Abstract

The research aims to determine 1) the marketing channels of Mondol stingrays; and 2) marketing margins for Mondol stingrays. The research method used is a combination research method. The results showed that there were four marketing channels in Kawal Village: 1) Fishermen- Consumers; 2) Fishermen - Middlemen Consumers; 3) Fishermen - Middlemen - Merchants Collectors - Consumers; 4) Fishermen - Middlemen- Retailers-Consumers. Marketing margins on marketing channels are different in each marketing channel.

Abstract

Development PLTU Punagaya raises concerns on survival growers seaweed cultivation in the Punagaya Village, because of the hot water drainage directly to the seaweed cultivation. The research aimed to assess the financial feasibility of the seaweed cultivation business. The research method used to R / C Ratio and BEP analysis. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the feasibility business of UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan. This research was in February-April 2021 in UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan Sei Ladi of Tanjungpinang city. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. The feasibility was analyzed using R/C ratio, B/C Ratio, BEP Volume, BEP Price, Payback Period, and NPV. Business development prospect in UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan will be identified using a SWOT analysis. The research result obtained profit for UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan, the R/C Ratio value is 2.45, B/C Ratio is 1,45, BEP Volume is 4.718.22 kg, BEP is Rp101.985, Payback Period is 1 year, 2 months 7 days, NPV is Rp5.713.143.210. UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan is profitable and feasible to be developed. Based on the identified SWOT analysis, UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan has 6 advantages in terms of capital, complete infrastructure, strategic location, carrying out fishing development, empowering marine products, and already having a business license. Weaknesses of UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan unstable crab supply and the absence of utilization of crab shell waste. Opportunities owned by UMK Pengupasan Daging Rajungan are a large market, the opportunity to expand their business, high market demand, and having regular customers. Meanwhile, the current threats are the lack of fishing gear, competitors, Pandemic Covid-19, and the used fishing gear that damages the crab habitats.

Abstract

The village of Malang Rapat is one of the areas with high enough fishery products, of course, it has enormous potential in developing fishery product processing businesses. In the village of Malang Rapat, there is a fishery product processing business, namely the Atomic Cracker Business. This study aims to analyze operating costs, income. This study aims to analyze operating costs, income, and breakeven points. The research method used is the description. Sampling was carried out by census, namely an Emi atomic cracker business. The types and sources of data used consist of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the total cost of processing fishery products (Emi Atomic Crackers) in the village of Malang Rapat, Bintan Regency, was Rp357,559,100 per year. Was Rp357.559.100 per year. The income earned is Rp1.085.512.900 per year. Overall, the results of the calculation of fishery product processing business income (Emi Atomic Crackers) in the Village of Malang Rapat, Bintan Regency, generated considerable income during 2021 and could cover the costs incurred in the production process.

Abstract

Selayar Village is a coastal area with the majority of the population as fishermen who use anchovy kelong (Stolephorus sp.)The method used in this research is a survey method, with a total of 15 respondents who own kelong anchovy (Stolephorus sp.). The research was carried out for 2 months starting from April-May 2021 in Selayar Village, Lingga Regency. Data analysis uses cost, revenue, and income analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the total annual average income of the anchovy kelong business in Selayar Village is Rp245.700.000. The total average cost per year is Rp21.822.322. The average wage for managers and laborers of anchovy kelong per year is Rp134.326.607. The average net income per year for the owner of the anchovy kelong is Rp89.551.071.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha tidak terlepas dari model bisnis yang digunakan.Desa Pengudang merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi di bidangekowisata, salah satunya adalah mangrove. Mangrove di DesaPengudang sangat terjaga habitatnya sehingga bisa mendapatkan fungsiekonomi yang dijadikan sebuah bisnis, tentu tidak terlepas dari modelbisnis yang digunakan. Berangkat dari hal tersebut perlu dilakukanpenelitian tentang “Identifikasi Gambaran Model Bisnis PengudangBintan Mangrove dengan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas”. Tujuanpenelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran model bisnis yang diterapkanpada usaha Pengudang Bintan Mangrove ditinjau dari Business ModelCanvas. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ditentukansecara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengggunakanBusiness Model Canvas, dari sembilan elemen yang ada di BMC, duaelemen sudah diterapkan dengan baik oleh Pengudang Bintan Mangroveyaitu key partnership dan cost structure. Sedangkan tujuh elemenlainnya masih perlu perbaikan
