Abstract

Abstract: This discussion aims to increase understanding of the driving teacher who is part of the education reform process towards a better change and has a fundamental role in implementing independent learning. The ambitious teacher is a program of identifying and training future educational leaders. Motivating teachers are required to have more capabilities than teachers in general. A Motivating Teacher must have the characteristics of a good teacher, but a good teacher is not necessarily a Motivator. A good teacher is a teacher with good performance but only in the classroom. They can improve student achievement, teach creatively and innovatively, and develop their competence. Meanwhile, the role of the driving teacher is not only limited to being successful in managing the class they are teaching. In addition to being a good teacher, a Motivating Teacher must also have the will to lead, innovate, and make changes. As a teacher, the teacher must still integrate character values into the learning process, whether it is included in teaching materials, assignments or daily tests. We always communicate with students in various teaching applications such as WhatsApp links, Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, and others in teaching and learning activities. There are things to communicate that may be considered trivial and usually happen. Still, it turns out to be very important for us to cultivate good character for students when we talk in online media. Motivating teachers are expected to encourage student growth holistically and become Pancasila students. The driving teacher will be an inspiration for other teachers, have teaching innovations and varied teaching media, and become peer tutors at school.

Abstract

Abstract

In the beginning, Sufism and philosophy were fused, so the two had a very close relationship. Of course, in an effort to reach the knowledge of God, it takes unusual thinking and is able to penetrate the spaces of physics. But lately many consider the two as contradictory things. In simple terms, Sufism is defined as the lifestyle of a Sufi which mostly leads to the purification of the soul in order to be closer to God. This paper is qualitative, with a library research approach. Philosophical Sufism began to develop since the 6th and 7th centuries Hijri. In Indonesia, philosophical Sufism was popularized by several well-known Sufi figures, for the Sumatra region philosophical Sufism was disseminated by Hamzah al-Fansuri, Syamsuddin al-Sumatrani, Abd al-Ra'uf al-Singkili. As for the Java region, the figure who is famous for popularizing philosophical Sufism is Shaykh Siti Jenar. The figures and doctrines of philosophical Sufism are: Al-Hallaj with the concept of Hulul, Suhrawardi with the concept of Illumination, Ibn 'Arabi with the concept of Wahdah Al-Wujud, and Abu Yazid Al-Bustami with the concept of Fana' and Baqo'.

Abstract

The discussion about the soul (al-nafs) in the Islamic world has been started since the emergence of Islamic thinkers on the historical stage. Beginning with the collapse of the Greek-Roman civilization and the movement of translation, commentary and original literature carried out by Islamic thinkers, especially during the Abbasid Daula, the essence of Greek thought was lifted and enriched. The development of psychology if traced through classical Islamic literature, it turns out that there is no separation of scientific disciplines. Psychology is better known as the science of the soul or ulumun nafs. The methodology used in this discussion is the search for references in the form of books and digitization. And the result is one of the Islamic leaders who study psychology, namely Abu Ali al-Khozin Ahmad Ibn Muhammad bin Ya'kub and better known as Ibn Miskawaih. The relationship between the human body and soul Ibn Miskawaih explains that under the soul there is the power of reasoning which is not preceded by sensory recognition. With the power of sensory recognition. The soul is able to distinguish between true or not related to the results of the production of the five senses. The difference is done by distributing sensory objects with one another. Ibn Miskawaih emphasizes the superiority of the human soul over animal souls with the power of thinking which is the source of behavioral considerations, which always leads to goodness.

The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were 20 early childhood. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation sheets of children's obedient behavior before and after applying the storytelling method. The results showed that storytelling significantly improved children's obedient behavior in each cycle. At the pre-cycle stage, children's obedience was at an average of 57.24% (less category). After applying the storytelling method in cycle I, the level of compliance increased to 63.89% (sufficient category). A more significant increase occurred in cycle II, where the average obedient behavior reached 78.88% (good category). These results show that the storytelling method is effective in instilling obedience values in early childhood. Thus, storytelling can be an innovative learning strategy to shape children's characters early on.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the way adolescents think, interact, and shape their identities. This situation requires adolescents to have a healthy digital mindset to be able to use technology adaptively and responsibly. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital mindset and adolescent mental health in the digital era. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews with ten adolescents aged 15–18 who actively use social media. Data were analyzed using thematic techniques to identify patterns of adolescents' experiences and perceptions related to digital media use. The results show that a positive digital mindset—characterized by adaptability, self-awareness, and control over technology use—contributes to better mental health. Conversely, an unhealthy digital mindset is correlated with digital fatigue, anxiety, negative social comparison, and decreased academic productivity. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy education, family support, and the role of educators in shaping a healthy digital mindset in adolescents to maintain psychological well-being in the digital era.

Abstract

Visual stimuli are one of the primary sensory stimuli that play a significant role in influencing brain activity and human behavior. From a biopsychological perspective, visual stimuli are not only processed as sensory input but also involve complex neurophysiological mechanisms and psychological processes. This study aims to analyze the influence of visual stimuli on brain activity and its implications for individual perception, emotion, and behavior. The research method used was a literature review, examining various scientific sources including books, national and international journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results of the study indicate that visual stimuli are processed through an organized visual nervous system, involving the primary visual cortex and association areas, and are influenced by cognitive factors such as attention, experience, and emotion. Visual stimuli have been shown to enhance attention, motivation, creativity, and adaptive behavioral responses, particularly in learning contexts. Therefore, the appropriate use of visual stimuli can be an effective strategy in supporting cognitive function and individual psychological well-being.
