam, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui kitab-kitab tafsir, buku, artikel, dan lainnya. Sumber data dianalisis untuk menemukan kedudukan taklîf pada penyandang disabilitas mental dan intelektual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi taklîf, penyandang disabilitas mental psiko-sosial dan ganda otomatis tidak terkena taklif. Sementara ragam penyandang disabilitas lainnya adalah mukallaf yang terkena beban taklîf sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Dalam hal pelaksanaan hak menjalankan keagamaan, penyandang disabilitas mental dan intelektual tetap memiliki kecakapan menunaikan kewajiban zakat di mana seorang wali yang membayarkannya. Dalam hal legalitas transaksi finansial, penyandang disabilitas mental dan intelektual dilarang menggunakan hartanya, baik gangguan mental atau intelektualnya bersifat permanen ataupun temporer, karenanya bagi mereka diberikan sistem pengampuan. Dalam hal pernikahan, penyandang disabilitas mental dan intelektual jika tergolong skala ringan yang memiliki ahliyah wujub dan ahliyah ada' kamilah maka status pernikahannya adalah sah. Sementara jika dalam skala sedang dan berat apabila memang membutuh kepada menikah, maka pernikahannya dapat dilakukan oleh wali mujbir.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang fikih inklusif sebagai solusi mengatasi perbedaan mazhab. Dalam tulisan ini ditegaskan fikih sebagai bagian dari ilmu pengetahuan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari perbedaan pendapat. Perbedaan pendapat yang ada di dalamnya menunjukkan bila ilmu fikih memiliki corak inklusif. Metode dalam tulisan ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data diperoleh, dideskripsikan, dan dianalisis secara mendalam. Tulisan ini berjenis kepustakaan yang mengumpulkan data dari sumber yang relevan dengan judul bahasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi secara kualitatif (qualitative content analysis). Analisis isi kualitatif digunakan untuk menemukan, mengidentifikasi dan menganalis teks atau dokumen untuk memahami makna, signifikansi dan relevansi teks atau setiap dokumen yang diteliti, sehingga dapat melahirkan pemahaman secara jelas. Tulisan ini menemukan bahwa fikih inklusif hadir untuk menjadikan fikih sebagai ilmu yang tidak hanya bermuara pada satu pandangan mazhab, tetapi kepada seluruh pendapat para ulama mazhab. Fikih inklusif ingin membangun kesadaran setiap muslim bahwa pemahaman terhadap ilmu fikih tidak mungkin bersifat tunggal. Selama ilmu fikih berasal dari pikiran dan pemahaman manusia, maka pemahaman atasnya pun tidak mungkin sama, pasti akan beragam.

Abstract

This study explores the delivery of Qur’anic spiritual messages by Islamic Education teachers to students from broken home families who are either victims or perpetrators of cyberbullying. The aim is to foster awareness of the importance of ethical interaction on social media and to develop emotional, mental, and spiritual resilience. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research involved four Islamic Education teachers, two homeroom teachers, and five students from broken home backgrounds. Data were collected through observation and interviews, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, verification, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that a broken home environment can trigger students to become both victims and perpetrators of cyberbullying. As victims, students are at risk of psychological, emotional, and mental distress. As perpetrators, they may experience moral degradation and diminished humanity. The study concludes that the harmful effects of cyberbullying on students from broken home families can be mitigated through the therapeutic stimulation of Qur’anic spiritual messages, focusing on moral conduct, life principles, repentance, patience, and positive thinking.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menjelaskan konsep ahliyyah yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk memenuhi hak penyandang disabilitas sensorik pada ranah kewajiban keagamaan. Dalam kajian fiqih Islam, penyandang disabilitas sensorik dianggap memiliki hak untuk menjalankan kewajiban keagamaan, sama seperti mereka yang normal (tidak menyandang disabilitas). Penelitian ini berjenis library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Penulis mengambil data-data dari buku, jurnal, kitab fiqih, dan lainnya yang memiliki korelasi dengan pembahasan. Tulisan ini menemukan bahwa konsep ahliyyah berimplikasi pada pemberian rukhshah (keringanan) terhadap penyandang disabilitas sensorik dalam menjalankan kewajiban keagamaan mereka. Dalam implementasinya, rukhshah (keringanan) tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk mengakomodasi masyaqqah (kesulitan) yang dialami dan dengan memperluas kaedah rukhshah (keringanan) untuk mengakomodasi al-hajjah (kebutuhan) mereka. Aplikasi dari strategi ini menghasilkan kemampuan dan kecakapan penyandang tuna rungu untuk menjadi imam shalat dengan akses alat gyroscope bracelet, penyandang tuna netra dapat mengkaji Al-Qur'an dengan akses mushaf Braille, mampu pergi ke masjid dan mengikuti shalat berjamaah dengan akses GPS smartphone atau guiding dog, penyandang tuna wicara dapat berdakwah melalui penerjemah bahasa isyarat, penyandang tuna rungu-wicara dapat memperoleh pengetahuan agama dengan akses running teks khutbah, dan lainnya.
