Abstract

This research has an eye to know the affection from responsibility of government officer and quality of service, to influence trust of society and government. The research design which is used contains of questionnaire tooffice and client counted 108 respondents. The result of answer is analysed statistically by using moment product with pearson which is operated with SPSS 16 for Windows. The result of this research indicates that there is a correlation among responbility of government officer and quality of service, to influence trust of society and government with F – Count is 47.859 meaning bigger than F – Table with trust storey; level 99% that is 4,79. Thereby Ho refused and Ha accepted by its meaning. There is a positive correlationamong responbility of government with hand in glove correlation storey level. R2 (determination) reside at number 46,7% its meaning the percentage isaffecting among responbilty of government officer and quality of service, to influence trust of society and government. It is counted 53,3% the rest influenced by other factor which don’t be commented in this research while equation had this research is Y = 16,860 + 0,523.X1 + 0,347 X2..

Abstract

Price, product quality and brands purchase decision against kw cartier bags among students of Economics Faculty and Business University Muhammadiyah Palembang. The goal is to know whether there is influence of price, product quality and brand against purchasing decision kw cartier bags among students of Economics Faculty and Business University Muhammadiyah Palembang. The population in this study are female students of Economics Faculty and Business who use kw cartier bag whose number is unknown. samples taken 100 female students 2013/2014 using kw cartier bag with purvosive sampling technique. based on result of multiple linear regresi yield function Y = 3,960 + 0,367X1 + 0,210X2, it means that price and quality of product influence to purchase decision. test F with significant (0,000) and α (0.05) F count <Ftable then there is influence price, quality product and brand against purchase decision kw cartier bag. Test t with t arithmetic price of 3.814 and t table 1.985 tcount> ttable means there is influence of price against decision purchase kw cartier bag. t arithmetic product quality of 2.214 and t table 1.985 tcount> ttable means there is Influence of  quality product against decision purchase kw cartier bag. t arithmetic brand of 0.778 and t table 1,985 t count <ttabel, meaning there is no influence on brand decision purchase kw cartier bag. determination test with a value of 24.5%, meaning that the purchase decision variable can be explained by the variable price and quality product of the remaining 24.5% is explained by other variables that are not examined.Keywords : Purchase decision, price, quality product and brand

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a competency recruitment director and Badays, Organization on the performance of employees of PT. Lautan Berhan Utama Motor Lahat Branch. The research used in this study is associative. The population used in this study was 48 employees of and the sample used was taken in this study as many as 43 respondents. Yong method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The data collection technique is a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis such as hypothesis testing. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between recruitment, competen and organizational culture on the performance of PT.Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lahat Branch

Abstract

Opportunities for businessmen to contribute to and promote the economy can be seen in the scale of market activity in the region. In addition to the structure of the local economy, we are not supported by the strength of the structure of small and medium enterprises. The concentration of the power of small and medium-sized enterprises in the regional economic structure seems inevitable. Hollow Middle is a medium-sized and large company that cannot receive support from SMEs due to the turbulence of domestic and foreign economic conditions. A region's competitive advantage is influenced not only by its marketing advantage but also by the human resources department (HR) and operational design of regional specialty development. From this, we can conclude that: First, internal factors adversely affect employee development and have a central impact on the market. Second, centralized marketplaces have a positive impact on employee development. Third, external factors have a positive impact on employee development and concentration markets. Fourth, the internal factors of employee training and centralized markets were not important. Fifth, employee training was also not important for centralized markets. Sixth, external factors to employee development and important centralized markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan serta pengembangan usaha dan pemodalan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pempek di Kota Palembang. UMKM berupaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para konsumen namun terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM, permasalahan yang sangat sering terjadi yaitu kurangnya pengembangan usaha dan pemodalan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan dan pendampingan ini didasarkan pada pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari UMKM pempek di Kota Palembang. Diharapkan, hasil dari pendampingan ini dapat meningkatkan pengembangan usaha UMKM, UMKM menjadi lebih efektif, efisien serta kompetitif dengan memahami kebutuhan pasar mereka dengan lebih baik menghasilkan produk dan layanan yang lebih sesuai, dan memenuhi kebutuhan serta kepuasan pasar. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam mengatasi masalah pengembangan usaha dan pemodalan pada UMKM pempek di Kota Palembang, serta berpotensi memberikan dampak positif dalam perubahan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Employees in small and medium enterprises of kemplang crackers in the city of Palembang are only directed to be able to work from skills that have been held informally and passed down from generation to generation so that the employees' working abilities are still simple or traditional. As a superior product, some kemplang crackers in Palembang are only able to survive in the local market and nationally, although a small part has penetrated the international market. Development style human resources in kemplang cracker small and medium businesses in Palembang City aims to improve the knowledge and skills of employees of small and medium kemplang cracker businesses in Palembang City so that employees work better and produce kemplang crackers of even better quality. Example: Taiwanese kemplang crackers are superior in the international market compared to Palembang kemplang crackers because they contain less water and the process of eating them is simpler. expected Kemplang crackers in Palembang City will not be left behind with the unique characteristics of employees' ability to process and manage kemplang crackers better in terms of knowledge, skills, and emotional intelligence. The research methodology used internally and externally is empirical-descriptive which is adequately obtained from research informants in the field (field research), and the research design used is conclusive, especially descriptive with a purposive sampling method. The findings from this research are a model of human resource development in small and medium businesses of kemplang crackers in Palembang City. The continuation of this research is research on developing a human resource development model in small and medium businesses kemplang crackers in Palembang City.

Abstract

The research with the aim was conducted determining the implementation of intrinsic factors of human resource performance in Palembang water tourism. Employee research with associative the type. The sample in this research was 200 Palembang water employee for tourism employees who were selected using the proportional random sampling method. Used in the data of research is primary data a questionnaire data with collection method. Also used is Structural analysis modeling equation (SEM) The technique data analysis with an Application Program. The results and conclusions research show that: (1) positive and significant there is the application of intrinsic discipline factors on people performance. (2) There is the application positive and significant for influence organizational many culture factors on employee attitude. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of competency implementation on employee performance. (4) There is a negative and insignificant effect of the application of intrinsic environmental factors on employee performance. (5) A positive result and significant when the application of intrinsic motivation factors on employee performance. (6) Motivation strengthens discipline towards employee performance. (7) Motivation strengthens organizational culture on the performance of human resources in Palembang water tourism. The findings from this research are that increasing or decreasing has no effect organizational culture performance on employee.

Abstract

This research, with practical implications, aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Jaya Masawan Putera Sejahtera (JM Group) Palembang. The objects of this research are PT Jaya Masawan Putera Sejahtera (JM Group) Palembang employees. The sampling technique used the cluster sampling method with 315 employees. The research method used is associative research using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers from 176 respondents. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. This research shows that compensation, work discipline, and motivation not only significantly influence the performance of PT Jaya Masawan Putera Sejahtera (JM Group) employees but also have a positive influence. Partial testing shows a positive and significant influence of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of PT Jaya Masawan Putera Sejahtera (JM Group) Palembang employees, providing practical insights for effective human resource management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of psychological factors, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bumi Andalas Permai. This type of research is associative. The variables researchers use are psychological factors, organizational culture, work motivation and performance. The sample in this research was employees of PT. Bumi Andalas Permai is located in the Simpang Heran River - Beyuku II River Forest Group, OKI Regency, South Sumatra Province, with 117 people selected using cluster sampling. The data used in this research is primary data collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this research show that (1) psychological factors, organizational culture, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) motivation has no significant effect on employee work motivation

Abstract

Purpose– This study aims to knowing analyzing the factors that influence employee performanceDesign/methodology– The type of research used in this study is associative research. The population of all permanent employees of the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) MBPRU Palembang Branch totaling 163 employees, obtained the number of samples using the Slovin formula, namely 70 employees with a 1% error rate. The sections include Property Appraisers, Marketing, Administration and Engineering & Administration.The data used are primary data and secondary data, Operational performance variables are measured by Quantity of Work Results, Quality of Work Results and Work Discipline, Competence is measured by Knowledge, Understanding and Ability (skill), Work discipline variables are measured Effective use of time, Complying with all organizational or company regulations and Work Targets and Organizational culture variables are measured by Innovation and success in taking risks, Attention to detail and results-oriented. Data collection used in this study were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using the SPSS program and data analysis techniques were carried out by instrument testing and multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.Findings - The results of the study together There is a significant influence of competence, discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) MBPRU Palembang Branch. There is a significant influence of competence on the performance of employees. There is a significant influence of discipline on the performance of employees. There is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees.
