Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujaun untuk mengetahui gambaran pengeloaan obat di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Timur tahun 2020 terutama perencanaan, pengadaan dan distribusi obat ke puskesmas. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analitik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juni sampai dengan Agustus 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi (pengamatan langsung), wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), telaah dokumen dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian didapatkan perencanaan obat di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Timur sudah sesuai dengan Permenkes No.HK. 01.07/MENKES/813/2019 tentang Formularium Nasional tetapi penghitungan jumlah kebutuhannya belum sesuai kebutuhan puskesmas. Pengadaan obat di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Timur sudah sesuai dengan PMK No.63/2014 Tentang Pengadaan Obat Berdasarkan Katalog Elektronik (E-Catalogue) namun dalam pelaksanaannya terkendala dengan ada beberapa obat yang tidak dapat diadakan atau dibeli karena tidak ada di e-catalog maupun FORNAS

Abstract

Sexual harassment is a big problem in society and is hidden in most institutions/organizations, and this phenomenon continues to increase as if there is no law to deter it. This activity aims to provide transparent information so that students and educators can understand that there is a particular policy from the government to protect victims of sexual violence in the world of education. The method used in this community service activity is counseling and interactive discussion, using various case examples to facilitate the delivery and acceptance of material. This community service activity is carried out by exploring policies from the government to prevent the impact of sexual violence in educational institutions. The socialization is expected to avoid the risk of students becoming sexual victims by their friends, teachers, and school staff.

Abstract

Elementary education faces significant challenges in the digital era, where teachers are required to possess professional competencies that not only include mastery of subject matter but also the ability to adapt to technological developments and the characteristics of digital-native students. This study aims to analyze the competencies of Millennial and Generation Z teachers in public elementary schools in Mentok District in responding to educational challenges, and identify the forms of professional competence implemented by both generations in classroom practices. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation involving elementary school teachers in Mentok District. The findings reveal that Millennial teachers demonstrate professional competence through systematic lesson planning, reflection, discipline, and moral exemplification. Meanwhile, Generation Z teachers highlight creativity, flexibility, and the use of digital tools such as Canva, Kahoot, and Quizizz to foster more interactive learning. These differences are not barriers but rather opportunities for collaboration: Millennial teachers provide stability and moral values, while Generation Z teachers offer digital innovation and interactivity. Therefore, cross-generational collaboration is a strategic approach to enhancing teacher professionalism and improving the quality of elementary education in the digital era.

Abstract

Status gizi dan kesehatan ibu saat sebelum dan selama hamil, serta setelah persalinan dapat memberikan pengaruh pada perkembangan janin hingga berisiko terjadi stunting. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mencapai target angka stunting di bawah 14% di tahun 2024, namun penurunan angka stunting belum sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menggunakan buku panduan nutrisi kehamilan 5J pada tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku ibu hamil dalam pencegahan stunting dan kecukupan nutrisi ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gedong Tataan pada Desa Cipadang, Pesawaran, Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperiment melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel independent Edukasi menggunakan Buku Panduan Nutrisi Kehamilan 5J. Variabel dependent berupa pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku ibu. Populasi penelitian ini ialah ibu hamil yang sudah diedukasi dan diberikan buku panduan dan buku harian tentang cara mengatur makanan sehari- hari dan subjek kontrol yang tidak diberi edukasi di Puskesmas Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran, Lampung tahun 2023 sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan kelompok intervensi buku panduan dengan video dan buku panduan dengan pamflet terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku ibu dalam menggunakan buku panduan nutrisi kehamilan 5J dengan nilai p < 0,05. Pada analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa kelompok intevensi yang paling efektif ialah kelompok intevensi melalui video.

Abstract

This study examines the community's reliance on mangrove forests, particularly through the establishment of charcoal kiln businesses as a primary livelihood in Batu Ampar Village, following the decline of sawmill operations. The production of charcoal requires large quantities of mangrove wood, leading to significant environmental impacts, including the reduction of mangrove forests, increased carbon emissions, and deteriorating public health. In response to these challenges, social movements among mangrove honey farming groups have emerged, focusing on ecological revitalization efforts. This research aims to explore the role of social movement strengthening through mentoring by PKM-KI students from the Sharia Economics Master's program, specifically in the development of digital platform-based marketing strategies for mangrove honey businesses. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study analyzes field data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing in promoting mangrove honey as an alternative livelihood. The results highlight the potential of digital platforms in expanding the market for local mangrove honey products, offering a sustainable livelihood for the community while supporting environmental conservation.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, Noviansyah, SE., M.Si., selaku pembimbing I dan Dahlia, SE.,M.Si., selaku pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu dengan 43 sampel, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Nilai thitung Beban Kerja (X1) sebesar 3,799 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,02108 karena thitung (3,799) > (2,02108) ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, thitung Kerjasama Tim (X2) sebesar 4,251 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,02108 karena thitung(4,251) > ttabel (2,02108) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Nilai Fhitung dalam penelitian ini sebesar 86,387 hasil tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan Ftabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau α = 5% didapat F tabel 3,23. Jadi Fhitung > Ftabel dimana 86,387 > 3,23 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya secara simultan ada pengaruh signifikan antara Beban kerja (X1), Kerjasama Tim (X2), terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y)Nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,812 yang menunjukkan pengertian bahwa Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu dipengaruhi oleh variabel Beban kerja (X1), Kerjasama Tim (X2) sebesar 81,2% sedangkan sisanya 18,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti Lingkungan Kerja dan Komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific di Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Baturaja Angkatan 2022. Penentuan jumlah sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 54 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: t-hitung masing-masing variabel Brand Image (X1) sebesar 3,074 dan Influencer Marketing (X2) sebesar 3,855, lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan t-tabel (2,007) yang menyatakan masing-masing variabel berpengaruh secara parsial Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan Brand Image (X1) dan Influencer Marketing (X2) berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan F-hitung (32,512) lebih besar dari F-tabel (3,18).

Abstract

West Kalimantan, as the epicenter of the world's lungs, continues to face the threat of massive environmental degradation, yet Islamic education at IAIN Pontianak remains trapped in a textual-sky paradigm that is sterile from ecological issues. The focus of this study is to formulate a curriculum reorientation through the Ecotheological Nexus standards to address epistemological fragmentation. The main gap is found in the sharp separation between theological doctrine and natural responsibility, where the curriculum exists dichotomously and anthropocentrically. Specific issues examined include the dominance of sectoral egos of scientific disciplines and the absence of integrative instruments in the curriculum, courses, and Semester Learning Plans (RPS). This study is urgent to maintain the institution's relevance amidst the global climate crisis. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, this policy study makes IAIN Pontianak's curriculum documents the primary object of study through document analysis instruments. The results show that scientific fragmentation causes students to experience "ecological blindness" despite having a strong normative understanding. The main findings emphasize that integration can only occur through mandated regulatory intervention. In conclusion, the lack of operational standards is a major obstacle to the unification of science and religion. The strategic recommendation addressed to policy makers is to immediately ratify the Chancellor's Decree on the Nexus Ecotheology Curriculum Standards as a mandatory legal umbrella for integrating environmental issues across all study programs substantially.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that is not in accordance with theory, where if Capital Adequacy Ratio increases then Murâbaḥah Financing will also increase, and vice versa if Murâbaḥah Financing decreases then Capital Adequacy Ratio decreases. Then, if the Non Performing Financing increases, Murâbaḥah Financing decreases, and vice versa, if Murâbaḥah Financing increases, the Non Performing Financing decreases. However, it can be seen from the data that it does not match the theory.The formulation of the problemin this research is whe ther there is a simultaneous and partial influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Financing on Murâbaḥah Financing. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Financing variables simultaneously and partially have on Murâbaḥah Financing. The theory used in this research is the theory of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Finance and Murâbaḥah Financing. The minimum Capital Adequacy Ratio set by the Bank for International Settlement (BIS) is 8%. And in Bank Indonesia regulation Number 15/2/PBI/2013 it is stated that the maximum Non Performing Financing value is 5%. This research is a multiple regression analysis with a quantitative research type and a descriptive approach with secondary data and a sample of 48. The data comes from monthly published financial reports on Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for 2013-2022 which are published by the Financial Services Authority via the website www.ojk.go.id. The results of the partial research (t test) state that, Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on Murâbaḥah Financing, there is an influence of Non Performing Financing on Murâbaḥah Financing. Simultaneous research results (Test F) state that CAR and NPF simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Murâbaḥah Financing. Mean while,there sult sof the coefficientof determination (R2) of CAR and Non Performing Financing influence Murâbaḥah Financingby 79.6%. The remaining20.4%is influenced by other factors or variables not included in this research.
