Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction, both simultaneous and partial influence. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method, which consists of validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination tests, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The number of samples in this study was 88 respondents who were customers of the Rembangan Dairy Farm, where the purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample. The results of the research show that the service quality variable and the product quality variable simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on the Rembangan Dairy Farm customer satisfaction variable. The R2 value is 37.2%, this shows that the service quality variable and product quality variable are simultaneously able to influence changes in the customer satisfaction variable by 37.2%, while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. The product quality variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction, this is shown by the coefficient value of 0.282 which is greater than the coefficient value of the service quality variable which is 0.232.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing mix and development strategy of goat milk at Karya Etawa Farm, Kalipuro District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method is a case study using descriptive analysis data and SWOT analysis. Data were collected in April - July 2021. The results of the study showed that the marketing mix in Karya Etawa Farm includes (a) goat milk products produced have various flavors and good quality, (b) product prices follow competitors, (c) milk distribution is carried out either directly to consumers or through retailers, (d) promotional activities are carried out through face-to-face and sales promotions. The business development strategy can be carried out through (a) business owners utilizing and maintaining business locations to produce quality products and improve marketing networks, b) maintaining product quality by utilizing support and supervision from the government, (c) maintaining product quality and setting competitive market prices, (d) strengthening and expanding marketing network cooperation through resellers of goat milk products, (e) using more modern technology to produce quality products and raise interest in goat milk consumption. Keywords: marketing mix, goat milk, development strategies

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk sebagai variabel independent dan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening, serta loyalitas konsumen sebagai variabel dependent. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen warung bakso Purwoharjo di Kecamatan Rogojampi Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengampilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis), meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis jalur (path analysis), uji asumsi klasik dan uji t. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen serta secara parsial juga kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Poultry farming businesses such as UD Mahakarya Farm always have internal and external problems, so the desire to develop the business has not been achieved. UD Mahakarya Farm needs to do creative and innovative things with its business models. The purpose of this research is to determine the business model canvas and business strategy. Research methods using qualitative and quantitative. The results of the research show that business development with the Business Model Canvas is still using conventional models. The results of the SWOT analysis showed an IFAS value of 2.95 and an EFAS value of 3.12. In the SWOT analysis, there are eight alternative strategies that can be recommended for business development at UD. Mahakarya Farm.

Abstract

Bekamal is a typical fermented meat from Banyuwangi Regency. Bekamal is made from minced meat with salt and brown sugar added and then stored for a certain time using a clay storage (kendil). Bekamal products are starting to be difficult to find in the market. Reinforcement of processed products based on local wisdom needs to be done so that the products are not lost. One way of strengthening can be done by assessing the quality of nutrition and consumer acceptance. The purpose of this study was to determine the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics of bekamal goats with different fermentation times. This study used a nonfactorial completely randomized design (CRD) with fermentation time variables (1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks). The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there were significant differences, the duncan multiple range test (DMRT) was continued. The results showed that different fermentation times had a significant effect (P<0.05) on pH value, total acid, water content, water holding capacity, color, aroma, texture and taste. Bekamal which was fermented for 4 weeks gave the best results from all parameters. This product can be developed into fermented meat-based processed products.

Abstract

Percepatan pembangunan peternakan di masyarakat dapat dilakukan melalui penyuluhan. Seorang penyuluh harus bisa menyebarkan informasi, membantu masyarakat dalam menilai suatu kondisi, memberi pengetahuan dan ketrampilan baru bagi masyrakat. Penyuluh juga harus memiliki sikap yang baik dalam melakukan aktivitasnya sehingga bisa tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Ternak yang belajar berperan sebagai seorang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Banyuwangi pada bulan April-Juni 2023 dengan metode survei pada 70 orang mahasiswa menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran skala likert (skoring). Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif yang disajikan dalam nilai kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata pengetahuan mahasiswa sebesar 3.97 dengan kategori baik, nilai sikap sebesar 3.91 dalam kategori baik dan nilai ketrampilan sebesar 3.44 dalam kategori baik. Rata-rata total dari pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan sebesar 3.78 dengan kategori baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata mahasiswa sebagai seorang penyuluh di masyarakat dikatakan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening di warung sate kambing Cak Bagong Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan cita rasa, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi sebagai variabel independent dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening, serta loyalitas konsumen sebagai variabel dependent. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen warung sate kambing Cak Bagong Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis), meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa dan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian, adapun cita rasa dan keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.
