Research showed determine the effect while product high quality and brand image by good customer loyalty through satisfy with Honda brand automatic motorcycles Palembang City. Condition this research have associative type. The variables used are product quality, good brand image, consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. A sample of 100 people was select to accidental sample. Data in reseach used is primary data and make a questionare data wich collectif method. Data when analysis technique is method modeling structural equation (SEM) with the Lisrel Program Application. The results in this research of indicate this study are: Product have quality and showed image brand have a value of positif and effect significant to customer satisfaction. Product quality and brand image have a positif and effect of significant on costumer loyalty. Satisfaction has customer no effect significant to customers make the loyalties. Meanwhile, consumer satisfaction strengthens the influence by high product make the quality have brand image costumer loyalty.

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adakah pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang? Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 orang dengan teknik cluster sampling. Data yang diperlukan adalah primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang, 2) ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang, 3) ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang, 4) ada pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap sebanyak 327 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 77 responden dengan teknik menggunakan Cluster sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner (Angket) dan Dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan ada pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk sebesar 75,2%.

Opportunities for businessmen to contribute to and promote the economy can be seen in the scale of market activity in the region. In addition to the structure of the local economy, we are not supported by the strength of the structure of small and medium enterprises. The concentration of the power of small and medium-sized enterprises in the regional economic structure seems inevitable. Hollow Middle is a medium-sized and large company that cannot receive support from SMEs due to the turbulence of domestic and foreign economic conditions. A region's competitive advantage is influenced not only by its marketing advantage but also by the human resources department (HR) and operational design of regional specialty development. From this, we can conclude that: First, internal factors adversely affect employee development and have a central impact on the market. Second, centralized marketplaces have a positive impact on employee development. Third, external factors have a positive impact on employee development and concentration markets. Fourth, the internal factors of employee training and centralized markets were not important. Fifth, employee training was also not important for centralized markets. Sixth, external factors to employee development and important centralized markets.

Employees in small and medium enterprises of kemplang crackers in the city of Palembang are only directed to be able to work from skills that have been held informally and passed down from generation to generation so that the employees' working abilities are still simple or traditional. As a superior product, some kemplang crackers in Palembang are only able to survive in the local market and nationally, although a small part has penetrated the international market. Development style human resources in kemplang cracker small and medium businesses in Palembang City aims to improve the knowledge and skills of employees of small and medium kemplang cracker businesses in Palembang City so that employees work better and produce kemplang crackers of even better quality. Example: Taiwanese kemplang crackers are superior in the international market compared to Palembang kemplang crackers because they contain less water and the process of eating them is simpler. expected Kemplang crackers in Palembang City will not be left behind with the unique characteristics of employees' ability to process and manage kemplang crackers better in terms of knowledge, skills, and emotional intelligence. The research methodology used internally and externally is empirical-descriptive which is adequately obtained from research informants in the field (field research), and the research design used is conclusive, especially descriptive with a purposive sampling method. The findings from this research are a model of human resource development in small and medium businesses of kemplang crackers in Palembang City. The continuation of this research is research on developing a human resource development model in small and medium businesses kemplang crackers in Palembang City.

The research with the aim was conducted determining the implementation of intrinsic factors of human resource performance in Palembang water tourism. Employee research with associative the type. The sample in this research was 200 Palembang water employee for tourism employees who were selected using the proportional random sampling method. Used in the data of research is primary data a questionnaire data with collection method. Also used is Structural analysis modeling equation (SEM) The technique data analysis with an Application Program. The results and conclusions research show that: (1) positive and significant there is the application of intrinsic discipline factors on people performance. (2) There is the application positive and significant for influence organizational many culture factors on employee attitude. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of competency implementation on employee performance. (4) There is a negative and insignificant effect of the application of intrinsic environmental factors on employee performance. (5) A positive result and significant when the application of intrinsic motivation factors on employee performance. (6) Motivation strengthens discipline towards employee performance. (7) Motivation strengthens organizational culture on the performance of human resources in Palembang water tourism. The findings from this research are that increasing or decreasing has no effect organizational culture performance on employee.

This type of research is Associative. The variables used by the researcher are leadership variables, work discipline, job satisfaction, and performance. The sample in this study was 108 South Sumatra Light Rail Management Office Employees selected by Cluster Random Sampling. The primary data used in this study was collected through a questionnaire. This study aims to examine: 1) The effect of personal factors on purchasing decisions among Blibli e-commerce users in Palembang; 2) The effect of social factors on purchasing decisions among Blibli e-commerce users in Palembang; 3) The effect of product quality on purchasing decisions among Blibli e-commerce users in Palembang; 4) The effect of personal factors on purchasing decisions moderated by product quality among Blibli e-commerce users in Palembang; 5) The effect of social factors on purchasing decisions moderated by product quality among Blibli e-commerce users in Palembang. This is a verificative study examining variables, including personal factors, social factors, product quality, and purchasing decisions. The sample consists of 349 Blibli e-commerce users aged 17 and above in Palembang, selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software. The results indicate that 1) Personal factors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Social factors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; 3) Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Personal factors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by product quality; 5) Social factors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions moderated by product quality. The coefficient of determination for personal factors, social factors, and product quality accounts for 73.6% of the variance in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 26.4% is attributed to other variables.
