Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mendeskripsikan peningkatan interaksi belajar dalam mata pelajaran IPS pada saat penerapan pembelajaran model connected pada siswa kelas III SD No I Kampung Bugis tahun pelajaran 2014/2015, (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran IPS pada saat penerapan pembelajaran model connected pada siswa kelas III SD No I Kampung Bugis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi, serta melakukan refleksi pada akhir siklus. Penelian ini dapat dimanfaatkan siswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa belajar berinteraksi dengan teman, guru di sekolah, serta seluruh warga di sekolah dalam pembelajaran IPS.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD No I Kampung Bugis tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Objek penelitian ini adalah interaksi dan hasil belajar IPS. Data mengenai interaksi belajar yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskritif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan interaksi belajar siswa pada siklus I 51,2 % menjadi 74,2% pada siklus II dan hasil belajar IPS siswa siklus I sebesar 54,6% menjadi 80,67% pada siklus II.Berdasarkan hasil presentasi itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran model connected dapat meningkatkan interaksi dan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa Kelas III SD No I Kampung Bugis.Kata Kunci : model connected, interaksi belajar IPS, hasil belajar IPS. This research aimed at: (1) describing the improvement of study interaction for social science subjec when connected model learning was implemented to the third grade students of elementary school No. I Kampung Bugis in academic year 2014/2015, (2) describing the improvement of students achievement in social science subject when was implemented of connected model learning in the third grade students of elementary school No.I Kampung Bugis.The reserch was classroom action based research which was conducted on two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning action, action, observation/evaluation and reflection at the end of cycle. This research can give benefits for the students to obtain more meaningful study experience and give chance to interact with friends, teaches at school and all the school participants for social science subject. The subjects of this research were the third grade students of elementary school No. I Kampung Bugis in academic year of 2014/2015. Mean while the objects of this research were interaction and study result of social science subject. Moreover, the data of study result collected was analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. The result of the research showed the improvement of students study interaction from sufficient to be active and the social science study resultfrom 54,6% becomes 80,67%. Based on percentage above, it can be the concluded that the implementation of connected model learning can improve interaction and social science result of the third grade students elementary school No. I Kampung Bugis.keyword : connected model, social science study interaction, social study result.

Abstract

Storage period is one of the factors which affect the physical and chemical quality of the stored material. This study aimed to determine the effect of storage period on the chemical quality of livestock concentrate biscuits con- taining Indigofera and sengon. Four periods of storage period were arranged in a completely randomized design which was repeated 5 times. The storage period consisted of 0, 7, 14 and 21 days. The chemical qualities observed in- cluded moisture and ash content, crude protein and crude fiber. The results showed that storage period significantly reduced the moisture content of concentrate biscuit, while the ash content, crude protein and crude fiber were not affected by storage period. It was concluded that the concentrate biscuits containing Indigofera and sengon could be stored for up to 21 days with good chemical quality.

Abstract

This study reviews the impact of bullying and mental hygiene of students at Islamic boarding schools in Jember which often occurs in the world of non-formal education such as Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to describe how bullying occurs and the impact experienced because of bullying and how to prevent bullying behavior. This type of research is qualitative research, while the research instruments are observation, interview guides, and researchers key instruments. The data source for this research is the results of interviews with school principals, ustadz and ustadzah, and administrators of Islamic boarding schools. The result is to provide an understanding of the negative impact of bullying behavior on the mental hygiene of students or students both at school and in Islamic boarding schools. To minimize bullying behavior in the future.

Abstract

After learning Indonesian sentences, it can be concluded that students are less focused on learning. When the researcher explained the material, some students were not interested in listening to the explanation. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Cooperative Learning learning model using video media to increase learning motivation. This Class Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles. Based on The test results obtained at the end of each cycle, shows that there is a significant increase in Indonesian learning outcomes. Starting from the pre-cycle, initially 22.22% achieved completeness or above the KKM, then in cycle, I there was an increase of 66.67%, and in cycle II there was an increase of 88.89% in fulfilling the KKM. So it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning models with video media can increase student motivation.

Abstract

Background: Preeclampsia is one of the causes of death in pregnant women. Preeclampsia can cause complications in mothers such as eclampsia (accompanied by seizures), placental abruption, subcapsular hemorrhage, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), HELLP syndrome (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count), retinal detachment, heart failure, shock, and even death. Preeclampsia can also cause intrauterine fetal growth disturbances, affecting birth weight. There are several efforts to lower high blood pressure in pregnant women, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of warm water therapy on blood pressure reduction in pregnant women with preeclampsia. Method: The type of research used in this study is Quantitative, employing a Pre-Experimental Research design with a one group pretest and posttest design. This design uses only one group of subjects or an intervention group. The sample used consisted of 16 respondents diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Bivariate test using the Paired Sample T-test, Result: the statistical test shows a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that warm water therapy is effective in lowering the blood pressure of pregnant women with preeclampsia. It is hoped that this research can add information about the effectiveness of warm water therapy in lowering blood pressure in pregnant women with preeclampsia.
