Abstract

The Malay Arabic is one of the cultural heritages that is still being preserved, especially in the Banjar community. Malay Arabic is used to write information in Malay using Arabic. This will lead a child at the preparatory level (Tajhizi) at the Al-Falah Putera Banjarbaru Islamic boarding school to be able to understand Arabic especially Nahwu before using books in Arabic. The aim is to find out the urgency of Malay Arabic in learning nahwu. The methodology in this research is descriptive qualitative. Results of this study are the use of Malay Arabic books will help children to improve their literary skills in reading Arabic writing. Therefore, in learning nahwu in the tajhizi class, which is a mandatory class for all novice students who enter the Al-Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School in Banjarbaru, they use the Malay Arabic books to make it easier to understand the nahwu qaidah being studied.

Abstract

Family is the most important figure in education. Even though students are assigned to schools, families have an influence on student learning outcomes directly or indirectly. Some of the families of students at MAN Berau, East Kalimantan, think that the responsibility for educating is delegated to the teacher, including learning Arabic. This type of research is field research(field research), a qualitative approach with the case study method, data sources were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were families of junior high school alumni, students and Arabic language teachers at MAN Berau. The object of this research is the role of the family towards general junior high school alumni students in learning Arabic. The results of the study show that there are 3 family roles for 10th grade junior high school alumni in learning Arabic at this school, namely: 1) providing learning facilities in the form of dictionaries and the internet, 2) guiding students in student learning, 3) providing motivation and advice. There are 3 obstacles, namely: 1) the family has never learned Arabic, 2) Arabic is not yet considered a main subject, 3) the family does not know where to take Arabic lessons. The impact consists of Positive Impact and Negative Impact. The positive impacts are 1) growing students' enthusiasm in learning Arabic, 2) students are faster in doing assignments, 3) students' knowledge of Arabic is constantly growing. As for the negative impact that is caused, the teaching responsibility is completely focused on the teacher.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the language environment for speaking skills training at Al-Mumtaza Islamic Middle School, Banjarmasin. Speaking Arabic is not easy because it requires getting used to it. This School applies the Darul Lughoh system in Aceh for Arabic speaking training to make it easier to get used to speaking Arabic. However, there are problems in implementing the Darul Lughoh system in Aceh because not all students graduate from Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is narrative qualitative research. The subjects of this research are the principal and Arabic language teacher at this school. The object of this research is the language environment for speaking skills training at Al-Mumtaza Islamic Middle School. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Results: Al-Mumtaza Islamic Middle School adopted part of the language environment system from Darul Lughoh Aceh and implemented 2 language environments, namely a formal language environment and an informal language environment. A formal language environment is implemented in the classroom, namely in learning Arabic and learning religious knowledge. This school has a language preparation class for new students. Learning Arabic using the book al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik. The informal language environment is implemented outside the classroom with several activities and programs including morning habituation, daily prayer repeating, vocabulary presentation, speeches, Arabic language camp, daily conversations, taqwa building night. This school has a special agency that monitors that students who do not use Arabic will be given warnings, punishments and even go to court.

Abstract

PT. Wali Songo Joyo adalah sebuah perusahaan yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai target penjualan meskipun telah memiliki beberapa outlet dan stand resmi di berbagai kota. Akses pasar yang terbatas dan penjualan yang belum optimal menunjukkan perlunya adopsi strategi baru untuk mengatasi kendalatersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk brownies pada PT. Wali Songo Joyo. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan langsung dari responden melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode non-probability sampling, khususnya dengan Accidental Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan skala Likert untuk mengukur variabel. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial, harga tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, harga dan promosi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Nahwu learning at Al-Faruq Mosque in Banjarmasin, focusing on teenagers to adults who do not have an Arabic background. This learning involves interaction between generations that differ in experience and mindset. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results, the purpose of learning Nahwu is to understand the Qur'an and achieve Allah's pleasure. Learning activities are carried out every Friday after maghrib with material from the book “Ilmu Nahwu Praktis: Sistem Belajar 40 Jam.” Evaluation is based on the participants' understanding of Nahwu rules, ability to answer homework, and ability to distinguish isim, fi'il, and huruf, tested through exercises and direct questions to measure their overall ability. In conclusion, learning Nahwu at Al-Faruq Mosque has the potential to improve Arabic understanding among various ages, although there are challenges related to different levels of understanding and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media for Maharah Istima' skills based on the KAHOOT! application which is equipped with animated videos. This research is motivated by the difficulties faced by students in listening to Arabic, both through audio which is often less clear and fast or because of the difference in sound systems that make it difficult for them to understand. In addition, the lack of vocabulary and attention when listening also become factors that hinder students' understanding. The method used in this research is the ADDIE model, which is applied in the development of learning media based on KAHOOT! with the animated video “Nusa and Rara” at Al-Mumtaza Banjarmasin Islamic Junior High School. This learning media has been validated by media, language, and material experts, with the validation results showing a very good category, namely 92% from media experts, 86% from material experts, and 98% from language experts. Teachers gave a positive response with a validation score of 95%. User trials of students showed satisfactory results, with small group trials reaching 94%. Based on the results of validation and user trials, it can be concluded that the learning media for Maharah Istima' skills based on KAHOOT! which is equipped with an animated video “Nusa and Rara” is very feasible to use for students of Al-Mumtaza Banjarmasin Islamic Junior High School.

Abstract

Knowledge Sharf is widely taught in schools and Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, one of the many learning sciences Sharf located in the city of Martapura in Ma'had Bakkah Martapura, South Kalimantan. Ma'had Bakkah focuses on the Tahfizul Qur'an, in which students must memorize the Quran and there is MTs Al-Irsyad Tengaran 8. Researchers have conducted interviews with Faisal Abdurrahim, Principal of MTs Al-Irsyad Tengaran 8 and Muhammad Hafidz Anshari, teacher Sharf grade 9 found learning problems Sharf to the students. This field research applies qualitative research with the case study method, the source of data collected through 3 ways: observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were students from public elementary school graduates who had memorized 3 chapters of the Quran and Sharf teachers who had taught for 5 years at MTs Al-Irsyad Tengaran 8 Ma'had Bakkah and the object of this research was learning problems Sharf is tashrif al-af’al on book kitab al-tashrif from volume 1, 2, 3. The results of this study are: 1) Learning Sharf and its components. The goal is that students can change words with tashrif. The material focuses on the Book of Al-Tashrif. The media used are books, blackboards, and markers. The method used MethodAl-Sam’iyyah Al-Syafahiyyah. Evaluation includes evaluation of learning outcomes and evaluation of the learning process. 2) There are 23 learning problems for students at this Islamic junior high school.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Tahun 2022, tingkat positif di Jawa Tengah 40,9% melampaui ambang batas WHO (< 5%). COVID-19 menunjukkan pola yang kompleks oleh berbagai variabel seperti, sosial pelayanan kesehatan, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara faktor sosial, pelayanan kesehatan, dan lingkungan terhadap distribusi spasial tingkat kerentanan kasus COVID-19 di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain ekologi eksploratori. Unit analisis 35 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah. Data agregat tahun 2022 dengan variabel dependen jumlah kumulatif kasus COVID-19. Variabel independen faktor sosial (jumlah penduduk, jumlah penduduk miskin, tingkat pengangguran, tingkat pendidikan penduduk usia >15 tahun, indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM), jumlah turis domestik, Jumlah turis mancanegara), faktor pelayanan kesehatan (jumlah tenaga kesehatan, jumlah tenaga sanitasi lingkungan, akses terhadap sanitasi layak, dan akses terhadap air minum layak). faktor lingkungan (curah hujan rata-rata, kelembapan udara, suhu rata-rata, serta kecepatan angin luas wilayah, serta elevasi rata-rata wilayah). Data diperoleh dari instansi nasional (BPS dan Dinkes Provinsi Jawa Tengah) dan internasional (NASA). Dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan regresi Ordinary Least Squares dengan teknik stepwise backward elimination serta validasi uji asumsi klasik dan autokorelasi spasial. Hasil Pemodelan visualisasikan dengan bentuk peta distribusi tingkat kerentanan berbasis kuartil.Hasil: Variabel yang berasosiasi dengan kasus COVID-19 adalah jumlah penduduk (B = 0,0164), jumlah penduduk miskin (B = -0,0951), jumlah wisatawan domestik (B = 0,0047), jumlah tenaga kesehatan (B = 3,3453), dan suhu rata-rata (B = -2638,61) dengan kekuatan prediktif model (R² = 0,9266), Distribusi spasial menunjukan wilayah dengan tingkat kerentanan sangat tinggi seperti Kota dan Kabupaten Semarang, Kota Surakarta, Kabupaten Magelang, Kabupaten Klaten, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Kabupaten Banjarnegara.Simpulan: Faktor sosial (jumlah penduduk, jumlah penduduk miskin, wisatawan domestik), Faktor Pelayanan Kesehatan (jumlah tenaga kesehatan), dan Lingkungan (suhu rata-rata) merupakan determinan signifikan dengan kasus COVID-19 Jawa Tengah. Distribusi spasial menunjukan 6 wilayah di jawa tengah memiliki tingkat kerentanan Sangat tinggi. ABSTRACT Title: Spatial Analysis of Social, Health Service, and Environmental Factors Associated with COVID-19 Cases in Central JavaBackground: In 2022, the positivity rate in Central Java reached 40.9%, surpassing the WHO threshold (<5%). COVID-19 displays a complex pattern driven by various variables, including social conditions, healthcare services, and environmental factors. This study aims to analyze the association of social conditions, healthcare services, and environmental factors with the spatial distribution of COVID-19 vulnerability in Central Java Province.Method: This quantitative study employed an exploratory ecological design. The analytical units comprised the 35 regencies and cities of Central Java. The study used aggregated 2022 data and set the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases as the dependent variable. Independent variables included social factors (total population, number of people in poverty, unemployment rate, education level of the population aged over 15 years, Human Development Index (HDI), number of domestic tourists, and number of international tourists); healthcare service factors (number of healthcare workers, number of environmental sanitation personnel, access to adequate sanitation, and access to safe drinking water); and environmental factors (mean rainfall, humidity, average temperature, wind speed, territorial area, and mean elevation). The study obtained data from national agencies (Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and Provincial Health Office of Central Java ) and international sources (NASA). The study analyzed the data using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression with backward stepwise elimination and validated the classical OLS assumptions and spatial autocorrelation. The study visualized the modeling results as quartile-based maps showing the spatial distribution of vulnerability.Result: Variables associated with COVID-19 cases were total population (B = 0.0164), number of people living in poverty (B = -0.0951), number of domestic tourists (B = 0.0047), number of healthcare workers (B = 3.3453), and mean temperature (B = -2638.61). The model exhibited strong predictive power (R² = 0.9266). Spatial distribution showed areas with very high vulnerability, including Semarang City and Semarang Regency, Surakarta City, Magelang Regency, Klaten Regency, Banyumas Regency, and Banjarnegara Regency.Conclusion: Social factors (total population, number of people living in poverty, and number of domestic tourists), the healthcare service factor (number of healthcare workers), and the environmental factor (mean temperature) were significant determinants of COVID-19 cases in Central Java. Spatial analysis identified six areas in Central Java with very high vulnerability.

Abstract

In the increasingly dynamic world of education, cooperative learning comes as a bridge that connects knowledge with social skills through active collaboration among learners. This study aims to discuss the cooperative learning model in terms of its objectives, characteristics, elements, principles, and procedures. The research method used is a literature study with a content analysis approach. The results show that cooperative learning is a learning model that emphasizes cooperation among students in realizing learning objectives. This model focuses on students' cooperation in understanding learning materials in groups, which is one of its main characteristics. The characteristics of this model include group learning, acceptance of individual differences, and development of social skills. The elements of cooperative learning consist of positive dependence, individual responsibility, cooperation between group members, and group process evaluation. The principles of this model are divided into four, namely positive dependence, responsibility among group members, constructive confrontation, and effective cooperation and communication. The procedure for implementing this model includes material explanation by the teacher, group learning, evaluation, and recognition among group members.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of work discipline and work skills on the performance of operational employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the sub holding of Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Belawan. The population in this study is 186 people. The number of samples taken was 127 respondents (using the Slovin formula). This study uses quantitative primary data collected through questionnaires and processed with PLS smart software applications. This research will be carried out in 2025. The analysis technique used using the analysis path model. The results showed that Work Discipline (X1) had a positive effect on job satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient value (Original Sample column) of 0.454, and a P-Values value = 0.00, Work Discipline (X1) had a positive effect on performance (Y), with a path coefficient value (Original Sample column) of 0.392, and a P-Values value = 0.003, Work Skills (X2) have a positive effect on job satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient value (Original Sample column) of 0.438, and a P-Values value = 0.00, Work Skills (X2) have a positive effect on Performance (Y), with a path coefficient value (Original Sample column) of 0.456, and significant with a P-Values value = 0.00, Job satisfaction (Z) has a positive effect on Performance (Y), with a path coefficient value (Original Sample column) of 0.507, and a P-Values value = 0.003, Work performance (Y) significantly mediates the relationship between work disciplines (X1) through job satisfaction with a path coefficient value (original Sample column) of 0.23, and significant with a p-Values value = 0.036, Work performance (Y) significantly mediates the relationship between work skills (X2) through satisfaction work with a path coefficient value (original column of the sample) of 0.222, and significant with a value of p-Values = 0.038.
