Abstract

Inside the equipment there are many electronic components such as resistors, transistors, capacitors and so on. When used in the production of electronic equipment, PCBs are very influential in the manufacture of these electronic devices, for example, when there are only a few broken or damaged PCB paths, the electronic device cannot be operated properly. So it is very important in the PCB Quality Check process to check whether there is damage to the PCB or not. Usually in PCB inspection only direct checking is used in the conventional way. Therefore, in this study, the author tries to create and analyze a PCB flaw checking tool with the help of a camera that has a high revolution to replace human vision to make it easier and save costs. The application of this PCB checking tool uses a technology called a laptop and a camera. With these two technologies, Image Processing can be used to detect objects using the OpenCv and Tensorflow libraries. Abstract

Based on Law No. 20 of 2003, Article 1, regarding the national education system, it is stated that education should be conducted democratically, fairly, and without discrimination, while upholding human rights, religious values, cultural values, and the diversity of the nation. Additionally, Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2022 concerning the Revitalization of Vocational Education and Vocational Training is also relevant.In light of these two regulations, there is a need for information about higher education institutions that can meet the criteria outlined in these regulations. Furthermore, there is a need for information about higher education institutions that are easily accessible, have relatively affordable tuition fees, offer relatively short education durations to facilitate quick graduation, and prepare students for the workforce by equipping them with practical skills during their education at PPI Curug, a vocational higher education institution. The proposed solution is to provide students of SMAN 3 with an understanding of the importance of acquiring competencies and skills to be job-ready through the dissemination of knowledge during socialization sessions. This will help students realize the value of applying the knowledge they gain at PPI Curug in their future careers. This Community Engagement Program (PKM) aims to introduce the Diploma III Program in Aeronautical Information Services, whose graduates will work in the field of aviation, providing flight information in the form of self-briefings, Notice To Airmen (NOTAM), Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP), and aeronautical charts/maps. It is hoped that through this explanation, PKM participants will be motivated and develop an interest in continuing their education at PPI Curug, especially in the Diploma III Program in Aeronautical Information Services. The activities have progressed smoothly, and there is a high level of interest among students from SMAN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang, as evidenced by the numerous questions raised during the sessions.

Abstract

Flight safety is a crucial aspect of the aviation industry, heavily reliant on optimal runway conditions for successful takeoffs and landings. Foreign Object Debris (FOD) such as stones and potholes on the runway pose significant threats, necessitating preventive measures to avoid operational failures and aircraft damage. This research focuses on designing an image processing application for drone usage to enhance runway inspections. The Research and Development (R&D) method is employed from application design to field testing. Image processing utilizes the You Only Look Once (YOLO) method for swift and accurate FOD detection, maximizing drone effectiveness in identifying risks. Findings indicate that object size and image capture distance significantly affect detection performance. This analysis provides a basis for model optimization through improved data augmentation techniques and parameter adjustments to address challenges in detecting objects of various sizes.

Abstract

Peralatan Communication, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS) merupakan elemen penting dalam sistem navigasi penerbangan yang harus selalu beroperasi dengan optimal untuk mendukung keselamatan dan kelancaran lalu lintas udara. Di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Kendari, pencatatan pemeliharaan peralatan CNS masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan logbook fisik. Metode ini memiliki sejumlah kendala, seperti keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan dokumen, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian data historis dan pelaporan untuk audit. Selain itu, sistem manual ini kurang efisien dalam mendukung koordinasi antara teknisi dan pihak manajemen dalam pemeliharaan dan pemantauan kondisi peralatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem Digital Logbook berbasis web yang dapat mengoptimalkan pencatatan dan pemantauan pemeliharaan peralatan CNS di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Kendari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Digital logbook yang dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan database terstruktur yang memungkinkan pencatatan, penyimpanan, dan akses data secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem digital logbook yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan pemeliharaan, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, serta mempercepat proses pencarian data dan pelaporan. Sistem ini juga mendukung transparansi dan akurasi dalam pencatatan riwayat pemeliharaan, sehingga mempermudah teknisi dan manajemen dalam melakukan pemantauan kondisi peralatan serta persiapan audit. Dengan adanya digital logbook, diharapkan pengelolaan pemeliharaan peralatan CNS menjadi lebih sistematis, terorganisir, dan mudah diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja.

Abstract

Automatic Dependant Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) yang merupakan teknologi surveillance berbasis Global Positioning System (GPS) dan satelit diaplikasikan ke pesawat terbang untuk mengetahui informasi berupa identitas, posisi, ketinggian, kecepatan, serta kondisi pesawat seperti status penerbangan dan lain-lain. RTL-SDR V3 adalah Software Defined Radio yang mengaplikasikan hardware radio seperti modulator, demodulator dan tunner di dalam suatu software receiver dimana RTL-SDR V3 dapat digunakan untuk menerima dan memproses sinyal yang dipancarkan transponder pesawat. Salah satu permasalahan saat ini adalah tidak semua area penerbangan tercover ADS-B karena terbatasnya peralatan ADS-B yang dimiliki oleh beberapa bandara. Penelitian ini mengusulkan ADS-B receiver RTL-SDR V3 untuk menerima data ADS-B yang dipancarkan pesawat dengan frekuensi 1090 MHz. Proses penerimaan informasi dengan menerjemahkan data berupa format data Asterix Cat 21 sebagai komunikasi antara pesawat dengan stasiun ADS-B di darat. Sehingga menjadikan proses monitoring pesawat oleh pemandu pesawat dapat lebih efektif dan optimal. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi komparasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode adalah metode komparatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan teknik membandingkan suatu objek dengan objek lain.

Abstract

Human resource development through technology mastery is an innovative strategy to support the creation of sustainable transportation. This Community Service (PkM) activity carries the theme ‘Proteus Software Training for IAEETA Members: Innovative Strategies for Human Resource Development for Sustainable Transportation’. The main problem faced by partners is their limited mastery of Proteus software, particularly in terms of installation, initial configuration, use of the Virtual Oscilloscope, and integration with Arduino IDE, which is highly relevant in the fields of air navigation and aviation electrical systems. The implementation methods included module development, interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and project-based learning. The training results showed an increase in participants' competence from moderate to good, as reflected in their success in completing simple projects such as flashing LED simulations and signal analysis using virtual measuring instruments. A satisfaction survey also showed that the majority of participants gave a score of 4–5 in terms of material, instructors, learning methods, and facilities. This activity produced outputs in the form of training modules (printed and digital), simulation products, PkM reports, and publication articles. Thus, this training not only improved the technical skills of the participants but also strengthened the contribution of academics in supporting innovation and sustainability in transportation through the development of human resources based on simulation technology.

Abstract

Abstract: Promotion is an activity carried out to convey, disseminate, and offer products, so that potential consumers are interested in buying. In the implementation of the promotion, CV. Pentaland Jaya abadi uses website media and brochures that still contain 2-dimensional images and information about housing so that potential consumers are less interested because consumers cannot see the exterior and interior shapes directly. Potential consumers usually get brochures through project locations that are still under construction, after that contact the marketing department. One way to solve this problem can be to use augmented reality technology with the appropriate development method is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which includes Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution so that this research can produce an android-based augmented reality application that can display 3 dimensional virtual shapes from 3 housing estates including calista haus, grand ayahanda residence and calista homey. From each housing produces 3 dimensional objects on the exterior and interior so that it can provide interest in buying house objects and in addition to that it also helps in the marketing department in promoting housing objects without the need to show many miniatures that require time and also large places. Keywords: Wind Power Plant, Internet of Things, Blynk, ESP32, Charging Module. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan prototipe PLTB turbin vertikal tipe Savonius–Darrieus yang dilengkapi modul charger dan sistem monitoring berbasis Internet of Things untuk mendukung pembelajaran energi terbarukan. Sistem ini menggunakan generator DC 12–24 V, baterai lithium 12 V, serta mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terhubung dengan sensor INA219, sensor tegangan, dan sensor RPM berbasis IR. Data hasil pengukuran ditampilkan melalui LCD dan dikirim secara real-time ke platform Blynk melalui koneksi Wi-Fi. Pengujian menunjukkan prototipe mampu menghasilkan tegangan tanpa beban 24 V dan berbeban 12 V, dengan arus maksimum 1,3 mA serta daya listrik 4,0 mW, sementara daya angin teoritis mencapai 9,68 W. Koefisien daya tertinggi tercatat 0,00041 dengan efisiensi konversi 0,041%. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi turbin angin vertikal hybrid, modul charger, dan IoT dapat diterapkan secara efektif meskipun kapasitas daya masih rendah dan memerlukan perbaikan desain untuk peningkatan performa. Kata kunci: PLTB, Internet of Things, Blynk, ESP32, Modul Charger.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan di SMKS Prima Bakti dalam meningkatkan fasilitas praktek melalui pendampingan pembuatan Trainer Kit dan modul praktek di jurusan Elektronika Industri sebagai dasar peningkatan keterampilan dan kompetensi siswa yang sesuai dengan tuntutan teknologi di era Industri 4.0. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini yaitu Design Research Methodology (DRM) yang terdiri dari klarifikasi PKM, studi deskriptif I, studi preskriptif, studi deskriptif II, berlangsung selama 6 Bulan dimulai dengan perancangan hingga tahap pelaporan. Pada akhir kegiatan, dilakukan uji coba Trainer Kit oleh siswa SMK dan serah terima barang kepada pihak SMK Prima Bakti. Selain itu, para peserta uji juga diberikan kuesioner dan diperoleh umpan balik positif dari para peserta uji coba. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta merasa puas dengan keberadaan 3 Set Trainer Kit dan 3 Set Modul Praktek Rangkaian Digital. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas SDM dan pendidikan serta akreditasi SMKS Prima Bakti.
