Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan power drop dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan tes push-ups. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan power drop berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan overhead throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan power drop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 26,00>22,28. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan power drop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan antara power drop dengan overhead throw, dimana pelatihan power drop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan power drop dengan hasil bentuk latihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Kata Kunci : Power drop, Overhead throw dan Kekuatan otot lengan. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of power training with medicine ball drop against the arm muscle strength, (2) the effect of training overhead throw the medicine ball against the arm muscle strength, (3) The difference in the effect of training overhead power drop and throw the medicine ball against arm muscle strength. Subjects were participants in badminton extracurricular at SMAN 7 Denpasar in 2014, amounting to 36 people. Data of arm muscle strength was measured by push-ups test. The Experimental research method with the modified design of group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training effect on the power drop arm muscle strength, with the result t = 11.04> table = 2.042 (2) training overhead throw affect the strength of the arm muscles, with the result t = 6.88> table = 2.042 (3) training of the power drop is better than the effect of training on muscle strength overhead throw arm, seen with an average yield of 26.00> 22.28. It was concluded that (1) there are significant drop of power training to increase muscle strength of arm, (2) there are significant overhead throw training to increase muscle strength of arm, (3) there is a difference between the arm muscle strength increase power drop with an overhead throw, where the training power drop better than the training overhead throw to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Based on the analysis of data showed that there were significant differences between the results of the exercise of power drop form with the results of the exercise form overhead throw against the arm muscle strength, thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of the drop and overhead power training on muscle strength arm throw participants extracurricular high school badminton SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. keyword : Power drop, Overhead throw and arm muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness, (2) pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan hasil dari pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes shuttle run. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan box drill fitness berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference -0,048, pelatihan boomerang run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048, dan pelatihan boomerang run memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan hasil peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run, dimana pelatihan boomerang run lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap kelincahan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014 berjumlah 30 orang. Data kelincahan diukur dengan tes dogging-run. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan dot drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,915 dan posttest sebesar 0,87 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,045, persentase peningkatan sebersar 4,95%. Sedangkan hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan down the line drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,875 dan posttest sebesar 0,835 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,4, persentase peningkatan sebesar 4,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 9,83 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 14,284 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (3) pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata nilai t hitung 2,604 > t tabel 2,028 (dk = 38). Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan antara dot drill dengan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan dot drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the dot drill training to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014, (2) the effect of training down the line drills to increase agility athletes 13-15 years old karate Karate Club Batur 2014, (3) the difference between the effect of training dot drill and drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. Subjects were 13-15 years old karate athletes Karate Club Batur in 2014 amounted to 30 people. Data agility measured by test-run dogging. This study used an experimental method with the modified design pretest-posttest design the same subject. Analysis of data using statistical calculation test at a significance level of 0.05%. Pretest results on the dot drill training group showed an average yield of 0.915 and a posttest at 0.87 with an increase of 0,045, a percentage increase of 4.95% sebersar. While the results of the pretest on group training drills down the line shows the average yield of 0.875 and posttest of 0.835 with an increase of 0.4, the percentage increase of 4.5%. The results of data analysis (1) training dot drill affect the increase in agility, with the results of the t value 9.83> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the results of the t value 14.284> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (3) training drill down the line gives a better effect than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen with an average yield of 2,604 t value> t table 2.028 (df = 38) . Based on data analysis concluded that (1) there is the influence of the dot drill training to increase agility, (2) there is a training effect down the line drills to increase agility, (3) there is a difference between dot agility drill with drill down the line, where the dot drill training better than training drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. keyword : Keywords: Dot Drill Training, Training Drill Down The Line, Agility, Karate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subyek penelitian adalah karateka usia 13-18 tahun Kecamatan Sukasada Buleleng berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pretest – posttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan hexagon drill berpengaruh terhadap terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dodge the rope berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope, dengan hasil thit = 0,43< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Hexagon Drill, Dodge the Rope, Power otot tungkai karateka This study aims to determine (1) the effect of hexagon drill training toward the increase of limb muscles power, (2) the effect of dodge the rope training toward the increase of limb muscles power, (3) the different increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training. The subjects of this research were 30 karateka at 13-18 years old from Sukasada Buleleng Karate team. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pretest – posttest design. The data collection test was using standing broad jump test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 12,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training, with result thit = 0,43> ttab = 2,04. training. The giant score of hexagon drill training = 8,13 cm > dodge the rope training= 5,86 cm. The conclution of the study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope trainig. keyword : The hexagon drill training, the dodge the rope training, Karateka limb muscles power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan terhadap keterampilan heading, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan dan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data keterampilan heading diukur dengan tes heading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan adu sundulan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan adu sundulan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 32,00>28,5. Beradasarkam hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang heading antara pelatihan adu sundulan dengan pelatihan sundulan segitiga, dimana pelatihan adu sundulan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan adu sundulan dengan hasil bentuk latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan dan latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game through heading skill, (2) the effect of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill, (3) The difference in the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill. The research subjects were participants of soccer extracurricular in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya year 2014, amounting to 40 people. The data of heading skill are measured by heading test. This study used an experimental method with the design of modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data analysis used statistical calculation of t-test at the significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis shows that, (1) ‘adu sundulan’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count = 11.04> t table = 2.042, (2) ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count= 6.88> t table = 2.042, (3) ‘adu sundulan’ training game gives a better effect than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game towards heading skill, from the result has shown above the average is 32.00> 28.5. based on the results of data analysis showed, (1) there are effects of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (2) there are effects of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (3) there are differences on heading skill improvement between ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game, whereas ‘adu sundulan’ training game has better impact on the improvement of heading skill rather than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game. It was concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the improvement of heading skill. Thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the heading skill improvement of soccer extracurricular participant in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. keyword : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga and heading skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lari berantai keliling bendera terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan lomba slalom menggiring bola terhadap keterampilan dribblilng bola, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari berantai kelilillng bendera dengan loma slalom menggiring bola terhadap keterampilan dribbing bola. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstra kurikuler SMP Negeri 5 Negara yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data keterampilan dribbling bola diukur dengan tes menggiring bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan “the modified non-randomized pre-test post test goup design”. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0.05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan lari berantai keliling bendera berpengaruh terhadap keterampila dribbling bola, dengan hasil thitung = 46,499 >ttabel = 2.145 (2) pelatihan lomba slalom menggiring bola, berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribblling bola, dengan hasil thitung = 68,214 > ttabel = 2,145 (3) pelatihan lomba slalom menggiring bola memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan lari berantai keliling bendera terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 19,45 >18,39. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan lari berantai keliling bendera terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling bola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan lomba slalom menggiring bola terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling bola, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang dribbling bola antara pelatihan lari berantai keliling bendera dengan lomba slalom menggiring bola, dimana pelatihan lomba slalom menggiring bola lebih baik dari pada pelatihan lari berantai keliling bendera terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribblilng bola. The subjects of this study were 30 extra training students’ of SMP N 5 Negara. The data of students’ dribbling ability was measured by dribbling test. This study was an experimental study which the design was the modified non-randomized pre-test post test group design. The data of this study was analyzed by using t-test statistic measurement with the degree of significance is 0,05. The result of the data analysis showed that 1. Slalom dribbling ball contest influenced students’ ability in dribbling ball with the result of thitung = 68,214 > ttabel = 2,145, 3. Slalom dribbling ball contest give better influenced rather than running chains go around the flag training toward the students’ ability in dribbling ball which can be seen on the average result which is 19,45 >18,39 From the result of the study it can be concluded that, 1. Running chains go around the flag training was influenced the improvement of students’ ability in dribbling ball. 2. Slalom dribbling ball contest influenced the improvement students’ ability in dribbling ball. 3. There were differences of the improvement of students ability in dribbling ball between running chains go around the flag training and Slalom dribbling ball contest, where slalom dribbling ball contest gave better progression in dribbling ball rather than running chains go around the flag training. keyword : Running chains go around the flag, Slalom, The ability in dribbling ball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, (2) pengaruh pelatihan pelatihan hollow sprint terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint terhadap daya tahan anaerobik. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet kyourugi usia 15-19 tahun Bulldog Tae Kwon Do Club berjumlah 22 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two groups pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lari 300 meter. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, dengan hasil thit = 3,81> ttab = 2,22, (2) pelatihan hollow sprint berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, dengan hasil thit = 2,39< ttab = 2,22, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh daya tahan anaerobik antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint , dengan hasil thit = -0,09< ttab = 2,08. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hollow sprint terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruah antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik.Kata Kunci : PELATIHAN FARTLEK, PELATIHAN HOLLOW SPRINT, DAYA TAHAN ANAEROBIK This study aims to determine (1) the effect of fartlek training for anaerobic endurance, (2) the effect of hollow sprint training for anaerobic endurance, (3) the difference against between the influence of fartlek training and hollow sprint for anaerobic endurance. The subjects of this research were 22 people at 15-19 years old from Bulldog Tae Kwon Do Club. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using 300 m run. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the fartlek training affected to the anaerobic endurance, with result thit = 3,81 > ttab = 2,22, (2) the hollow sprint training affected to the anaerobic endurance, with result thit = 2,39 > ttab = 2,22, (3) there was not differences in the anaerobic endurance between the fartlek training and hollow sprint training, with result thit = 0,09> ttab = 2,08. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) Pengaruh double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai dan (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet club renang Bali Pari tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 atlet. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) Pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung 12,357 > ttabel 1,701 dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, (2) Pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung 7,122 > ttabel 1,701 dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan double leg bound dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 47,67 > 46,20. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet Club renang Bali Pari Tahun 2015, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet Club renang Bali Pari Tahun 2015 dan (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan double leg bound dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet Club renang Bali Pari tahun 2015. This study aims to determine (1) Effect of training double leg bound to the leg muscle power, (2) The effect double leg speed hop on leg muscle power and (3) The difference in training effect double leg bound and double leg speed hop on leg muscle power. The subjects were athletes Bali Pari swimming club in 2015, amounting to 30 athletes. Data explosive power leg muscle was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis (1) Training double leg bound effect on limb muscle power, with the result tcount 12.357> ttable 1,701 and sig. (0,000) 1.701 ttable and sig. (0,000) 46.20. It was concluded that (1) There is a double leg training influence bound to the leg muscle power in athletes swimming Club Bali Pari 2015, (2) There is an effect of speed training double leg hop on leg muscle power in athletes swimming Club Bali Pari 2015 and (3) There is no significant difference from training double leg double leg bound and speed hop on leg muscle power in athletes swimming Club Bali Pari 2015. keyword : Limb Muscle Power, Double Leg Bound Training, Training Leg Speed Double Hop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 14-16 tahun dojo Mahakerti Jembrana berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pre-test-post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 10,33> ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 6,15> ttab = 2,14, (3) bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 0,08< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan. The subjects of this research were 30 athlete karate kumite at 14-16 years old from Dojo Mahakerti Jembrana. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified two group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using agility t-test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the three corner drill training affected to the agility, with result thit = 10,33 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dot drill training affected to the agility, with result thit = 6,15 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training, with result thit = 0,08> ttab = 2,04. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan teknik shooting. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) metode pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dengan hasil thit = 11,007 > ttab = 2,145, (2) metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dengan hasil thit = 13,569 > ttab = 2,145, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dengan hasil thit = -2,772 > ttab = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (2) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dimana metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi lebih baik dari pada metode pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, praktik padat, praktik terdistribusi, ketepatan, sepakbola. This research aims to determine: (1) the effect of massed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (2) the effect of the distributed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (3) the differences effect of solid practices training methods and distributed practices to increase the accuracy of shooting technique . The research was conducted with an experimental method using the modified group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen. Number of subjects used in this study consisting of 30 people. This research data collection techniques derived from the measurement of the dependent variable is the accuracy of shooting techniques. Data analysis techniques using independent t-test with significance level α = 0.05. Results of data analysis that (1) the massed practice training methods were effect to the increased accuracy of shooting techniques, with the result thit = 11,007 > ttab = 2,145, (2) the distributed practices training method were effect to the increased accuracy of shooting techniques, with the result thit = 13,569 > ttab = 2,145, (3) there are differences effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, with the result thit = 2,772 > ttab = 2,048. Concluded that; (1) there was an effect of the massed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (2) there was an effect of the distributed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (3) there was an differences effect of massed practices training methods and distributed practices to increase the accuracy of shooting technique, which of the distributed practice training methods are better than massed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques.keyword : training, massed practice, distributed practice, accuracy, football.
