Abstract

Dinamika kejahatan transnasional di kawasan Asia Tenggara menuntut penguatan kerjasama penegakan hukum internasional yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penanganan kejahatan transnasional bagi Indonesia melalui implementasi ASEAN Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance dalam periode 2020-2025. Metode penelitian hukum normatif digunakan dengan pendekatan analitis terhadap perundang-undangan nasional dan instrumen hukum internasional terkait bantuan hukum timbal balik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan logika deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ASEAN Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance telah menyediakan kerangka normatif yang komprehensif untuk kerjasama penegakan hukum lintas batas, dengan kontribusi signifikan dalam penanganan kasus narkotika, korupsi, dan pencucian uang. Implementasi MLA terbukti efektif dalam memfasilitasi pertukaran bukti, pelacakan aset hasil kejahatan, dan koordinasi penangkapan pelaku lintas yurisdiksi. Namun demikian, disparitas sistem hukum antar negara ASEAN, keterbatasan kapasitas kelembagaan, dan kompleksitas prosedur birokrasi menjadi tantangan utama dalam optimalisasi kerjasama. Penelitian menyarankan perlunya penguatan harmonisasi regulasi domestik, peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan, pengembangan sistem koordinasi regional terintegrasi, dan standardisasi prosedur operasional untuk memaksimalkan potensi MLA dalam pemberantasan kejahatan transnasional di kawasan Asia Tenggara. kata Kunci: Mutual Legal Assistance, Kejahatan Transnasional, ASEAN, Regulasi Hukum, Tantangan dan Hambatan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership and leverage on tax avoidance. This research was conducted by analyzing the financial reports of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals food & beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019 to 2023. The sample used in this research was 16 companies in the consumer non-cyclicals subsector. food & beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019 to 2023 using purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports from each company that has been used as a research sample. The variables used in this research are institutional ownership (X1) as the first independent variable, leverage (X2) as the second independent variable and tax avoidance (Y) as the dependent variable. The panel data regression method was used as the research methodology in this study. Analysis of research results using Eviews 12 Student Version Lite software. The research results show that the best model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this research show that institutional ownership partially influences tax avoidance. Leverage partially influences tax avoidance and simultaneously institutional ownership and leverage influence tax avoidance. Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Leverage, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

Multi Indah store is a small business engaged in the sale of shoe raw materials. The customer is a shoemaker. The problem faced by stores today is the process of sorting the shelf life which takes quite a long time so that it has an impact on the slow delivery of goods to customers. The development of an inventory control system using the RAD methodology is a solution offered to stores. The results of the system test found that the sorting process is faster and can help control the amount of inventory, service life, and items that are nearing expiration can be known quickly by shop owners through reports presented by the system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the unsignalized intersection of Jalan Trans Sulawesi with Jalan Siswa, Paguat District, Pohuwato Regency. The study was conducted for three months starting from November 2022 to January 2023 at unsignalized intersections located on Trans Sulawesi Road, Pentadu Village with Siswa Road, Siduan Village, Paguat District, Pohuwato Regency. Data collection was carried out in the morning at 07.00 - 09.00 WITA, afternoon at 11.00 - 13.00 WITA, and evening at 16.00 - 18.00 WITA. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) unsignalized intersections tend to experience increased traffic density when vehicle volumes are high, especially during peak hours such as office hours and during crowds or market days. 2) the risk of accidents can increase due to a lack of control over vehicle traffic that has the potential for accidents.

Abstract

Urban circulation and parking systems are essential elements shaping city structure and influencing the sustainability of urban infrastructure. This study aims to analyze circulation patterns and parking distribution in Marisa City using a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) approach to support sustainable infrastructure planning. A quantitative spatial analysis was applied through network analysis, buffer analysis, and overlay analysis to evaluate road connectivity, accessibility, parking service coverage, and the interaction between traffic intensity and parking locations. The results indicate that circulation in Marisa City is dominated by collector and local roads with moderate connectivity, leading to traffic concentration in commercial areas. Parking analysis reveals a heavy reliance on on-street parking, resulting in reduced road capacity and circulation inefficiencies. Spatial mismatch between parking demand and supply is evident, particularly in commercial zones. The findings highlight that poorly integrated circulation and parking systems negatively affect accessibility, land use efficiency, and environmental sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of GIS-based planning as a decision-support tool for optimizing circulation and parking management to promote sustainable urban infrastructure development in Marisa City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of personnel performance within the Medical and Health Division or Biddokkes of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police by examining the influence of competence and professionalism while evaluating the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB. Employing a quantitative approach involving 80 medical personnel as respondents, this research seeks to dissect work dynamics within a semi military system requiring high discipline and mental physical readiness. The statistical analysis results provide empirical evidence that competence has a positive and significant impact on personnel performance and serves as a very strong primary predictor in shaping OCB. Interesting findings indicate that although professionalism partially has no significant direct effect on performance, this variable proves to function effectively as a moderator strengthening relationships in the model. Specifically, the interaction between professionalism and OCB is able to have a tangible impact on improving personnel performance, indicating that professional attitude acts as an enhancer for extra role behavior. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that achieving optimal performance in the police environment requires synergy between technical competence improvement and the strengthening of OCB supported by mature professionalism as a catalyst for organizational success.

Abstract

Media sosial terutama Instagram dan TikTok, telah menjadi komponen penting dari strategi pemasaran online. Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana strategi promosi yang menggunakan fitur live streaming kedua platform tersebut berhasil. Fokus utama adalah memahami bagaimana live streaming memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli barang. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei online yang dikirimkan kepada pengguna media sosial untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang perilaku, preferensi, dan dampak live streaming. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mayoritas berusia 21–30 tahun aktif menggunakan media sosial dan sering mengikuti live streaming. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa live streaming membantu pelanggan mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut tentang produk dan penawaran promosi, serta memungkinkan mereka untuk mengetahui lebih banyak tentang produk dan penawaran promosi. Kesimpulannya, live streaming di Instagram dan TikTok adalah alat pemasaran yang bagus yang dapat membantu pelanggan membuat keputusan pembelian yang lebih baik.Studi ini menekankan bahwa strategi promosi harus disesuaikan dengan fitur masing-masing platform untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.
