Abstract

Tetilik puniki matetujon nlatarang indik (1) wangun bebaosan krama Desa Nusasari, Kecamatan Melaya, Kabupaten Jembrana, miwah (2) dadalan sane ngawinang krama Desa Nusasari, Kecamatan Melaya, Kabupaten Jembrana kantun ngemanggehang dialek Nusa Penida. Jejering tetilik puniki inggih punika Krama Desa Nusasari, Kecamatan Melaya, Kabupaten Jembrana. Panandang tetilikanyane inggih punika dialek. Tetilik puniki nganggen palihan tetilik deskriptif kualitatif. Tetilikan puniki nganggen tiga kramaning mupulang data inggih punika (1) metode pratiaksa, (2) metode pabligbagan, miwah (3) metode dokumentasi. Data tureksa sane kaanggen minakadi: (1) reduksi data, (2) pangwedar data, (3) panyutetan. Pikolih ring tetilik puniki inggih punika (1) Wangun bebaosan ring Desa Nusasari kabupaten Jembrana inggih punika: ring ranah formal adat kantun nganggen dialek Nusa Penida, ring ranah formal dinas kantun nganggen dialek Nusa penida, ring krama desa kantun nganggen dialek Nusa Penida, krama desa Nusasari sareng krama lian desa menyesuaikan sareng sang sane kairing mabebaosan, lan ring keluarga kantun nganggen dialek Nusa Penida lan polih serapan saking dialek Jembrana. (2) Dadalan sane ngawinang krama Desa Nusasari kantun ngemanggehang dialek Nusa penida inggih punika: dialek punika sampun dados basa ibu utawi budaya saking leluhur, lan dados ceciren saking krama Desa Nusasari, Kecamatan Melaya, Kabupaten Jembrana.Kata Kunci : wangun bebaosan, dadalan, dialek Nusa Penida, Desa Nusasari. This study aimed to describe (1) form of speech used in Nusasari village, Melaya district, Jembrana districts, and (2) the cause of the villagers of Nusasari vallage, Melaya district, Jembrana district still use a dialect Nusa Penida. The subject of this research was speech the public Nusasari village, Melaya district, Jembrana districts. The object of this research was dialect. This research uses descriptive qualitative technique. This research used three data collection method, such as (1) observation method, (2) interview method, and (3) documentation method. The method of the data analysis used is data reduction, exporsure data, and conclution. The resust of this study is (1) form of speech used in Nusasari village, Melaya district, Jembrana districts is: in the realm of traditional formal still use a dialect Nusa Penida, in the realm of formal service still use a dialect Nusa Penida, the society still use a dialect Nusa Penida, villagers Nusasari with other community village adjust the interlocutors, and in the family still use a dialect Nusa Penida and uptake from dialect Negara. (2) cause in Nusasari village, Melaya district, Jembrana districts still use a dialect Nusa Penida is, this dialect has become the mother tongue or ancestral culture, and have become the hallmark of the community in Nusasari village, Melaya district, Jembrana districs.keyword : form language, section, dialect Nusa Penida, Nusasari village.

Abstract

Tetilikan kualitatif puniki matetujon (1) nlatarang soroh campur kode manut kerta basa ring sajeroning album tembang-tembang pop Bali kakawian Yong Sagita, (2) nlatarang soroh campur kode manut pawiwit basa sane kaambil ring sajeroning album tembang-tembang pop Bali saking Yong Sagita, miwah (3) nlatarang parindikan sane ngawinang kawentenan campur kode ring album tembang pop Bali saking Yong Sagita. Jejering tetilikan puniki sawates tembang pop Bali Yong Sagita sane madaging parindikan campur kode. Wenten 62 tembang Pop Bali sane katembangang miwah kakawi olih Yong Sagita sane katilikin. Tetilikan puniki nganggen kalih kramaning mupulang data, inggih punika kramaning dokumentasi miwah kramaning sadu wicara. Tetilikan puniki nganggen data tureksa deskriptif kualitatif. Pikolih tetilikan puniki inggih punika (1) soroh campur kode manut pawiwit basa wenten 252 sane marupa 233 data utawi 92% pinaka campur kode ka tengah; 18 data utawi 7% campur kode ka sisi, miwah 1 data utawi 1% campur kode cecampuhan; (2) soroh campur kode manut kerta basa wenten 252 sane marupa 191 data utawi 76% pinaka campur kode undagan kruna, 40 data utawi 16% campur kode undagan frase, miwah 21 data utawi 8% campur kode undagan klausa; miwah (3) parindikan sane ngawinang kawentenan campur kode ring tembang pop Bali Yong Sagita inggih punika faktor pawicara lan faktor kebahasaan sane sampun anut ring teori dadalan campur kode.Kata Kunci : campur kode, lagu pop bali This qualitative research is aimed (1) to explain the kind of code mixing according to language source in Yong Sagita’s Bali pop song albums, (2) to explain the kind of code mixing according to speech level in Yong Sagita’s Bali pop song albums, and (3) to explain the code mixing’s cause factor in Yong Sagita’s Bali pop song albums. The subject of this research was limited in Yong Sagita’s Bali pop songs that containes code mixing. There are 62 Bali pop songs that were sung and created by Yong Sagita that was analyazed. This research used two data collection method, those were documentation method and interview method. This research used qualitative descriptive data analysis. The result of this research is (1) the kind of code mixing according to language source from 252 which consist of 233 data or 92% are inner code mixing, 18 data or 7% are outer code mixing, and 1 data or 1% is hybrid code mixing; (2) the kind of code mixing according to speech level there are 252 which consist of 191 data or 76% are code mixing in word level, 40 data or 16% code mixing in phrase level, and 21 data or 8% code mixing in clause level; and (3) the code mixing’s cause factor in Yong Sagita’s Bali pop song albums are speaker factor and speech factor which already appropriate to the background theory of code mixing’s cause factor. keyword : code mixing, Bali’s pop song

Tetilikan kualitatif puniki matetujon nlatarang indik (1) wangun sesuratan Aksara Bali sane wenten ring pupulan Lontar Pacentokan Nyurat Lontar Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA warsa 2014 lan (2) Pasang Aksara Bali sane wenten ring pupulan Lontar Pacentokan Nyurat Lontar Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA warsa 2014. Jejering tetilik puniki inggih punika pupulan lontar sajeroning pacentokan nyurat lontar Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA warsa 2014. Tetilik puniki nganggen kalih kramaning mupulang data inggih punika 1) kramaning pratiaksa lan 2) kramaning dokumentasi. Data tureksa sane kaanggen minakadi: (1) identifikasi data, (2) reduksi data, (3) klasifikasi data, (4) interpretasi data, (5) panyutetan. Pikolih tetilikan puniki inggih punika (1) wangun sesuratan aksara Bali ring pupulan lontar sajeroning pacentokan nyurat lontar Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA 2014 wenten tetiga, minakadi: sesuratan sampun wayah, sampun becik, lan nguda. (2) Pasang Aksara Bali ring pupulan lontar sajeroning pacentokan nyurat lontar Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA 2014 minakadi: Uger-uger Bali Lumbrah, nyurat angka, Aksara Lagna, Aksara Ardasuara, Pangangge Tengenan, Tengenan Majalan, Pasang Pageh, Kruna Tiron, Kruna Dwi Purwa, lan Ringkesan miwah Akronim.Kata Kunci : pasang aksara bali, nyurat lontar. This qualitative study aims to explain about (1) written form of Balinese letter and (2) Pasang Aksara Bali in the collection of writing lontar competition of Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA in 2014. The subject of this study is the collection of lontar in writing lontar competition of Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA in 2014. There are two methods of this study; (1) observation and (2) documentation. The data are analyzed in several steps; (1) data identification, (2) data reduction, (3) data clarification, (4) data interpretation, and (5) conclusion. The finding shows (1) there are three written forms in the collection of writing lontar competition of Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA in 2014 namely: excellent, adequate, and poor and (2) Pasang Aksara Bali in the collection of writing lontar competition of Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA in 2014 are Uger-uger Bali Lumbrah, nyurat angka, Aksara Lagna, Aksara Ardasuara, Pangangge Tengenan, Tengenan Majalan, Pasang Pageh, Kruna Tiron, Kruna Dwi Purwa, Ringkesan and Akronim.keyword : Pasang Aksara Bali, write lontar

Abstract

Tetilikan puniki matetujon nguningin indik (1) kawagedan sisia kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali (2) pikobet sane kapanggihin sisia kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali (3) kahanan sane ngawinang sisia ngrasayang pikobet sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali. Tetilik puniki nganggen palihan tetilik deskriptif kualitatif miwah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jejering tetilikan puniki sisia kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida. Penandang tetilikan puniki kawagedan nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali, pikobet sane kapanggihin sisia ring sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali miwah kahanan sane ngawinang sisia madue pikobet sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali. Tetilik puniki nganggen tiga kramaning mupulang data inggih punika 1) kramaning tes 2) kramaning kuesioner 3) kramaning sadu wicara. Data tureksa sane kaanggen minakadi: (1) reduksi data, (2) deskripsi data, (3) klasifikasi data, miwah (4) panyutet. Pikolih tetilikan puniki inggih punika 1) Kawagedan sisia kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali kabaos sedeng. Sane ngamolihang pikolih sane lintang becik inggih punka 7 sisia (21,21%), sane polih pikolih becik 7 sisia (21,21%), sane polih pikolih sedeng 12 sisia (30,30%) miwah sane polih pikolih kirang 7 sisia (21,21%). Sajeroning pikolih tes puniki selanturnyane prasida kapolihang pikolih rata-rata inggih punika 68. 2) Pikobet-pikobet sane kaarepin sisia kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida sajeroning nyurat kruna sartma maaksara Bali marupa pikobet 1) nenten uning ring pasang aksara Bali miwah 2) nenten uning ring gantungan miwah gempelan. 3) Kahanan pikobet sane kaarepin sisia sajeroning nyurat kruna satma maaksara Bali. (1) kirang madue pikayunan ring mlajahin basa Bali, (2) Buku sane ngrajegang peplajahan basa Bali durung jangkep, (3) Pidaging peplajahan basa Bali sane meweh,(4) peplajahan basa Bali ring kurikulum kari kirang santukan 2 jam kemanten ring awuku.Kata Kunci : kruna satma, nyurat, aksara Bali This study aimed to describe (1) The ability of X-3 grade students of SMA N 1 Nusa Penida in writing compound word beraksara bali (2) The problems encountered by the students in writing compound word beraksara bali (3) The factors that lead to students having problems writing a compound word beraksara bali. The subject of this study was X-3 grade students of SMA N 1 Singaraja. The object of this study was the ability in writing compound word beraksara bali, the problems encountered by the students in writing compound word beraksara bali, and the factor which makes the studen had difficulty in writing of combined words beraksara Bali. Method of data collection used in this study was test, questionnaire, and interview. Method of data analysis used in this study was 1) Data reduction, 2) data description, 3) data classification, and 4) Conclusion. The result of this study was (1) the ability of X-3 grade students of SMA N 1 Nusa Penida in writing compound word beraksara bali was sufficient. Students who obtain very good was 7 students (21.21%), students who obtain good was 7 students (21.21%), students who obtain sufficient was 12 (30.30%) and students who obtain less good was 7 students (21.21%). Regarding to that result can obtain an average was 68. (2) the problems that encountered by the students of X-3 class of SMA N 1 Nusa Penida in writing compound word beraksara bali form 1) do not know about pasang aksara Bali, and 2) do not know about gantungan and gempelan. (3) cause of problems faced by the students was 1) Not have an interest in studying Bali language, 2) the books which is contain of Bahasa Bali not complete, 3) The content of learning Bahasa Bali was difficult, and 4) Bali language lessons in the curriculum is still lacking.keyword : compound word, writting, aksara Bali

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan (1) permasalahan siswa XI-3 IPA SMA Negeri 1 Banjar menulis cerpen berbahasa Bali, (2) manfaat metode pembelajaran tipe TPS untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis sinopsis cerpen berbahasa Bali siswa kelas XI-3 IPA SMA Negeri 1 Banjar, (3) pendapat siswa XI-3 IPA SMA Negeri 1 Banjar mengenai metode kooperatif tipe TPS. Penelitian ini dipaparkan dengan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa di kelas XI-3 IPA SMA Negeri 1 Banjar. Kemudian objek penelitian yaitu metode kooperatif tipe TPS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis sinopsis cerpen berbasa Bali. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, digunakan lima tata cara pengumpulan sata diantaranya observasi, tes, wawancara, kuisioner/angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan tentang (1) tata cara pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode kooperatif tipe TPS di kelas, (2) hasil tes siswa tentang menulis sinopsis cerpen berbahasa Bali, (3) pendapat siswa mengenai metode kooperatif tipe TPS yang sudah d berikan dalam pembelajaran dari angket/kuisioner yang dibagikan, (4) persentase pendapat siswa. Dilihat dari paparan dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat di ambil amanat yang terkadung dalam penelitian yaitu agar guru mampu memberikan pengajaran dengan metode yang variatif, metode yang diguanakan agar sesuai dengan materi, dan guru harus mampu mengetahui kecerdasan siswa agar pembelajaran mampu mencakup semua siswaKata Kunci : koopeatif, menulis, sinopsis, cerpen This research are describe about (1) the problem of SMA Negeri 1 Banjar student’s in XI-3 physical science class about how to write a short in bahasa Bali (2) the benefit of the TPS type syudying method to improve synopsis writing skills for the SMA Negeri 1 Banjar students in XI-3 physical science class (3) the opinion of the SMA Negeri 1 Banjar students in XI-3 physical science class about cooperative method in TPS type. This research are presented on deskriptive qualitative and quantitative. The subject of this research are all the XI-3 physical science class in SMA Negeri 1 Banjar. Then the object of the reasearch is TPS type cooperative method to improve synopsis writing skill of writing short story in bahasa Bali. To collecting data for this research, are used 5 ways there are observation, test, interview, questionaire, and documentation. The result of this research are (1) presenting about how to do studying process with cooperative method in TPS type (2) the student’s test result about how to writing synopsis of short story in bahasa Bali (3) the opinion of the students about cooperative method in TPS type which already given studying process and by the questionnaire which already spead (4) the presentage of students opinion. From the result of this research we can see that teacher can give a variate studying method, and the method is should be compatible with the teaching materials, then teacher should know about students intellegence so that all of the students can catch the teacher’s materials. keyword : cooperative, writing, synopsis, short story

Tetilikan puniki ngangge tetilikan deskriptif kualitatif. Jejering tetilikan puniki inggih punika orti Bali ring acara gatra Bali RRI Singaraja. Panandang ring tetilikan puniki inggih punika anggah-ungguhing basa Bali sajeroning teks orti Bali. Pamupulan data nganggen kramaning praktiyasa miwah sadu wicara. Kramaning data tureksa sane manggen inggih punika (1) reduksi data, (2) pangwedar data, miwah (3) penyutetan. Pikolih tetilikan puniki nyantenang (1) kaiwangan ngwedarang anggah-ungguhing basa Bali ring teks orti Bali inggih punika (a) wangun kaiwangan wenten 11 miwah (b) genah kaiwangan wenten 41 lengkara. (2) pikobet sane kapanggihin pangartos ri kala nyalin gatra inggih punika (a) indik kompetensi, (b) indik kualifikasi, miwah (c) indik referensi. Tetilikan puniki nyantenang sumangdene pangaratos orti Bali prasida waged nelebin widya ngeninin indik anggah-ungguhing basa Bali mangda prasida makarya orti Bali sane nganutin anggah-ungguhing basa Bali sane patut.Kata Kunci : anggah-ungguhing basa Bali sajeronig teks orti Bali The aim of this study describes (1) the disadvantages of using anggah-ungguhing basa Bali in text orti Bali RRI Singaraja and (2) problems encountered when copying news text orti Bali in gatra event RRI Singaraja. The study was designed as a qualitative deskriptf research. This research subject is orti Bali in Bali gatra event. The object of this study is anggah-ungguhing language text orti Bali in Bali. The data collection is done by using the method of observation and interviews. The collection data used are (1) data reduction (2) explain the data (3) inference. The results of this study indicate that (1) the disadvantages of using anggah-ungguhing basa Bali in text orti Bali, namely (a) the form of shortage amount 11 words and (b) a shortage amount 41 sentences. (2) problems encountered copyist news when copying the news that (a) concerning the competence, (b) qualifications, and (c) of the references. It stresses that the copyist .Penelitian orti Bali could increase knowledge about anggah-ungguhing base orti Bali Bali in order to produce in accordance with anggah-ungguhing Bali correct base.keyword : anggah-ungguhing base Bali in text orti Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Literasi Berbahasa Bali di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk literasi berbahasa Bali yang sudah dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja dan mengetahui hasil dari literasi berbahasa Bali yang telah dilaksanakan tersebut berkaitan dengan pembelajaran bahasa Bali pada siswa di kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja yang berjumlah 38 orang dan objek penelitianya adalah literasi berbahasa Bali yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu literasi berbahasa Bali sudah dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja sesuai dengan program pemerintah yang dilaksanakan setiap hari kamis diikuti oleh guru dan seluruh siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Literasi berbahasa Bali dilaksanakan bergilir dari siswa kelas X sampai siswa kelas XII. Literasi berbahasa Bali yang sudah dilaksanakan, dari mendengar, membaca, menyimak, diharapkan kemampuan siswa berbahasa Bali semakin meningkat. Siswa bisa menambah kosa kata atau meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Bali agar tidak salah pada saat berbahasa Bali. Kegiatan literasi tersebut sudah berhasil karena sudah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Bali. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai pembelajaran bahasa Bali yang sudah mencapai diatas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Kata kunci: Literasi, Keterampilan Berbahasa, Bahasa Bali

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan suatu deskripsi tentang kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Denpasar berkenaan dengan pemberdayaan guru bahasa daerah, khususnya bahsa Bali. Aplikasi dari kebijakan tersebut teraktualisasi sebagai kegiatan pengangkatan kontrak guru bahasa Bali di Kota Denpasar. Tujuan penelitian ini berkenaan dengan (1) konstruktivitas dan (2) korelativitas pemberdayaan guru bahasa Bali melalui kebijakan dari Pemerintah Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam hal ini, data penelitian berupa latar belakang kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Denpasar diperoleh melalui wawancara, aplikasi kebijakan tersebut yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuisioner, serta manfaat serta keberlanjutan kebijakan tersebut yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Analisis terhadap data penelitian dilakukan melalui reduksi, klasifikasi, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruktivitas pemberdayaan guru bahasa Bali melalui kebijakan dari Pemerintah Kota Denpasar meliputi (a) perumusan dan (b) pelaksanaan kebijakan guru kontrak bahasa Bali. Sementara itu, korelativitas pemberdayaan guru bahasa Bali melalui kebijakan dari Pemerintah Kota Denpasar meliputi (a) keterserapan lulusan guru bahasa Bali dan (b) ketersediaan guru bahasa Bali.

Abstract

This study describes the policies of the Provincial Government of Bali regarding the empowerment of Balinese language teachers. This departs from the district or city government's policy on empowering Balinese language teachers by appointing local government contract teachers who only reach the elementary and secondary education levels, as explored through previous research in Denpasar. Meanwhile, the SMA/SMK education level is under the authority of the Provincial Government (Bali), which will become the locus and focus of this research as follow-up research. Concerning this background, this research aims to describe (1) the implementation and (2) the policy implications of the Provincial Government of Bali in empowering Balinese language teachers. This research is designed as policy research using qualitative descriptive construction. In this case, the research data is conceived as an ideological substance and structure as an empirical actualization of Denpasar City Government policies obtained through documentation studies, interviews, and questionnaires. Research data analysis was carried out through reduction, classification, and interpretation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the Bali Provincial Government's policy regarding the empowerment of Balinese language teachers in the form of delegation, arrangement, and mapping of Balinese language teachers Meanwhile, (2) the implications of the Bali Provincial Government policy regarding the empowerment of Balinese language teachers are in the form of balancing, strengthening, and developing Balinese language teachers.

Abstract

This paper presents a critical study of ideological aspects of identity in the spirituality of society as reflected through phenomena in the realm of the Bhujangga community in Bali. In this case, the spiritual identity of the community identifies a dualism related to the legitimacy of the Vaishnava ideology through the formal institutional authority of kinship, which tends to be contradictory to the inheritance of a number of Siwaistic markers such as being verified and affiliated with the Bhujangga ideology. In line with this phenomenon, this study focuses on a discussion of constructivity and correlativity related to ideological dualism in the spiritual identity of the Bhujangga community. This study was conducted through descriptive and interpretive methods based on a number of concepts from the semiotic theory of cultural interpretation by Geertz and critical discourse theory by Foucault. The results of this study indicate that the constructivity of ideological dualism in the spiritual identity of the Bhujangga community is related to (1) cognitive identity and (2) collective identity. Meanwhile, the correlativity of ideological dualism in the spiritual identity of the Bhujangga community is related to (1) the domination of the Vaishnava ideology and (2) the degradation of the Bhujangga ideology.Keyword: Vaishnava ideology, Bhujangga ideology, Bhujangga community
