Abstract

IIB Darmajaya Student Unit has a coaching program for students. . In the coaching program, students are given an understanding of how the world of Higher Education is true, as well as self-development through interactive and communicative learning simulations. The training program must be implemented for new students. In the activity there is a coaching class, new students will be accompanied by a mentor. This coaching program has a study weight equivalent to 2 credits that must be followed by new students. Mentors themselves are students selected by the Student Affairs Section based on personal abilities that have gone through several stages of the selection process, both the selection of file administration completeness, hardskill and softskill as well as micro teaching and interview stages. The role of mentors is to provide coaching, learning, and be responsible for work programs to early semester students for one semester. The duties and responsibilities of the mentors start from the new student administration process to the learning and assessment process of coaching program activities. Where the management of class administration and evaluation of activities are still carried out in a less efficient way and do not have an information system. This problem can be solved by using agile development system development methods with the Scrum model. Software or system development using the Scrum model has advantages in producing a system that suits the user's wishes. This website-based administrative and value processing information system can process classroom administration, search, update, store, recap student grades, and value reports that can be accessed easily and efficiently through the website.

Abstract

Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya (IIB Darmajaya) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang terbaik di LLDIKTI wilayah II. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh IIB Darmajaya terkait pembelajaran daring yaitu dari sisi praktikum. Dimana dalam proses pembelajaran IIB Darmajaya telah menerapkan model pembelajaran Hybrid yaitu mahasiswa bisa mengikuti perkuliahan dengan maksimal kuota berjumlah 20 peserta di dalam kelas. Bagi mahasiswa yang mendaptkan jadwal perkuliahan online pihak IIB Darmajaya menyediakan fasilitas via zoom ataupun google classroom. Namun masih terdapat kendala untuk kegiatan perkuliahan dikelas praktikum. Untuk matakuliah praktikum banyak mahasiswa yang bermasalah dengan Proses perkuliahan yang ada, dikarnakan media pembelajaran yang ada saat ini untuk kelas praktikum saat ini masih belum maksimal, dikarnakan belum adanya media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran interaktif di kelas praktikum. Adapun model aplikasi dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi model aplikasi pada website W3 Schools untuk sql tutorial yang beralamat di https://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp. Dalam penelitian ini tim peneliti melakukan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital untuk kelas praktikum dengan projek awal yaitu matakuliah database, dimana matakuliah database sendiri merupakan matakuliah wajib bagi seluruh mahasiswa di fakultas ilmu computer. Adapun metode dalam pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan metode scrum. Media pembelajaran ini dirancang sesuai dengan kurikulum serta silabus matakuliah Basis Data di IIB Darmajaya. Dosen serta mahasiswa dapat langsung berinteksi dengan media tersebut pada saat perkuliahan online maupun offline di dalam laboratorium.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pendaftar, perguruan tinggi harus mengimplementasikan strategi promosi yang efisien dan terarah. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk merancang strategi promosi yang efektif adalah K-Means Clustering. Teknik ini berfungsi untuk mengelompokkan calon mahasiswa berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. Dengan cara ini, perguruan tinggi dapat menyesuaikan strategi promosi mereka sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode K-Means Clustering dalam merancang strategi promosi dengan memanfaatkan data penerimaan mahasiswa baru dari empat tahun terakhir, menggunakan alat bantu seperti Excel, Rapidminer, dan Tableau. Data dianalisis dengan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan calon mahasiswa baru. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode ini dapat membagi calon mahasiswa menjadi tiga kategori: kategori berprestasi tinggi, kategori aktif dalam organisasi, dan kategori dari latar belakang ekonomi menengah ke atas. Berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan ini, strategi promosi yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik masing-masing kelompok dapat dirumuskan. Penggunaan K-Means Clustering dalam merancang strategi promosi berdasarkan data penerimaan mahasiswa baru berpotensi membantu perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan jumlah pendaftar dan mencapai target penerimaan mereka.

Abstract

Abstract. Cervical cancer impacts the female reproductive organs and stands as the second most common cancer among women worldwide. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that annually, approximately 500,000 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer, and about 300,000 die from it. Many of these deaths result from insufficient early detection and preventive measures. There are four primary screening techniques for detecting cervical cancer cells: Hinselmann, Schiller, Cytology, and Biopsy. In this study, patient health history data is analyzed using the KNN algorithm, which is further optimized with Adaboost and PSO techniques. These optimization strategies are evaluated to identify the most precise model for detecting patterns in cervical cancer patients and predicting their screening outcomes. This study employs the RapidMiner tool. Findings reveal that the KNN algorithm effectively performs multilabel classification, and when optimized with PSO, there is a slight improvement in accuracy.Purpose: The aim of this research is to assess the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm in multilabel classification of cervical cancer and to optimize it using Adaboost and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) techniques. This research is significant as it offers a potentially more accurate diagnostic method for detecting cervical cancer using medical records.Methods/Study design/approach: The Cervical Cancer Risk Classification dataset from Kaggle was used in this study. Data preprocessing was conducted before applying the KNN algorithm. The KNN algorithm's performance was evaluated using a 10-fold cross-validation method, and results were measured using the Confusion Matrix. Additionally, the KNN algorithm was optimized using Adaboost and PSO to assess improvements in accuracy.Result/Findings: Experimental results indicated that the KNN algorithm achieved optimal accuracy with k=5, reaching 95.81%, 91.26%, 94.64%, and 93.01% for Hinselmann, Schiller, Cytology, and Biopsy targets, respectively. Adaboost did not significantly improve accuracy, while PSO slightly enhanced the Hinselmann target accuracy from 95.81% to 95.92%. The average training time for this experiment was around two minutes. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the KNN algorithm in conducting multilabel classification for cervical cancer diagnosis.Novelty/Originality/Value: This research demonstrates that optimizing the KNN algorithm with PSO can enhance accuracy, though not significantly. This suggests potential for further development to improve cervical cancer diagnostic accuracy. Testing the model with the latest data and optimizing parameters may lead to better models and useful tools for early cervical cancer diagnosis.

Abstract

This study aims to compile an Information Technology (IT) Master Plan for SMK Ma'arif 1 Metro using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method. This method is applied to design a structured and integrated information technology infrastructure to support operations and learning in schools. The results of the study indicate that the main business processes in schools, such as student registration, curriculum management, and financial administration, are still carried out manually, making them prone to errors and inefficiencies. Through TOGAF, an information system architecture is designed that includes the development of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) and other school management applications. In addition, improving network infrastructure and cybersecurity are priorities in the proposed technology architecture. Implementation strategies and change management are also formulated to ensure the success of the digital transformation. This IT Master Plan is expected to improve the efficiency of school operations and the quality of learning, as well as support the achievement of more optimal educational goals in the digital era.

Abstract

The Zachman Framework is one of the methods that can be used to design systems in a structured and comprehensive manner. This study aims to apply the Zachman Framework to design the academic system at SMA Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung, resulting in a blueprint that serves as a guide for system development. The research method involves mapping each perspective in the Zachman Framework, namely Planner (scope), Owner (business model), Designer (system model), and Builder (technology implementation). The findings indicate that the Zachman Framework ensures that all essential aspects of the system are considered, resulting in a structured enterprise architecture design that is efficient and meets stakeholder needs. Furthermore, this framework has proven effective in integrating data and synergizing business functions in the academic section, supporting optimal operations. The implications of this study suggest that the Zachman Framework can serve as an alternative solution for designing and developing an organized, directed, and easily implementable academic system, thus improving the efficiency of business processes in educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Digital di sektor kesehatan Kabupaten Way Kanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yang mencakup empat dimensi utama: Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), dan Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU). Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan 180 responden melalui survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap kegunaan (PU) mencapai 67,04%, kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU) sebesar 78,52%, sikap terhadap penggunaan (ATU) sebesar 67,59%, dan niat untuk menggunakan (BITU) sebesar 79,17%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan penerimaan yang positif terhadap teknologi, meskipun masih terdapat peluang untuk meningkatkan fitur dan antarmuka aplikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat penerimaan teknologi QRIS di kalangan Generasi Z  Provinsi Lampung menggunakan pendekatan TAM. Meskipun QRIS  diterima secara luas, adopsinya masih terbatas di kalangan generasi muda di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan QRIS di kalangan Gen Z, yang berpotensi besar mendukung adopsi teknologi pembayaran digital. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden Gen Z berusia 12–27 tahun di Provinsi Lampung. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antar variabel TAM. Hasil interprestasi menunjukkan tingkat persentase  penerimaan QRIS yang sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 91,79%. Namun pada hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel ATU terhadap AU, serta BIU terhadap AU, memiliki nilai yang lebih rendah dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Hal ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan literasi digital dan promosi yang lebih luas untuk memperkuat keyakinan Gen Z dalam menggunakan QRIS secara konsisten. Dengan demikian, sikap positif terhadap QRIS (ATU) dan niat untuk menggunakannya (BIU) dapat lebih efektif mendorong penggunaan aktual teknologi QRIS dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa QRIS diterima dengan baik oleh Gen Z di Lampung, dan model TAM efektif menjelaskan penerimaan teknologi pembayaran digital.

With the sales information system of Indoor and Outdoor ornamental plants-based online is expected to facilitate the customers, business processes that occur in the company's units, unit – units that exist within the system a functioning production units as the unit working on/produce ornamental plants. With the utilization of the system marketing media, promoting, finding new customers, the sales process, recapitulation payment of ornamental plants, control the conditions of stock products, development and delivery of products to customers including convincing the product gets to the customer
