Abstract

Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam sebuah lingkungkan organisasi dimana hal itu akan berpengaruh terhadap banyak hal. Penelitian dibuat untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dalam organisasi Club K Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif diguanakan dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Peneliti juga menggunakan program spss sebagai alat ukur untuk melakukan uji ke validan data dan reliabilitas data. Teknik pegumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan google formulir untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membawa hasil yaitunilai signifikansi kurang dari nilai probabilitas signifikan dan memiliki makna bahwa budaya dalam organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja anggota organisasi Club K Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Budaya organisasi yang baik akan mempengaruhi suasana dalam organisasi sehingga menimbulkan motivasi kerja anggota organisasi

Abstract

Podcasts are one of the well-liked technological advancements to aid language acquisition. Podcasts, which are digital recordings, can be utilized to help students acquire the English language, particularly in speaking and skills. The reconducted was skilled at SMAN to know how to teach speaking and listening skills in high school using podcast media. Researchers used qualitative methods with observation and interview approaches and an interactive model for data analysis. The study results are (1) podcasts are a solution to students' difficulties in learning English as a medium for utilizing technology, (2) podcasts as a medium for learning speaking and listening skills, (3) podcasts can increase student motivation in learning English. So, this researcher draws the conclusion that Podcasts are one of the choices of English learning aids that also allow teachers to use technology in the classroom. It is important to highlight that the aim is not to replace podcasts as a substitute for live teaching. Therefore, it is recommended that when using podcasts, teachers should instruct their students well to maximize their effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of quizizz media on vocabulary mastery in Indonesian class V elementary school subjects. This study used an experimental method with a research design in the form of a true experimental design. The researcher used a sample consisting of two classes, namely the experimental group in class VA with 20 students including 14 boys and 6 girls while the control group in class VB had 20 students which included 12 boys and 8 girls. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of tests and documentation. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test with 20 valid questions. Based on the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test of two independent samples (independent sample t-test) the value of t-count is 4.123 and t-table is 1.686 with α = 0.05 and df = 38, then t-count ˃ t-table so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it can be it was concluded that there was an influence of quizizz media on vocabulary mastery in grade V Indonesian subjects.

Abstract

Information systems are made in stores so that they can easily process data and produce the information needed quickly, accurately, precisely, effectively and efficiently in spending costs. Kagas is a clothing store engaged in fashion that has been established since 2020. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weighted Moving Average method to the forecasting system in determining sales of robe clothes.  The results of calculating the stock of gamis clothes manually and calculating using a forecasting system using the previous year's data from May 2023 to April 2024 are the same. Forecasting of gamis clothes for the May 2024 period is 175 with a MAD value of 8.04, an MSE value of 135.33 and a MAPE value of 4.7%. With a forecasting system using the weight moving average method, it makes it easier for Toko Kagas to forecast the stock of gamis clothes inventory in the following month.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia sudah memasuki era digitalisasi dimana hampir semua sektor sudah dilakukan dan dibantu dengan mesin serta teknologi yang sangat canggih. Salah satu teknologi yang saat ini sangat mudah diakses adalah media sosial. Media sosial juga tidak hanya ada satu jenis, melainkan banyak sekali dan itu dapat menjadi pilihan. Semua orang tanpa terkecuali dapat menggunakan media sosial termasuk remaja. Hampir semua remaja di seluruh dunia menggunakan media sosial untuk bertukar kabar dan mengunggah semua kegiatan mereka, sehingga terjadi interaksi dalam platform yang digunakan. Setelah diperhatikan hal itu bisa saja mempengaruhi bagaimana sikap remaja saat ini dan di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini tidak lain dan tidak bukan adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media sosial terhadap sikap remaja dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang juga menganalisisnya dengan jenis analisis deskriptif. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa benar media sosial menjadi salah satu yang mempengaruhi bagaimana sikap remaja, baik itu positif maupun negatif.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of social education on the level of environmental awareness among students. With the increasing urgency of global environmental issues, understanding the effectiveness of education in shaping pro-environmental attitudes and behaviours is crucial. The research method in this study uses the literature method. The results showed that an environment-based social education programme with increased student pro-environmental awareness and actions. Students involved in the programme demonstrated a deeper understanding of environmental issues, improved critical thinking skills in the context of environmental issues, and more active participation in environmental conservation activities. The findings emphasise the importance of integrating environmental education into the social education curriculum and highlight the crucial role of education in shaping an environmentally conscious generation. The implications of this study include recommendations for curriculum development and teaching strategies that can enhance the effectiveness of social education in building environmental awareness among students.
