Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas X.I SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 melalui bimbingan belajar berbantuan media audiovisual. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Layanan Bimbingan Konseling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.1 SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja sebanyak 8 orang yang memiliki minat belajar rendah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat belajar siswa setelah diberikan bimbingan belajar berbantuan media audiovisual. Hal ini dilihat dari peningkatan hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan. Peningkatan minat belajar bisa dilihat dari kondisi awal ke siklus I terjadi peningkatan rata-rata minat belajar dari 53,42% menjadi 74,67% dengan peningkatan 21,25% dan dari siklus I ke siklus II peningkatan rata-rata dari 74,67% menjadi 86,83% dengan peningkatan 12,17%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar setelah diberikan tindakan berupa bimbingan belajar berbantuan media audiovisual pada siklus 1 dan juga pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disarankan kepada: (1) Siswa untuk lebih meningkatkan minat belajar dalam rangka mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal, (2) Guru BK agar lebih aktif memanfaatkan media yang ada seperti media audiovisual dalam menjalankan layanan BK sehingga siswa akan lebih bersemangat dalam mengikuti layanan yang diberikan, (3) Kepada wali kelas sebaiknya agar terus memantau perkembangan siswa, dan terus berkoordinasi dengan guru BK berkaitan dengan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami siswa. (4) Kepada kepala sekolah agar menyediakan media yang memadai berupa LCD yang dapat menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan layanan BK di sekolah dengan efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci : bimbingan belajar , media audiovisual, minat belajar This research aimed at finding out the learning interest improvement of the Xth grade students of SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja even semester 2013/2014 through the application of aided tutoring with Audiovisual Media. The type of this research was an action research of guidance and counseling service. The subject of this research was the Xth grade students of SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja in which there were 8 students who have low learning interest. The method of data gethering was questioner. The result of this research showed that there was an improvement of students' learning interest after aided tutorial with audiovisual media is applied. It can be seen from the improvement of the result of evaluation test with questioner which was done before and after the action. The improvement of students' learning interest can be seen from the first condition to the first cycle, there was an improvement of average students' learning interest from 53,42% to 74,67% with improvement 21,25% and from the first cycle to the second cycle the improvement average was from 74,67% to 86,83% with improvement 12,17%. It showed that there was an improvement of students' learning interest after the application of aided tutorial with audiovisual media in the first cycle and also in the second cycle. Based on that result it was recommended to: (1) The students should improve their learning interest to reach the maximum result of study, (2) Counseling teacher should be more active in utilizing the available media like audiovisual media to run their program and service in order to improve the students' enthusiasm in following the service given. (3) The homeroom teacher should always monitoring the improvement of the students and communicate it to the counseling teacher regarding the problems faced by the students. (4) The headmaster should provide the adequate medias such as LCD that will support the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching learning activity and counseling service in school. keyword : tutoring, audiovisual media, learning interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling rasional emotif dengan teknik ABC untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X TMM SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling, yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari enam tahap yaitu tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, treatment konseling teknik restrukturisasi kognitif, evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 5 orang siswa di X TMM SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan digunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama, serta pedoman observasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data komplementer. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kecerdasan emosional siswa dari data awal skor rata ? rata 63 setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I peningkatam rata-rata skor menjadi 85 (kategori kecerdasan emosional sedang) peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 22. Selanjutnya setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus II, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor mencapai 106,6 (kategori keceerdasan emosional sedang). Peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 21,6. Setelah dilakukan dua siklus maka kelima siswa yang sudah mendapatkan tindakan konseling rasional emotif dengan teknik ABC telah mampu memperoleh skor keceerdasan emosional ? 70. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling rasional emotif dengan teknik ABC dapat meningkatkan keceerdasan emosional siswa kelas X TMM di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. Kata Kunci : konseling rasional emotif, ABC, kecerdasan emosional This study aims to determine the effectiveness of rational emotive counseling with ABC technique to improve emotional intelligence SMK class X TMM IT Global Singaraja Bali Doctrine year 2014/2015. This type of research is action research counseling, which is conducted in two cycles and each cycle consists of six phases: identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment counseling cognitive restructuring techniques, evaluation and reflection. Subjects in the study were 5 students in X TMM IT SMK Bali Global Singaraja. To gather the necessary data used questionnaire data collection tools such as the primary data collection tool, as well as guidelines for observation as a data collection tool complementary. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative analysis technique. The results showed an increase in emotional intelligence scores of students from the preliminary data the average - average 63 after the action in the first cycle peningkatam scoring average to 85 (the category of emotional intelligence was) an increase in the average score of 22. Then after the second cycle, occurs increase in the average scores reached 106.6 (category emotional intelligences being). Increase in the average score of 21.6. After two cycles of the five students who have received counseling actions of rational emotive with ABC technique has been able to obtain emotional intelligences score ? 70. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the counseling of rational emotive with ABC technique can improve the emotional intelligences class X TMM The SMK TI Global Singaraja Bali. keyword : rational emotive counseling, ABC, emotional intelligence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan self efficacy setelah diterapkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling. Penelitian merupakan ini penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (Action Research in Counseling) subjek penelitian ini 4 orang siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada yang memiliki self efficacy rendah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan self efficacy pada ke 4 orang siswa dari katagori rendah menjadi katagori sedang pada siklus I. Kemudian pada siklus II self efficacy ke 4 siswa meningkat menjadi kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, teknik modeling, self efficacy This research aims to increase self efficacy after applied behavioral counseling with the technique of modeling. This is an action research study guidance counselling (Action Research in Counseling) of the subject of this 4 person grade VII B SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada who have low self efficacy. The data collected by using questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas VIII H SMP Negeri 1 Seririt setelah diterapkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self-management. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, treatmen, evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII H berjumlah 36 orang, yang terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 20 orang perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner , observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 36 orang siswa, terdapat enam orang siswa yang menunjukkan disiplin belajar rendah. Pencapaian peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa pada siklus I terhadap sembilan orang, yaitu dari skor rata-rata 78,8 meningkat menjadi 111. Rata-rata peningkatannya adalah 47,2. Pada siklus II diberikan kembali konseling kelompok kepada sembilan orang siswa. Di siklus II, terlihat peningkatan skor terhadap sembilan siswa tersebut yang awalnya memiliki rata-rata 111 mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 135 atau dapat dikatakan telah mampu melampaui target yang ditetapkan, yakni dengan skor 123. Rata-rata peningkatan skor dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah 8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self-management dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas VIII H SMP Negeri 1 Seririt Kata Kunci : Konseling behavioral, teknik self-management, disiplin belajar This research aims to know the effectiveness of the discipline of learning in students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Seririt H after applied behavioral counseling with self-help management techniques. This research consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of the identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatmen, evaluation and reflection. The subject in this study is grade VIII H totalling 36 persons, comprising 16 men and 20 women. Method of data collection in this study by using questionnaires, observation and interview. The results showed that out of the 36 students, there were six students who demonstrate low learning discipline. The achievement of improved student learning in the disciplines of cycle I against nine people, from an average score of 78,8 increased to 111. The average is nearly a 47,2. In cycle II, group counselling given back to nine students. In cycle II, seen an increase in score against nine students who initially had an average of 111 has increased by an average of 135 or can be said to have been able to go beyond the targets set, i.e. with a score of 123. The average increase in the score from cycle to cycle II I was 8. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of behavioral counseling with self-help management techniques can improve the discipline of studying grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 H Seririt keyword : Counselling behavioral self-help management techniques, disciplined learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modelling dan teknik aversif untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja (2) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja, (3) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik aversif anatara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, dan kuesioner disiplin belajar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kruskall wallis dan t-burney. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest-control group design. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) pendekatan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik aversif berpengaruh meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa, dilihat dari analisis H > X2kw (?) (k-1) (36,605 > 5,591) (2) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku disiplin belajar siswa, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (2,776 > 1,655) (3) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku prososial, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (5,763 > 2,776). Sehingga pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik aversif efektif meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Modeling, Aversif, Disiplin Belajar. This study was an experimental study in order to determine: (1) whether there is an effective behavioral counseling with modeling and aversive technique to improve the discipline of students of X Class Hotel Accommodation SMK N 2 Singaraja (2) is there effectiveness of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques between before and after treatment of the discipline of X class student of SMK N 2 Hospitality Accommodation Singaraja, (3) is there an effectiveness of behavioral counseling between aversive techniques before and after treatment to discipline of class X student of SMK N 2 Hospitality Accommodation Singaraja. The population of this study was X Class Hotel Accommodation SMK N 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016. The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets and learn discipline questionare.the data analysis method used is the t test and the Kruskal-Burney. The study design was a pretest-posttest-control group design. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that (1) the approach behavioral counseling by modeling techniques and techniques aversive effect on improving the discipline of student learning, seen from the analysis H> X2kw (?) (k-1) (36.605> 5.591) (2) approach to behavioral counseling techniques modeling between before and after treatment influence on the discipline of student learning, seen from the analysis tcount> t table (2,776> 1,655) (3) approach to behavioral counseling techniques positive reinforcement between before and after treatment effect on prosocial behavior, it can be seen from the analysis tcount> t table (5.763> 2.776). it could be concluded that behavioral counseling approach modeling techniques and aversive techniques effectively improve the discipline of X class students of Hospitality Accommodations SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016.keyword : Behavioral, Modeling, Aversif, Learning decipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (Action Research in Counseling) yang biasa disebut PTBK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik shaping terhadap peningkatkan self-endurance siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada sebanyak 33 orang siswa. Setelah dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa diketahui 3 orang siswa yang memiliki self-endurance rendah masuk pada siklus I dan pada siklus II hanya 1 orang siswa yang masih mengalami self-endurance rendah. Hal ini dilihat dari peningkatan hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan. Peningkatan self-endurance siswa dapat dilihat dari kondisi awal ke siklus I terjadi peningkatan rata-rata self-endurance dari 65,3 skor menjadi 75,3 skor dengan peningkatan 10 skor dan dari siklus I ke siklus II peningkatan rata-rata dari 75,3 skor menjadi 77,7 skor dengan peningkatan 2,4 skor. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan self-endurance setelah diberikan tindakan berupa konseling behavioral dengan teknik shaping pada siklus 1 dan juga pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik shaping dapat meningkatkan self-endurance siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik shaping, self-endurance This research is counseling actions (Action Research in Counseling) commonly called PTBK. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of behavioral counseling shaping techniques to increase self-endurance student at SMPN 1 Sukasada school year 2014/2015. Data collection method used was a questionnaire. This study was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class VIII B of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada as many as 33 students. After distributing questionnaires to students note 3 students who have low self-endurance entered in the first cycle and the second cycle only 1 person of students who are still experiencing low self-endurance. It is seen from the increase in the results of an evaluation using a questionnaire conducted before the procedure and after the action. Increased self-endurance students can be seen from the initial conditions to the first cycle an increase in the average self-endurance from 65.3 score to 75.3 scores with improved 10 scores and from the first cycle to the second cycle an average increase of 75.3 score to 77.7 scores with an increase of 2.4 score. This suggests that an increase in self-endurance after being given the action in the form of behavioral counseling with shaping techniques in cycle 1 and also in the second cycle. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of behavioral counseling with shaping techniques can improve self-endurance class VIII B of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada.keyword : Behavioral Counseling, engineering shaping, self-endurance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling trait and factor dengan layanan informasi terhadap rencana pilihan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Pendekatan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, penelitian ini meneliti elemen yang ada dalam wilayah penelitian sejumlah 61 siswa yang dibedakan menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan teknik statistik yaitu korelasi product moment dan uji normalitas sebaran datadiuji dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0 For Windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas konseling trait and factor dengan layanan informasi terhadap rencana pilihan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, berdasarkan nilai t pada tabel di atas didapatkan thitungsebesar 2,6 dengan df = 6, maka pada taraf signifikansi 5% didapatkan ttabel sebesar2,447. Karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% berarti Ho ditolak maka Ha diterima, sehingga hipotesisnya berbunyi ?konseling trait and factor dengan layanan informasi efektif terhadap rencana pilihan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014?.Kata Kunci : konseling trait and factor dengan layanan informasi, pilihan karir This research aims to know the effectiveness of trait and factorcounselling with information service to plan career choice grade X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada lesson the years 2013/2014. This research is experimental research with the population of the research was students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada lesson the year 2013/2014. Approach to the subject of this research using a purposive sampling, this research examines the elements that exist in the area of research a number of 61 students that differentiated into a control group and experimental group. Data collected by questionnaire method, and analyzed with statistical techniques namely product correlatin moment and data distribution normality test of tested with the help of the program SPSS 17.0 For Windows.The result showed that the effectiveness oftrait and factor counselling with information service to plan career choice grade X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, based on the value of t in the table above was obtained by count amounted to 2,6 t with df=6, then at 5% significance level obtained t the table amounted to 2,447. Because the count is greater than t table in 5% significance level means that Ho is rejected then the Ha received, so that the hypothetical reads ?trait and factor counselling with information service effevtive to plan career coice grade X SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada lesson the year 2013/2014?.keyword : trait and factorcounselling with information service, career choices

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex Post Facto dengan populasi siswa kelas XI SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Pengambilan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Census Study, dengan jumlah sampel yang berjumlah 43 orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan analisis statistik kolelasi product moment dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS 16.0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Bhaktiyasa Singaraja. Dengan r senilai 0,915. Dengan p < 0,001. Pada hasil korelasi ( r ) ini berarti semakin tinggi pola asuh orang tua seorang siswa maka semakin tinggi kebiasaan belajarnya. Kata Kunci : Pola asuh orang tua, Kebiasaan belajar This research was oncerned to find the influence of education system of parents depends on study manner in Bhaktiyasa senior high school in clas XI. The research was Ex Post Facto research by used population of class XI in Bhaktiyasa senior high school in 2013/2014. The subject of research was conducted by Cencus Study technique, with 43 students as the sample research. The data was sumbmitted by statistic product moment korelasi analyze by used SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The result of this research was a positive coherence between education system of parents and study manner of student in Bhaktiyasa senior high school. R was meant 0,915 result. And p < 0,001. Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik penguatan positif dan teknik token ekonomi untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 8 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design dengan analisis statistik non-parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri siswa (thitung =44,92 > ttabel =2,36). (2) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik token economy antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri siswa (thitung =54,20 > ttabel =2,36), (3) Terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif dan token economy untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri siswa (H=17,36 > X2kw(a) (k-1)= 5,991).Kata Kunci : : teknik penguatan positif, teknik token ekonomi, sikap rendah diri This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques and techniques for minimizing the economic tokens of inferiority attitude. Samples were 8 students performed using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the pretest-posttest control group design with a non-parametric statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques of positive reinforcement between before and after treatment to minimize the humble attitude of students (t = 44.92> table = 2.36). (2) there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques token economy between before and after treatment to minimize the humble attitude of students (t = 54.20> table = 2,36), (3) There is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling and positive reinforcement techniques to minimize the token economy low stance student (H = 17.36> X2kw (a) (k-1) = 5.991).keyword : positive reinforcement techniques, techniques token economy, the attitude of inferiority

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kemampuan empati terhadap siswa kelas X MIA1 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan yang memiliki kemampuan empati rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA1 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan dengan jumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 8 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner empati. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistic t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan empati terhadap siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis t-test yang menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung>ttabel (9,22619 > 2,36462), N=8 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Sosiodrama, Empati This study was restricted to know the effectiveness of group guidance by using sociodrama technique to increase emphaty skill toward 10th grade students MIA1 of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan who have low emphaty. This study is a pra-experiment study which used one group pretest-posttest research design. The population was 10th grade students MIA1 of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan which consist of 21 students. Purposive sampling was used to get the sample, and the sample was 8 students. Data colecoun method in this study was emphaty questionnaire and analyzed by using t-test. The result show that sociodrama technique is effective to increase emphaty skill toward the students. This can be seen from t-test analysis that thitung>ttabel (9,22619 > 2,36462), N=8 with 5% significant. keyword : Group Guidance Sociodrama Technique, Emphaty
