Abstract

The high yield of domestic household waste is a significant problem for environmental hygiene, where waste management is still not a top priority to provide profit opportunities for the community and the government. Thus, to campaign for ecological hygiene solutions by applying information technology in the form of a Garbage Bank, which can help deal with domestic waste, especially plastic waste. The Waste bank application is built using the CodeIgniter framework, which has the concept of Model, View, Controller (MVC), which has functions such as a model for the database framework, views of the system view and controllers as actions for executing user commands. The system was also developed using the extreme programming method with the advantage of being fast in development, simple and object-oriented. The resulting system has conducted a feasibility test to conclude that it is following its function. This research resulted in a system of three parts: the admin section, which can manage data on partners, customers, pick-ups to withdraw funds and reports. The partner section manages customer data, waste, pick-up and reports, and the customer section registers, views the history of saving waste, withdraws funds, and views types of waste and partners entirely done online.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan bentuk hubungan antar manusia yang paling sakral dan utama. Sehingga setiap pasangan akan melakukan persiapan yang total untuk menghadapi pernikahan. Persiapan itu antara lain kelengkapan terselenggaranya sebuah pernikahan. Tentunya kemasan sebuah pernikahan akan dibuat harus sebaik mungkin. Saat ini dengan banyaknya pilihan dan keragaman jenis pilihan untuk menciptakan pernikahan sesuai dengan keingian dan kebutuhan calon pengantin. Sehingga dalam pengambilan keputusan calon pengantin mendapatkan informasi terkait kriteria yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari calon pengantin dan juga dapat menyesuaikan dengan biaya yang dimiliki oleh calon pengantin. Maka dari itu dibuatlah suatu Aplikasi Resepsi Pernikahan berbasis Web untuk membantu menentukan kebutuhan pernikahan agar para user bisa mendapatkan informasi mengenai hal yang dibutuhkan dalam Resepsi Pernikahan dan juga dapat memperkirakan kebutuhan resepsinya sesuai dengan budget (anggaran) yang dimiliki. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam perancangan Sistem ini ialah metode USDP (Unified Software Development Process) dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai tools utamanya. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menyajikan informasi mengenai jasa pernikahan, beserta paket yang dimiliki dan memberikan kemudahan untuk penyedia jasa dalam melakukan promosi paket pernikahan yang dimiliki, serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna dalam melakukan pemesanan paket pernikahan yang dibutuhkan tanpa harus mendatangi langsung lokasi penyedia jasa.

Abstract

UMKM Anibang merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, Adapun produk dalam UMKM tersebut diantaranya Olahan keripik pisang, Selai Pisang dan Olahan Bakpao, Pelatihan visualisasi branding bagi UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) Anibang di Kecamatan Jati Indah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dapat menjadi langkah yang sangat penting untuk membantu mereka membangun citra merek yang kuat dan menarik. Adapun materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan ini terdapat 8 pokok pembahasan yaitu (1) Konsep dasar branding,(2) Menentukan Identitas Merek (3)Desain Logo dan Identitas Visual, (4)Desain Materi Pemasaran (5)Penggunaan Media Sosial (6)Fotografi Produk (7)Pengenalan alat desain grafis (8)Strategi Pemasaran Visual. UMKM Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan praktikum langsung dan per kelompok usaha. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha UMKM di Anibang mampu memahami dan mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik serta menghasilkan luaran berupa visualisasi serta inovasi produk baru bagi UMKM

Abstract

Pemanfaat teknologi digital terkait administasri digital pada SMK di provinsi Lampung saat ini belum merata. Masih banyak beberapa SMK dikabupaten yang masih belum memanfaatkan aplikasi dalam proses administrasi yang berjalan saat ini. Masih banyak SMK yang memiliki permasalahan serupa diantaranya kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan data pembayaran serta administrasi proses belajar mengajar. Sehingga hal tersebut dapat menyulitkan pihak SMK terkait dalam perekapan data yang belum terdokumentasikan baik. Dalam penelitian ini tim peneliti merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Digital agar dapat memudahkan beberapa SMK yang belum memiliki sistem informasi dengan pengolahan data administrasi yang baik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode scrum yang mengutamakan kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna melalui proses dan tahapan seperti Products backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, sprint dan sprint review, adapun alat pengembangan sistem berupa UML dengan sistem yang dibangun berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP. Hasil penelitian ini tidak hanya mengelola data komite saja namun dalam sistem ini pengolahan data administrasi yaitu berupa sistem yang dapat digunakan oleh kepala sekolah, admin, guru serta murid Kepala sekolah dapat melihat data presensi dan administrasi komite. Bagian keuangan dapat mengelola data pembayaran komite dan laporan. Bagian guru dapat mengelola data presensi dan siswa dapat melihat data prestasi, informasi dan pembayaran komite.

Abstract

Cancer is a heterogeneous disease that can attack all parts of the body. Cancer is caused by the abnormal and uncontrolled growth of body cells, resulting in damage to body tissue and the potential to cause death. Cancer is a type of malignant tumor that attacks the body, one of which is the brain. Every year there are 300 brain tumor patients in Indonesia, both adults and children. Generally, doctors use two methods to diagnose these tumors, namely: biopsy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Although the use of biopsy is quite accurate in identifying brain tumors, the time required is relatively long, reaching 15 days. While using MRI is relatively fast, the resulting accuracy is low and depends on the experience of medical personnel. This research aims to develop a method for diagnosing brain tumors using MRI images to make it faster and more accurate. The method used in this research was a deep neural network with a convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture layer. This method was chosen because deep learning has the advantage of pattern recognition with a high level of accuracy and is directly proportional to the number of datasets. This study used a dataset of 300 MRI images with two-dimensional (2D) axial imaging. The metrics used as a basis for the performance of the deep neural network model are accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, precision, and dice similarity coefficient with the results of each metric, namely: 99.3%, 98.6%, 98%, 98%, 98.3%. The research results showed that a deep neural network can speed up the diagnosis of brain tumors with high accuracy within 0.2 seconds.Â

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a public sentiment analysis on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum through YouTube comment data using the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Naïve Bayes classification algorithms. The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational program launched by the Indonesian government in 2020 to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative, with stages including data collection, data preprocessing, and sentiment classification modeling using the K-NN and Naïve Bayes algorithms. The research results show that the K-NN algorithm performs better than the Naïve Bayes algorithm in classifying public sentiment towards the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The K-NN algorithm with the best k value of 11 achieved an accuracy of 79.70%, precision of 77.20%, recall of 79.70%, and an f1-score of 77.65%, with an AUC value of 0.91, indicating excellent classification performance. In contrast, the Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved an accuracy of 53.82%, precision of 72%, recall of 53.82%, an f1-score of 59%, and an AUC value of 0.75, which falls into the fair category.

Abstract

This research aims to design an enterprise architecture at SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung using the TOGAF ADM framework. This research involves several phases: Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Opportunities and Solutions. In the Preliminary phase, the objectives and benefits of architectural development are determined to meet the needs of the school, including the new student enrollment system and network structure. The Architecture Vision phase describes the organization's profile, vision and mission, as well as the current state of architecture. Business Architecture analyzes key business processes using the value chain, including student admission, teaching and learning activities, and student release. Information System Architecture develops data and application architectures to support business vision and architecture. The Opportunities and Solutions phase identifies opportunities for information technology development to improve school operational efficiency. The results show that the implementation of TOGAF ADM can provide systematic and comprehensive guidance in designing enterprise architecture that suits the needs of schools.

Abstract

Civil Servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara or ASN) play crucial roles as implementers of public policy, community service providers, and national unifiers. The government's primary focus is on enhancing the quality and efficiency of public services. In the Provincial Government of Lampung, planning for the enhancement of the competencies of Civil Servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara or ASN) has become a current priority activity. This emphasis is due to the absence of reference data for determining competency development for each ASN. The Assessment Center is one method for determining the competency level of Civil Servants (ASN). However, its implementation faces several challenges such as budget constraints, time limitations, and a shortage of assessors. Based on the results of the 2023 Merit System Index assessment by the Civil Service Commission (KASN), it was recommended that mapping and evaluating employee competency gaps can be carried out through the Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP). In its implementation, a self-assessment method using a questionnaire based on the competency dictionary from the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 38 of 2017 is used to address the constraints of the assessment center. The questionnaire is specifically targeted at technical civil servants (PNS) in the Lampung Provincial Government. The analysis of this questionnaire data produces a classification of civil servants based on the level of competency gaps (none, low, medium, high). In this study, the classification results are tested using one of the data mining classification techniques, namely the Naïve Bayes method. The objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in classifying the levels of competency gaps among civil servants. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the classification system for competency gap levels among civil servants in the Lampung Province Government can be modeled. The testing of the model, which implemented the Naïve Bayes classification method using RapidMiner tools on the research dataset, achieved an accuracy rate of 98.02%. The conclusion is that the Naïve Bayes algorithm performs well in classifying the competency gap levels among civil servants. With the achieved accuracy level, the resulting classifications can be utilized by the Lampung Provincial Government in planning the development needs of civil servant competencies

Abstract

Diagnosing a disease using technology is no longer commonplace, with the continuous development of advances in the world of health, it can utilize technology in making decisions, especially detecting liver disease. Basically, the technology used can really help doctors compared to conventional manual analysis techniques which have been used to diagnose patient diseases. According to WHO (Word Heart Organization) in 2013, there were 28 million patients with liver disease in Indonesia. From this data, liver disease is referred to as one of the 10 diseases with the highest death rate. It would be very good if doctors could detect liver disease more frequently. quickly so that the patient can be immediately treated by a doctor. From the problems above that underlies the authors to conduct research on the classification of liver disease. In this study the authors wanted to predict liver disease using the Random Forest Algorithm. In selecting the right features and classifiers, the most important thing is to increase accuracy and computation in predicting liver disease. The researcher wants to know whether the Random Forest algorithm has a high accuracy value so that it can be a basis for using the Random Forest algorithm in predicting liver disease. Researchers used the Liver Disease Patient Dataset, in this research stage several steps were carried out starting from conducting Data Analysis, Exploratory Data Analysis, Preprocessing, Algorithmic Modeling, and Visualization. From this research stage, it can be seen the results of predicting accuracy using the Random Forest Algorithm. From the results of research conducted with the Random Forest algorithm, predictions were obtained with an accuracy value of 0.713326 with an f1 score of 81%.

Abstract

Presiden melalui Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 59 Tahun 2019 tentang Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Ada tiga hal besar yang ditargetkan dalah satunya terkait Program Prioritas Nasional sesuai dengan kewenangan desa adalah yaitu pendataan desa, pemetaan sumberdaya dan pengembangan teknologi informasi komunikasi (TIK). Untuk itu, banyak Desa berrinovasi dengan menggunakan TIK dalam kegiatan pelayanan yang ada di Desa, salah satunya adalah layanan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Desa berbasis website. Saat ini, ada banyak sekali layanan Sistem Informasi Desa, baik yang diberikan secara gratis atau dikelola secara professional oleh perusahaan tertentu. Dan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Desa ini, menjadikan salah satu indikasi Desa masuk kedalam katogori maju atau tidak. Desa Margo Mulyo adalah salah satu Desa yang menggunakan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID )dengan platform OpenSID yaitu layanan SID yang memiliki lisensi terbatas tetapi dapat dikembangkan oleh pengguna / Opensources. Namun beberapa kendala dihadapi oleh Desa pengguna layanan SID ini karena beberapa factor, diantaranya kemampuan dalam penggunaan teknologi, belum siapnya sarana dan prasarana, masalah jaringan, dan lain sebagainya. Untuk itu penulis melakukan penelitian Analisis Sentimen Opini Masyarakat Terhadap Penerapan Pelayanan Digital Di Desa Margo Mulyo Menggunakan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dengan menggunakan kuisioner Google Form. Hasil analisis menggunakan Algoritma KNN menunjukkan memperoleh akurasi sebanyak 0.743333 masyarakat desa Margo Mulyo menyatakan opini mereka dengan data diperoleh data negatif 759, positif 498, dan netral 240. persentase sentimen positif: 33.27%, persentase sentimen negatif: 50.7%, persentase sentimen netral: 16.03%.
