Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine the foundations for cultivating a love of reading as material for the preparation of regional regulations. This study uses a legal research methodology with the approaches used in this research, namely the statutory approach, the case approach, and the conceptual approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, document study and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the basis for the formation of regional regulations is based on philosophical, sociological and juridical studies.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture, customs, religion, and habits that grow, develop, and be preserved in the lives of our people. Through the preservation process, it is not only built in the community but also occurs in educational practice, both formal and non-formal education. This phenomenon certainly raises several questions, the first is what is the form of education based on local wisdom? And second, how is the government's policy in an effort to accommodate education based on local wisdom? This study uses a literature study whose findings come from research results and other library materials and then analyzed using qualitative analysis. So it was found that education based on local wisdom is education that comes from human potential, religious potential, cultural potential, and natural potential which are indirectly and unplanned actualized in the form of education in schools. In this education accommodation, through government policies, namely through the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System.

Abstract

Pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam mewujudkan demokrasi lokal. Agar pelaksanaannya berjalan jujur, adil, dan bebas dari kecurangan, peran pengawasan menjadi sangat krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengawasan Pilkada oleh Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Sumbawa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan komisioner Bawaslu, panwaslu kecamatan, serta masyarakat pemilih, dan dianalisis dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Bawaslu Sumbawa telah menjalankan fungsi pengawasan secara aktif, namun masih dihadapkan pada kendala seperti keterbatasan SDM, anggaran, serta resistensi dari peserta pemilu. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan, diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan, sinergi antar-stakeholder, serta peningkatan literasi pemilu di masyarakat.
