Abstract

Transformasi digital yang pesat dalam pendidikan tinggi menuntut pengalaman pengguna yang optimal pada sistem e-learning. Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Universitas STEKOM yang berlaku saat ini menghadapi masalah UX mendasar, terutama karena fitur pembelajaran bercampur dengan fungsi administratif yang kompleks. Hal ini menciptakan Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) tinggi dan alur pengguna (user flow) yang panjang saat mengakses kelas, yang pada akhirnya menurunkan kemudahan penggunaan dan motivasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna sistem informasi perkuliahan Universitas STEKOM melalui perancangan dan pengembangan prototipe berbasis arsitektur Single Page Application (SPA) menggunakan framework React. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Arsitektur sistem memanfaatkan desain berbasis komponen React untuk memisahkan secara jelas modul pembelajaran dari tugas administratif. Optimasi performa dilakukan melalui implementasi lazy loading, code splitting, dan DOM virtual untuk memastikan responsivitas sistem yang optimal. Efektivitas sistem yang dikembangkan akan dievaluasi secara kuantitatif menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) (mengukur enam dimensi, termasuk efficiency dan attractiveness) dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Target keberhasilan adalah pencapaian skor SUS minimal 75 (di atas rata-rata industri) dan minimal pengurangan 40% pada Time-on-Task untuk aktivitas pembelajaran inti. Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai model rujukan praktis untuk adopsi modern web technologies (SPA React) di institusi pendidikan tinggi lainnya dan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan meminimalkan beban kognitif yang tidak perlu (ECL).

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial yang pesat telah menghasilkan volume data teks yang sangat besar dalam bentuk opini dan ulasan pengguna. Analisis manual terhadap data ini untuk memahami sentimen publik tidak lagi efisien. Hal inilah yang mendasari dibuatnya sebuah aplikasi analisis sentimen otomatis menggunakan metode machine learning Support Vector Machine (SVM). Untuk mendukung penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) serta perancangannya menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming (OOP) menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Streamlit untuk menyediakan antarmuka pengguna yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berhasil mengotomatiskan seluruh proses, memungkinkan pengguna untuk memasukkan teks baru dan mendapatkan hasil analisis sentimen secara real-time. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi SVM dan Streamlit dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dan praktis untuk analisis sentimen otomatis.

Abstract

MSMEs have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and improving people's welfare. However, many MSMEs face challenges in operational efficiency and workplace management. The 5R concept (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, and Rajin) is a method that has been proven to increase productivity and work efficiency. This community service activity was carried out by the Lecturer Team of the University of Computer Science and Technology who held a 5R Training for 20 MSME actors in Sugihan Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency. This training aims to improve understanding and application of the 5R principles in the work environment, so that MSMEs can operate more efficiently and increase competitiveness. The methods used include theory sessions, discussions, and questions and answers. The results of the training activities, participants were able to absorb 80% of the material provided related to the implementation of 5R, related to increasing awareness of the importance of workplace organization, production efficiency, and cleanliness and safety of the business environment. It is hoped that in the future, participants through this training can provide real benefits in increasing productivity and the quality of their products.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Information System for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Balai Besar Pemali Juana River Basin. the accuracy and security of archived documents can be guaranteed. So that when an archiving information system is needed. In addition, with this system the admin or archiving officer can also send disposition messages via SMS messages in the system, so that disposition messages will be conveyed more quickly to the relevant staff. The final result of the design resulted in an Information System Application for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Pemali Juana River Basin Center to make it easier for admins to search for incoming mail or outgoing mail control card data when needed. This Incoming and Outgoing Mail Archiving Information System discusses computerized mail archiving, if it is an incoming letter then it is recorded on the incoming mail control card and if it is outgoing mail it is recorded on the outgoing mail control card carried out by the admin and stored in the database.

Abstract

In this study, we evaluated the limitations of using learning resources that can be used in a Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which cannot be packaged and can be used again in processing, combining, and rearranging learning based on learning objects that already exist in different LMS platforms. Studying content with formats other than SCORM is not easy adapted to the needs because the content must be reorganized every time using a different platform. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design learning according to the SCORM format to meet the ISO 19796-1 standard platform. This standard has the ability to share, reuse, and interoperate learning objects. The challenge in the world of education today is how to build a knowledge-based society. The building of e-learning plays an important role. Currently, the e-learning portal is a very diverse learning management system (LMS) platform used by schools or tertiary institutions. In addition, the types of learning resources and content are also diverse. It does not meet the e-material design requirements based on mechanisms that can be shared, reused, and operated on different platforms to meet the granularity element. The results provide insight and highlight the mismatch between digital learning and digital asset standards, especially in Indonesia. This helps us analyze, design, develop, and submit digital assets for electronic learning materials in vocational high school software expertise programs in accordance with SCORM Standards.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive multimedia-based learning application designed to introduce letters, numbers, and colorful images to early childhood learners. The development model employed is the ADDIE model, which consists of five systematic phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis phase began with identifying field needs, followed by the design of learning media, development of a desktop-based application using Eclipse IDE and the Java programming language, and database integration using MySQL. The trial was conducted at TK PGRI Godong, involving 30 students as research subjects. Evaluation results indicate that the application has a positive impact on students’ understanding, with an overall average score of 93.3%. Validation by content experts (kindergarten teachers) yielded a feasibility score of 92%, while media experts gave a score of 88%. Classroom observations showed that students were more enthusiastic, focused, and better able to understand the material compared to conventional methods. Based on these findings, the learning application is deemed highly feasible and effective as a supporting medium in early childhood education.

Abstract

For the operation of a retail business, such as a grocery establishment, meticulous inventory management is of paramount importance. Deficiencies in managing stock can precipitate situations of excess inventory, which invariably translate into financial losses for the owner. The Anugerah grocery store presently employs a conventional approach involving manual recording of sales figures and inventory, a system that is susceptible to recording errors, including the dual listing of purchases on checklists, and challenges in responding to frequent customer queries about item availability. Consequently, there is a clear requirement for a system that can systematically administer sales and inventory data. The core objective of this investigation is to conceptualize and construct a web-based sales information system that integrates the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) framework. It is important to note that the EOQ method's utility lies in its analytical insights rather than its direct application for specifying exact order quantities. Furthermore, the system will incorporate algorithms for the comprehensive management of product details, sales processes, and transactional oversight. Through the deployment of this system, it is projected that the Anugerah grocery store will achieve a more streamlined, productive, and organized approach to its sales and inventory operations..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and marketplaces on consumers' purchase intention toward online football shoes products in Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 102 respondents who had searched for or purchased football shoes through social media and marketplace platforms. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The validity test showed that all 24 questionnaire items had correlation coefficients higher than the critical value (r > 0.361), while the reliability test indicated Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.70, confirming that the instrument was valid and reliable. The regression equation obtained was Y = 4.614 – 0.045X₁ – 0.096X₂, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.010. The partial t-test results revealed that social media (Sig. = 0.666) and marketplace (Sig. = 0.347) had no significant effect on purchase intention. Likewise, the simultaneous F-test showed that both variables did not significantly affect purchase intention (F = 0.507; Sig. = 0.604). Nevertheless, descriptive analysis indicated high mean scores for social media (4.015), marketplace (3.983), and purchase intention (4.051), suggesting that respondents held highly positive perceptions of digital marketing for football shoes products. The insignificant inferential results were likely influenced by data homogeneity and a ceiling effect, which limited the variability of respondents’ answers.
