Abstract

Abstract - The challenges industry trade primarily for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is the ease of access to the products of SMEs by consumers and market expansion for consumers within and outside the country. Through the internet hopefully these two aspects for SMEs can be achieved through the ease of access to the product by potential buyers, expanding the market to reach a larger area and ultimately an increase in turnover or revenue SMEs. A phenomenon that occurs at this time, the use of social media such as facebook, twitter, instagram and more often used for means of introducing her products and markets them through the internet works and those that fail. Some of the obstacles facing manufacturers in the use of social media to market their products are: (1) By menguggah product content (ads) through social media, display products that are uploaded will be alternated from one impression product content into the content from other products in a relatively short. (2) Offer a product that has been running a relatively long time in social media would be difficult to manage back so it must be drafted and re-upload to social media. (3) The absence of catalog management on the products offered. (4) Absence management of consumer purchase transaction that requires the recording of separate transactions. (5) Data Management customers or consumers less attention. Seeing these conditions, the necessary steps such as by utilizing a content management system (Content Management System) for: (1) Making the category or grouping the products are sold so that the content of products that have been uploaded does not go away after a certain duration ( 2) Management of products in terms of product offers or promotions that regularly, the products can be recalled when needed to serve in the promotion. (3) Management product catalog both for products to be offered to the prospective buyer is persistent. (4) Transaction management is needed to record each transaction that will facilitate the search of the transaction history of the consumer. (5) Management of customer data or the consumer will facilitate business owners establish a relationship with customers. If no offer or sale of new products, product discount and clearance then the business owner will easily inform the konsumenya. By using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance is expected to optimization of product management, transaction management and customer management can be achieved by implementing a content management system case study on small businesses (SMEs) in the city Semarang. Abstrak - Tantangan dunia industri utamanya perdagangan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Indonesia adalah adanya kemudahan akses terhadap produk-produk UKM oleh konsumen dan perluasan pasar bagi konsumen didalam maupun diluar negeri. Melalui internet diharapkan kedua aspek tersebut bagi UKM dapat dicapai melalui kemudahan akses pada produk oleh calon pembeli, perluasan pasar hingga menjangkau wilayah yang lebih luas dan pada akhirnya terjadi peningkatan omset atau pendapatan UKM. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, pemanfaatan sosial media seperti facebook, twitter, dan instagram mulai banyak digunakan untuk sarana mengenalkan dan memasarkan produk-produkya melalui internet ada yang berhasil dan adapula yang gagal. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi produsen dalam hal penggunaan sosial media untuk memasarkan produknya adalah : (1) Dengan menguggah konten produk (iklan) melalui sosial media, tayangan produk yang diunggah akan silih berganti dari satu tayangan konten produk ke konten produk yang lain dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. (2) Penawaran produk yang sudah tayang relatif lama di sosial media akan sulit untuk dikelola kembali sehingga harus disusun dan di unggah ulang ke sosial media. (3) Tidak adanya manajemen katalog pada produk-produk yang ditawarkan. (4) Tidak adanya pengelolaan terhadap transaksi pembelian konsumen sehingga mengharuskan pencatatan transaksi yang terpisah. (5) Manajemen data pelanggan atau konsumen kurang diperhatikan. Melihat kondisi tersebut maka diperlukan langkah-langkah diantaranya dengan memanfaatkan sistem manajemen konten (Content Management System) untuk : (1) Pembuatan kategori atau pengelompokan pada produk-produk yang dijual sehingga konten produk yang sudah di unggah tidak hilang begitu saja setelah durasi waktu tertentu (2) Pengelolaan produk dalam hal penawaran atau promosi produk sehingga secara berkala, produk-produk dapat dimunculkan kembali bila diperlukan untuk ditayangkan dalam promosi. (3) Manajemen katalog produk yang baik agar produk-produk yang ditawarkan kepada calon pembeli bersifat persisten. (4) Manajemen transaksi sangatlah diperlukan untuk mencatat setiap transaksi yang terjadi sehingga akan memudahkan penelusuran terhadap histori transaksi dari konsumen. (5) Manajemen data pelanggan atau konsumen akan memudahkan pemilik usaha menjalin hubungan dengan konsumennya. Jika ada penawaran atau promosi produk baru, produk diskon dan cuci gudang maka pemilik usaha akan dengan mudah menginformasikan kepada para konsumenya. Dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi dan perawatan diharapkan optimalisasi manajemen produk, manajemen transaksi dan manajemen pelanggan dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen konten studi kasus pada pelaku usaha kecil (UKM) di Kota Semarang. Abstract

Abstract - The development of information technology has been a lot of progress. One of the developments in information technology that can be applied in a company or institution is the application of digitization office documents. Application of digitizing office document aims to simplify and streamline data management and assist document storage digitally. A company engaged in the service delivery of documents / letters, PT. Fajar Indah Cakra Cemerlang Semarang has some flaws in mail delivery system that is time inefficiencies, the emergence of data manipulation in mail delivery process and the period of data storage receipt letter is too short. Based on these problems, we design a document management of information system and digital receipt of document storage in PT.FICC Semarang based on Android and Desktop. The design of this system replaces manual processes with computerized processes. The method in this application design uses SDLC  waterfall model  to identify the user needs, system analysis, design / system design, application / system implementation and maintenance of the system. The design of this application is to provide a management information system documents incoming and outgoing mail. There are two desktop-based application. They are an application for managing documents and an application that is used as a mobile server. There is an Android-based application that is used as a digital receipt which can be connected to the system online or offline. The design of this application can manage documents in a computerized resulting in time savings in the document management process and prevent manipulation in the delivery of documents and reports the delivery of documents periodically and able to keep digital receipt for a longer time (keep save in basis data).Keyword: Android, Digital Receive Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah banyak mengalami kemajuan. Salah satu perkembangan dalam teknologi informasi yang bisa diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan ataupun instansi adalah penerapan digitalisasi dokumen kantor. Penerapan digitalisasi dokumen kantor bertujuan untuk mempermudah dan memperlancar pengelolaan data dan membantu penyimpanan dokumen secara digital. Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman dokumen / surat, PT. Fajar Indah Cakra Cemerlang cabang Semarang memiliki beberapa kekurangan didalam sistem pengiriman surat yaitu inefisiensi waktu, timbulnya peluang manipulasi data pengiriman surat dan masa penyimpanan data tanda terima surat yang terlalu singkat. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dirancanglah sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan keluar masuk dokumen dan penyimpanan dokumen tanda terima digital di PT.FICC Semarang berbasis aplikasi Android dan Desktop. Perancangan sistem ini sekaligus menggantikan proses manual dengan proses yang terkomputerisasi. Metode dalam perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode SDLC menggunakan pendekatan model waterfall dengan tahapan pengidentifikasian kebutuhan pemakai, analisis sistem, perancangan dan desain sistem, penerapan / implementasi sistem dan pemeliharaan sistem. Rancangan aplikasi ini menyediakan suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen surat masuk dan keluar. Aplikasi di implementasikan pada dua sisi yaitu aplikasi klien dan aplikasi server. Aplikasi klient digunakan untuk menangani proses pengelolaan dokumen dan untuk aplikasi server mobile digunakan sebagai sistem yang melayani klient untuk memproses tanda terima digital berbasis android yang dapat terhubung ke dalam sistem secara online atau offline. Perancangan aplikasi ini dapat mengelola dokumen secara terkomputerisasi sehingga terjadi penghematan waktu dalam proses pengelolaan dokumen dan mencegah manipulasi dalam pengiriman dokumen serta memberikan laporan dokumen yang telah terkirim secara periodik dan melakukan penyimpanan dokumen tanda terima digital untuk waktu yang lebih lama (tersimpan dalam basis data).Katakunci: Tanda Terima Digital, Android

Abstract

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

Abstract

Virtual teachers are devices or agents with the function of replacing the role of humans (teachers) with their teaching skills. The virtual teacher also has a function as task facilitator and is presented during training, especially when the teacher is actually not present. The virtual teacher's objectivity is carried out by explaining the subject matter in a virtual environment, for example, virtual independent learning. In the western world, virtual schools are quite widely applied, especially to students who are homeschooling. In a virtual school, all materials, assignments and grades are accessed via the internet. The virtual teacher concept refers to a device that provides guidance and practice. Teachers who are equipped with interactive agent functions that can provide direction and feedback in order to improve student abilities. By utilizing natural language processing (NLP) and pattern matching to help students learn alone without being accompanied by a teacher. NLP is used as a learning tool as outlined in the text of the sentence as part of the learning material which is done virtually. Meanwhile, pattern matching is used to group the questions asked so that the computer can gain an understanding of the questions posed by students. This grouping aims to solve problems with different word order which basically have different meanings. The teacher has the facility to make material, make questions, and answer student questions. A teacher can add knowledge about the database to enrich the source of knowledge for students.

Abstract

Academic means the teaching and learning process carried out in the classroom or school world. Academic information systems at SMAN 1 Ketungau Tengah previously still use manual management systems, such as the calculation of final manual values ​​as a result can cause delays in giving value, the data received is still in the form of paper files that can be lost or damaged, and not connected to the network from one computer to another computer so that the process of moving data still uses a flashdisk. The system certainly has a lot of weaknesses, the implication of which is the weakness of the administrative system, the waste of energy, the less optimal service, for example the distribution of report cards which are sometimes late, slow data processing and calculation errors. The system created aims to help ease calculations, can enter data more effectively and efficiently. The system development method used is SDLC (Sytem Development Life Cycle) which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using the PHP programming language in its creation and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are a Mobile Web-based Academic Information System that helps the admin (staff) in managing data and printing report cards, teachers in managing values, students and parents / guardians in looking at schedules and grades.

Abstract

The development of technology allows one to obtain other people's spatial position data. One mobile technology that utilizes spatial data as a supported factor is location-based services. The large number of employees at the PT.XYZ causes the presence of a controlled process to be under control, and even tends to be questioned. Because it takes a GPS-based presence system on android that is expected to be a solution of the problems that occur at this time. The system development method used is a six-step R&D method, consisting of: Research and information gathering, Planning, Development of initial product forms, initial field testing, major product revisions, main field testing. The final result is the prototype of the Ganesha Employee Presence System Operations. The test results on the system shows the employee attendance system can run on the android platform. The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system.

Abstract

Medical record is a file containing records and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients in health care facilities. The problem that occurs at the Main Clinic of Meditama Semarang is the management of medical data or archives that are less effective and efficient. There was an error in recording the patient's identity, doubling the medical record number, the patient data not being up-to-date, writing the wrong diagnosis with the examining doctor. The medical record information system with Huffman codification is designed with the aim of managing medical record data so that it can run properly, quickly and effectively. The system development method uses SDLC (system development life cycle) by making UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams as the system design stage. This information system is WEB-based using a web-based programming language supported by a database. The results of this system design are expected to be one solution to the problems that have occurred so far.Keywords: Information System, Medical Record, SDLC, WEB-Based

Abstract

Pengelolaan bank sampah menjadi permasalahan utama karena bendahara bank sampah masih melakukan pencatatan data nasabah, pembukuan timbangan timbangan, dan saldo nasabah secara manual dengan menuliskannya ke dalam buku catatan sedangkan peneliti mendokumentasikan proses pencatatan berat timbangan dan jenis timbangan. sampah yang masuk, buku catatan yang digunakan untuk mencatat seluruh proses transaksi bank sampah terselip di antara sampah kertas yang ditimbang dan hanya ada satu pegawai yang mencatat seluruh kegiatan transaksi bank sampah GRLH sampai dengan pencetakan laporan akhir, hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan proses pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan jumlah nasabah mencapai 50 orang sedangkan setiap nasabah menyetorkan sampah lebih dari 5 kg – 10 kg dengan jenis sampah yang berbeda-beda, serta keakuratan data transaksi keuangan dan sampah yang masuk pada saat menyusun laporan bulanan belum akurat. Abstract

An abstranct is a brief summary of a In the search for a location, requires a position in the delivery of geographic information from a tourist attraction. Currently the most widely known online map is Google Maps which can be accessed easily via Android Mobile with the help of internet technology. Therefore, by utilizing these technologies, it is expected to produce a mobile application that can make it easier for tourists to find the desired tourist attractions, especially in Purwodadi City. However, there are obstacles in finding tourist attractions, especially for tourists from outside Purwodadi City. Information about tourism in Purwodadi still uses a lot of print media, while the delivery of information in print media can be said to be less effective because it requires a lot of resources, for example, the use of excessive paper. And people who are interested usually first look for information from the internet. The information sought is usually about Purwodadi attractions, Purwodadi City News, Purwodadi city history, gift shops and hotels in Purwodadi city. Along with the development of increasingly advanced technology, the use of the internet can be done anywhere, either through a computer or a mobile device so that the information needed can be accessed quickly. Moreover, by using a mobile device we can access information anywhere because it is easy to carry anywhereally as an overview of what appears in the paper.
