Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic is very significant for economic movements in Indonesia, including in Tanjung Pinang City whose income tends to come from the Tourism sector and is closely side by side with MSME traders, then what is the impact and strategy of MSME traders in maintaining and recovering their businesses during and after the Pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSME traders in Tanjung Pinang City and analyze how strategies are carried out to survive and recover their businesses during and after the Pandemic. This study used qualitative descriptive design with hermeneutic analysis methods and data collection using primary sources with interview and observation techniques. The result of this study is that the average MSME trader in Tanjung Pinang City is affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic, while the strategy used to survive is that they have their own strategies, while the strategy to recover their business after the Covid-19 Pandemic is to continue the strategy that has been done before. The conclusion of this study is that the Covid-19 Pandemic has affected MSME Traders in Tanjung Pinang City, both for traders who sell directly in certain locations, traders who sell online to traders who produce foodstuffs, as for the strategies used by traders during or after the Covid-19 Pandemic are very different according to the line of business they are running.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan sistem e-payment e-toll, proses settlement, dan seberapa besar penggunaannya pada efektivitas pendapatan. Dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan sistem e-payment e-toll, mengevaluasi proses settlement, dan menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan dari aktivitas tersebut terhadap efektivitas pendapatan PT Marga Sarana Jabar Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yang dikenal sebagai studi kasus, di mana fokusnya adalah pada satu subjek tertentu yang dipelajari secara menyeluruh sebagai suatu kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus memungkinkan peneliti untuk tetap holistik dan signifikan. Dari Hasil Penelitian menghasilkan penggunaan E-payment e-toll (X1) sebesar 0,886 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat terhadap pendapatan (Y). Settlement (X2) terhadap pendapatan (Y) sebesar 0,723, Koefisien korelasi untuk penggunaan E-payment e-toll (X1) adalah 88,6% menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat, sementara koefisien korelasi untuk data settlement (X2) adalah 72.3%Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi teori, hipotesis, dan pendapat sebelumnya bahwa penggunaan e-payment e-toll dan settlement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan perusahaan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pendapatan perusahaan serta menjamin sistem yang efisien dan akurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati penerapan konsep marketing mix dan hukum permintaan-penawaran dalam kegiatan bazaar sekolah yang dilakukan oleh siswa SMK Nusantara. Objek penelitian adalah kegiatan bazaar yang melibatkan sekitar 30 stand yang dikelola oleh siswa pada tanggal 21 Desember 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis observasi untuk memahami dinamika perencanaan dan pelaksanaan bisnis sederhana oleh siswa, khususnya pada produk minuman. Fokus observasi mencakup jenis produk yang dijual, respon konsumen, serta faktor eksternal seperti cuaca dan preferensi konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dominasi produk serupa, seperti es teh manis, menyebabkan kejenuhan pasar, terutama pada musim penghujan yang mengurangi permintaan minuman dingin. Hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap analisis pasar, diferensiasi produk, dan adaptasi terhadap kondisi eksternal. Guru memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan bimbingan praktis yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep pemasaran dan memperkuat resiliensi mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya integrasi pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis praktik ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Kegiatan seperti simulasi bisnis dan pelatihan inovasi produk dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan berwirausaha yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bimbingan yang lebih terstruktur dari guru untuk memastikan siswa mampu mempraktikkan keterampilan seperti inovasi produk, komunikasi, dan manajemen waktu, yang menjadi fondasi penting dalam mempersiapkan generasi Z menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance leadership skills among students of SMP, SMA, and SMK Nusantara. The objectives of this activity include equipping participants with basic leadership skills applicable to school organizations, encouraging the development of responsible, integrity-based, and inspirational leadership characters, facilitating the exchange of ideas on leadership, and increasing participants' motivation to actively engage in organizational and community activities The activity was held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 08:00 to 12:30 WIB, in Auditorium R. 86-87 of SMA Nusantara, Jl Tarumanegara Dalam No 2, Kelurahan Pisangan, Kecamatan Ciputat Timur, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Participants included OSIS and Rohis board members from four schools, namely SMP Nusantara Plus, SMA Nusantara Plus, SMK Nusantara 1, and SMK Nusantara II Kesehatan, with a total of 80 students. The implementation methods included seminars for material presentation, interactive discussions, and leadership practice simulations. The results showed high levels of active participation and enthusiasm from the participants, indicating that the activity successfully enhanced their leadership capacities. This positive impact is expected to continue encouraging students' self-development and active roles in advancing their school and community environments

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia contribute 60% of regional income and absorb 97% of the workforce, yet many do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB). This activity aims to support government programs by improving capacity, access to capital, and business legality. The community service activity was conducted at the Market Day of SMK Nusantara, Ciputat, using the Participatory Action Research approach, involving 15 lecturers and students from STIE Ganesha. Results showed: 85% of participants were satisfied, but 40% faced difficulties using OSS, and 30% desired additional sessions. Participants' suggestions included follow-up programs, digital training, longer activity duration, and collaboration with financial institutions. Recommended follow-up includes continued assistance, digital literacy training, extended activity duration, and broader collaboration to strengthen the impact of the community service for business actors.

Abstract

The takeover of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) by  the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in March 2023, which occurred just a month after the bank was recognized as one of the top 20 banks in the United States, provides significant lessons regarding the uncertainty that can engulf even the most respected financial institutions. The study aims to identify various factors that influence investment decisions in the money market, focusing on the challenges faced by investors in the face of market uncertainty and limited information available. The approach method used is Qualitative Descriptive with data collection techniques using document studies, interviews and content analysis which are then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of this study show that investment decision-making in the financial market is greatly influenced by various factors, both internal and external, including greed, overconfidence, media coverage, faith) and FOMO. Thus, it is necessary to be skeptical of professional accountants in determining investment decisions to reduce the risk of errors due to inaccurate or manipulative information.

Abstract

The sandwich generation phenomenon, wherein individuals simultaneously support both elderly parents and dependent children, has emerged as an increasingly critical issue amidst Indonesia’s complex socioeconomic landscape. This study aims to identify the financial literacy level of the sandwich generation and analyze its impact on long-term financial planning practices. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 100 respondents aged 30–50 years residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) who met the criteria for multigenerational financial responsibilities. Data were collected through a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire and semi-structured interviews, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings revealed that financial literacy among respondents was at a moderate level, but remained insufficient in terms of long-term financial products. A positive and significant relationship was found between financial literacy and financial planning (r = 0.514; p < 0.05), with financial literacy also having a significant effect on financial planning practices (R² = 0.264).
