Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a learning medium requires teachers to have adequate knowledge and skills in integrating it into each subject so that the quality of learning can be improved. One of the phenomena currently visible is that teachers have not been able to use ICT properly as a learning medium. This is caused by many factors, including lack of knowledge and skills, wrong views about ICT. Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang (M3R) is located on the outskirts of Rembang city, precisely in Kabongan Kidul Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The number of students actively studying is 360 students, taught by 25 teachers and the support of 6 educational staff. . M3R as an institution is also required to provide the latest innovations to form an effective learning process. However, not all teachers and educational staff do not understand the latest innovations that must be used to carry out learning by utilizing internet media which can be utilized optimally. Due to the lack of teachers' ability to create content or learning materials and classroom teaching online, it is necessary to increase the capacity and skills of teachers in creating content and managing online teaching. The method used in the PkM program provides training and practice as well as assistance in the use of information and communication technology in learning activities at schools using open broadcasting systems and YouTube. The outcome of this PkM program is that teachers master and are able to create and use learning media using open broadcasting systems and YouTube and implement them as learning media.Keywords: Information and Communication Technology, open broadcasting system, YouTube, content, learning

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Information System for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Balai Besar Pemali Juana River Basin. the accuracy and security of archived documents can be guaranteed. So that when an archiving information system is needed. In addition, with this system the admin or archiving officer can also send disposition messages via SMS messages in the system, so that disposition messages will be conveyed more quickly to the relevant staff. The final result of the design resulted in an Information System Application for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Pemali Juana River Basin Center to make it easier for admins to search for incoming mail or outgoing mail control card data when needed. This Incoming and Outgoing Mail Archiving Information System discusses computerized mail archiving, if it is an incoming letter then it is recorded on the incoming mail control card and if it is outgoing mail it is recorded on the outgoing mail control card carried out by the admin and stored in the database.

Abstract

In this study, we evaluated the limitations of using learning resources that can be used in a Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which cannot be packaged and can be used again in processing, combining, and rearranging learning based on learning objects that already exist in different LMS platforms. Studying content with formats other than SCORM is not easy adapted to the needs because the content must be reorganized every time using a different platform. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design learning according to the SCORM format to meet the ISO 19796-1 standard platform. This standard has the ability to share, reuse, and interoperate learning objects. The challenge in the world of education today is how to build a knowledge-based society. The building of e-learning plays an important role. Currently, the e-learning portal is a very diverse learning management system (LMS) platform used by schools or tertiary institutions. In addition, the types of learning resources and content are also diverse. It does not meet the e-material design requirements based on mechanisms that can be shared, reused, and operated on different platforms to meet the granularity element. The results provide insight and highlight the mismatch between digital learning and digital asset standards, especially in Indonesia. This helps us analyze, design, develop, and submit digital assets for electronic learning materials in vocational high school software expertise programs in accordance with SCORM Standards.

Abstract

PT. Fajar Lestari Sejati was a company engaged in the field of door and window accessories, offering its products from store to store, small projects, and even entering large-scale projects. PT. Fajar Lestari Sejati was still managing promotional goods manually in the marketing division, encountering difficulties in tracking or checking goods entering and leaving the warehouse. Additionally, there were discrepancies between the physical stock and the recorded data. The purpose of this research was to design an inventory management system for promotional products to support the marketing division at PT. Fajar Lestari Sejati's branch office by implementing QR Code technology. This research resulted in a web-based application integrated with a database, providing users with easy and fast access to perform data entry, transactions, and reporting processes related to inventory control.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based information system to facilitate the monitoring process of the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) activities conducted by partners of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Luwu Timur Regency. The main issues identified include the use of manual methods, such as Google Sheets for partner monitoring, and the Pencil and Paper Interviewing (PAPI) method for marking survey area coordinates, both considered inefficient and prone to errors. The system development employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which allows for an iterative process and active user involvement in every development phase. The result of this study is an information system equipped with project management features, real-time partner monitoring, survey reporting through document uploads, and survey location tracking integrated with OpenStreetMap using the Leaflet.js library. The developed system has proven effective in enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness of  SUSENAS field operations.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based sales system for Toko Murah Meriah Fashion in Ponorogo City to address issues related to transaction recording, stock management, and product sales, which were previously handled manually. These issues led to inefficient sales processes and a high risk of data errors. To overcome these problems, the Waterfall software development method was applied, consisting of the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature study. The system was developed using XAMPP as a local server, CodeIgniter 3 as the PHP framework, MySQL as the database, and Bootstrap to support a responsive user interface. Based on the results of analysis and testing using the black-box method, the system was successfully implemented and capable of performing all its functions effectively, including managing product data, orders, payments, and customer transaction history. With the implementation of this system, the sales process becomes more structured, faster, and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive multimedia-based learning application designed to introduce letters, numbers, and colorful images to early childhood learners. The development model employed is the ADDIE model, which consists of five systematic phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis phase began with identifying field needs, followed by the design of learning media, development of a desktop-based application using Eclipse IDE and the Java programming language, and database integration using MySQL. The trial was conducted at TK PGRI Godong, involving 30 students as research subjects. Evaluation results indicate that the application has a positive impact on students’ understanding, with an overall average score of 93.3%. Validation by content experts (kindergarten teachers) yielded a feasibility score of 92%, while media experts gave a score of 88%. Classroom observations showed that students were more enthusiastic, focused, and better able to understand the material compared to conventional methods. Based on these findings, the learning application is deemed highly feasible and effective as a supporting medium in early childhood education.

Abstract

Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) has revolutionized model development, but its impact on ensemble diversity and overfitting reduction remains underexplored. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzes 107 studies published between 2020 and 2024 to explore how AutoML enhances ensemble diversity, mitigates overfitting, and the challenges hindering its integration. Unlike previous reviews focusing on AutoML or ensemble methods independently, this study synthesizes their intersection and identifies key research trends. The findings reveal that AutoML improves ensemble robustness through automated hyperparameter tuning, meta-learning, and algorithmic blending while facing trade-offs in computational cost and interpretability. Four main themes emerge, integration mechanisms (19.6%), overfitting mitigation (26.2%), performance trade-offs (28.6%), and integration barriers (26.2%). Empirical results indicate that AutoML ensembles outperform traditional models by 22–41% in accuracy but require approximately 3.2 times higher computational resources. Hybrid AutoML and Explainable AI frameworks are recommended to balance accuracy and transparency. Theoretically, this study advances understanding of the synergy between AutoML and ensemble learning, while practically providing guidance for deploying reliable AI systems in sectors like healthcare, finance, and digital business. Policy implications align with the EU AI Act and the US Executive Order on trustworthy AI, supporting Sustainable Development Goals 9 and 8.

Abstract

Inklusi keuangan UMKM dapat dibedakan berdasarkan tiga indikator utama. Karakteristik individu yang menjadi determinan inklusi keuangan di UMKM adalah tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, dan usia. Sementara para pelaku usaha UMKM sendiri memberikan gambaran bahwa sektor ini memiliki potensi yang cukup baik dalam menunjang perekonomian. Untuk UMKM sendiri telah membantu untuk menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan yang cukup luas bagi masyarakat terutama untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang bisa membantu perekonomian keluarga, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Banyak usaha UMKM yang besar dan berkembang dari ibu ibu rumah tangga yang mungkin secara tingkat pendidikan tidak sampai di bangku kuliah. Sementara untuk usia sendiri banyak usaha usaha UMKM yang bermunculan karena faktor situasi dan kondisi sekarang ini, bisa saja karena cuaca, pandemi, atau banyaknya pengangguran. Sehingga usaha UMKM ini dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja yang memiliki keinginan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi. Manfaat penggunaan QRIS bagi UMKM adalah efisiensi dalam transaksi. Dengan menggunakan QRIS, transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan juga efisien. Kecepatan dalam bertransaksi ini juga akan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan. Informasi seperti ini penting sekali diberikan kepada Ibu ibu rumah tangga dan dapat disosialisasikan melalui kegiatan PKK. Pelatihan Edukasi Penggunaan InterActive QRIS Dalam Mendukung Inklusi Keuangan yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Dosen Universitas STEKOM dari berbagai lintas bidang ilmu bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang penggunaan QRIS kepada Ibu ibu kader PKK di Desa Nepen, Desa Kopen dan Desa Sudimoro, Kecamatan Teras , Kabupaten Boyolali. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman dan pratek Ibu ibu pengguna UMKM di desa desa tersebut terkait penggunaan QRIS.

Abstract

This research serves the virtual Synchronous Generator finding and oversight building of the Multi-port Autonomous Reconfigurable Solar (MARS) structure to bring backing to the alternating-curring network under various events on the network and presents a “model-based predictive control” (MBPC) oversight finding for the MARS structure to bring backing to the MARS structure alternating-curring network while the density innovation is recognized in the system. The main objective is to nominate a “model-based predictive control” leading oversight design that can bring density backing while unexpected density alteration. In this study, a comprehensive application of a virtual Synchronous Generator-based oversight innovation for the MARS structure is given. The expected oversight finding and control architecture of the MARS structure is evaluated by simulation on the “PSCAD”/EMTDC simulation platform to show performance under various operating conditions and calculated in the “Opal-RT” offline simulation model that also can be adapted to complete the certified “control-hardware -in-the- loops” (c-HIL). The dominant density backing performance is a conceivable combined improvement for each current network-unified capability transistors system. By increasing infiltration of transistors system-based stuff, passivity and immediate density feedback potentially decrease. Leading “model-based predictive control” (MBPC) finding to provide density backing to current topologies of unified “photovoltaic” (PV), battery-based “energy storage system”s” (ESS), and “high-voltage direct current” (HVDC) method named “multi-port autonomous reconfigurable solar” (MARS) is suggested. The expected oversight finding for regularly based on virtual Synchronous Generator-based oversight. Simulation of the MARS-HVDC method by the recommended oversight approach was assumed and authorized for MARS related to a “small short circuit ratio” (SCR) network in a “PSCAD”/EMTDC assumed habitat. The expected oversight finding displays superior work in the phrase of increasing rock bottom frequency and increasing constant-area frequency concerning no density oversight. The results of this research indicate that the MARS architecture by Synchronous Generator -based oversight brings exceptional heat backing by inserting higher active potential to the structure while equitable stage error compared to the Virtual Synchronous Generator - based oversight mode. The Synchronous Generator-based oversight mode is also balanced and brings better work in the phase of density rock bottom and balance-area increase. In the great feedback, the Synchronous Generator-based oversight mode is good than the Virtual Synchronous Generator-based oversight mode for each short circuit ratio set tested. MBPC-based oversight is entrenched in a virtual Synchronous Generator-based oversight algorithm. The recommended oversight innovation and control architecture of the MARS structure was calculated on the MARS structure in the “PSCAD”/EMTDC simulation environment. The simulation results show an increase in nadir frequency and steady-state frequency provided by the Multi-port Autonomous Reconfigurable Solar (MARS) structure via MBPC control. In future research, leading oversight methods are required to bring steady action down to unsteady error.
