Abstract

Civil Servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara or ASN) play crucial roles as implementers of public policy, community service providers, and national unifiers. The government's primary focus is on enhancing the quality and efficiency of public services. In the Provincial Government of Lampung, planning for the enhancement of the competencies of Civil Servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara or ASN) has become a current priority activity. This emphasis is due to the absence of reference data for determining competency development for each ASN. The Assessment Center is one method for determining the competency level of Civil Servants (ASN). However, its implementation faces several challenges such as budget constraints, time limitations, and a shortage of assessors. Based on the results of the 2023 Merit System Index assessment by the Civil Service Commission (KASN), it was recommended that mapping and evaluating employee competency gaps can be carried out through the Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP). In its implementation, a self-assessment method using a questionnaire based on the competency dictionary from the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 38 of 2017 is used to address the constraints of the assessment center. The questionnaire is specifically targeted at technical civil servants (PNS) in the Lampung Provincial Government. The analysis of this questionnaire data produces a classification of civil servants based on the level of competency gaps (none, low, medium, high). In this study, the classification results are tested using one of the data mining classification techniques, namely the Naïve Bayes method. The objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in classifying the levels of competency gaps among civil servants. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the classification system for competency gap levels among civil servants in the Lampung Province Government can be modeled. The testing of the model, which implemented the Naïve Bayes classification method using RapidMiner tools on the research dataset, achieved an accuracy rate of 98.02%. The conclusion is that the Naïve Bayes algorithm performs well in classifying the competency gap levels among civil servants. With the achieved accuracy level, the resulting classifications can be utilized by the Lampung Provincial Government in planning the development needs of civil servant competencies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the key factors, effectiveness of mechanisms, and challenges and opportunities for improving performance measurement of SDGs target achievement in the RPJMD of Bandar Lampung City in 2021-2026. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analytical research design with SWOT Analysis. Primary data was obtained through interviews with BAPPERIDA Stakeholders of Bandar Lampung City, while secondary data was obtained through literature reviews from journals, books, and other sources that are in line with this study. The results of the study are Analysis shows that the success of Bandar Lampung City in achieving SDGs is highly dependent on data quality, institutional capacity, community participation, and a comprehensive measurement system. However, the city still faces a few challenges such as waste management, pollution, natural disasters, and slums. To overcome these challenges, more integrated and sustainable efforts are needed.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi imperatif dalam pengembangan bisnis, terutama pada usaha penyewaan peralatan seperti sound system. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi website untuk mengatasi tantangan signifikan dalam manajemen sound system pada Cahaya Audio. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan sistematis yang mencakup lima tahap kritis: analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi teknologi, pengujian komprehensif, dan pemeliharaan berkelanjutan. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi PHP Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript untuk membangun sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil menyelesaikan permasalahan kompleks dalam pencatatan, pemesanan, dan pengelolaan inventaris sound system. Kontribusi utama penelitian adalah tersedianya solusi digital yang meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas aksesibilitas layanan, dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Sistem mampu mengatasi kendala double booking, menyediakan manajemen inventaris real-time, dan memberikan antarmuka yang ramah pengguna bagi pelanggan dan administrator Cahaya Audio.

Abstract

The procurement of raw materials is a crucial aspect for companies producing goods, as it significantly impacts the continuity of business operations. However, challenges often arise in ensuring the availability of raw materials that are timely, of good quality, and in the right quantities, as experienced by the OEN Coffee Processing Business. This study aims to analyze the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in the “OEN Kopi” Coffee Processing Business in Banda Aceh City. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and observations. The results show that the application of the EOQ method to the inventory of coffee beans, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and UHT milk brought significant changes. Both ordering and storage costs decreased drastically, resulting in a much lower total inventory cost after implementing EOQ. The savings achieved reached 98.3% for coffee beans, 98.4% for sugar, 98.1% for sweetened condensed milk, and 98.6% for UHT milk. This efficiency allows the company to allocate resources more effectively and increase profits. Thus, the EOQ method not only optimizes inventory management but also contributes to improved business profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to elaborate on the integrated marketing communication strategy developed by Ketakasi Fruit Multipurpose Cooperative to maximize the potential of its superior product, coffee plantations. The research method used is qualitative descriptive to obtain as much data as possible using data collection techniques through in-depth interview and literature reviews. The result is that there are several strategies which are elaborated through four integrated marketing communication points, which is direct marketing by online, sales promotion, personal selling, and word of mouth. There are four points of integrated marketing communication strategy that emerge through, (1) introducing products online, (2) displaying processed products at production center location, (3) explaining product details to potential buyers at the location, (4) participating in exhibition activities, and (5) strenghen branding. These strategies make Ketakasi Fruit Multipurpose Cooperative able to empower the community and develop coffee products so that they can improve the welfare of the Sidomulyo community in general.

Abstract

Komunikasi persuasif melalui media internet banyak menjadi pilihan masyarakat dan lembaga sebagai sarana menawarkan produk, jasa, dan program, sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember (Unmuh Jember). Sebagai lembaga perguruan tinggi swasta, Unmuh Jember berkepentingan untuk menyosialisasikan dan memromosikan program pendidikannya kepada masyarakat, khususnya lulusan sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Hal tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan simpati calon mahasiswa yang diharapkan akan memilih Unmuh Jember sebagai kampus pilihannya. Dalam rangka muwujudkan harapan tersebut, Unmuh Jember memanfaatkan media online , seperti instagram dengan konten yang bersifat promotif. Dari fenomena tersebut maka penelitian ini mencoba melihat bagaimana pendekatan strategis perihal tindakan persuasif yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga kampus Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menghadirkan media sosial sebagai salah satu strategi utama dalam pemasaran modern, khususnya bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pemasaran di media sosial serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur yang mencakup jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan data sekunder terkait praktik pemasaran digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran seperti content marketing, influencer marketing, interactive marketing, targeted advertising, serta pemanfaatan data analytics memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan brand awareness, keterlibatan konsumen, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Media sosial juga memungkinkan interaksi dua arah sehingga perusahaan dapat memahami preferensi konsumen secara lebih mendalam. Namun, tantangan muncul dalam bentuk persaingan ketat, perubahan algoritma platform, serta kebutuhan inovasi konten yang berkelanjutan. Dengan penerapan strategi multi-channel yang terintegrasi, media sosial dapat menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial intelligence (AI) atau kecerdasan buatan telah menghadirkan peluang baru dalam transformasi sistem pendidikan, termasuk pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Namun, sebagian besar guru masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas guru dalam menerapkan AI sebagai inovasi pembelajaran yang adaptif dan kontekstual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 3 Meulaboh dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan diskusi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital guru, baik pada aspek pemahaman konsep maupun kemampuan mengoperasikan aplikasi berbasis AI seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, dan Wordwall dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif untuk membangun jejaring belajar antarguru sebagai upaya berkelanjutan dalam penerapan teknologi digital di lingkungan sekolah. Melalui kegiatan ini, universitas berperan aktif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan dasar serta mendukung terwujudnya ekosistem pembelajaran yang inovatif dan inklusif di era digital.
