Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to discover how variations in learning methods are implemented by Professor Kak Seto Homeschooling Pekanbaru and Knowing the general state of social situations in Kak Seto Homeschooling. This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research topics in this study were 3 people data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using triangulation. The results of the research method used by the question-and-answer conference in accordance with the material taught to the residents of the learning. Tutors use a variety of learning methods to simplify the teaching and learning process so that citizens do not get bored. The Kak Seto Homeschooling learning method is to use a more thematic, active, creative and fun approach and independent learning with a focus on life skills and problem-solving skills. For this reason, the learning process at Kak Seto Homeschooling is fun and not focused on academics.KeyWords:Variations in learning methods, learning methods

Abstract

Abstrack: The formulation of the problem in this study is who are the people involved in managing the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? how is the transformational leadership pattern in managing the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? what is the reason for practicing transformational leadership in the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? where are the places of implementation of the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? at what time is used in the tahfidz Alquran program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District? This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data display (data display); and conclusion drawing (conclusion drawing / verifying). This study consists of one variable, namely 4 indicators and 5 sub-indicators, 1) The ideal influence, consisting of sub-indicators showing exemplary, 2) Inspirational motivation, consisting of sub-indicators motivating and appreciating followers, 3) Intellectual stimulation, consisting of sub-indicators have ideas that inspire followers, 4) Individual considerations, consisting of sub-indicators treating followers with respect, and supporting employees' desire to progress and develop. The informants of this study were 3 people consisting of 1 core informant, 1 control informant, and 1 observer informant. The subject of this study was the chairman of the PKBM Harapan Bangsa Kampar District. The results showed that transformational leadership in the management of the Alquran tahfidz program had been implemented by the head of PKBM in accordance with research indicators.Key Words: Transformational Leadership, Management, And The Alquran Tahfidz Program

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the expectations of transgender studentbehavior in the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP), Riau University. Theformulation of the problem in this study is what are the expectations of studentsbehaving transgender in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP),University of Riau? This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Theresults of the research on the expectations of students behaving transgender at theFaculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), University of Riau are seen from 4indicators, namely (1) Expectations for achievement results seen from praise, bonusesor prizes, and environmental reactions, which is the hope of students behavingtransgender people is praise and good environmental reaction to him. The praiseobtained makes students behave more enthusiastically by transgender people, feelappreciated by those around them, (2) Expectations for dignity / value (valence) as seenfrom, the strength and behavior of students who behave transgender people want to berespected and easily interact with everyone even though they are transgender. different,so that they can be polite to everyone, (3) Expectations of business achievement seenfrom studying diligently and the opportunities for students who have transgenderbehavior are wanting to get along easily with people, especially with female friends, (4)Expectations of future orientation are seen from educational orientation, workorientation and family orientation. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how high the social interaction and resilience of youth mosques in Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak, find out how high the social interaction of young mosques in Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak, know how high the youth resilience of mosques in the Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak, and knowing the positive and significant influence between resilience on the social interaction of teenage mosques in the Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak. This type of quantitative research using the ex post facto method tests two variables to be studied to determine how much influence the independent and dependent variables have. The population in this study were the teenage mosques in Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak as many as 82 teenagers in the mosque. The sample in this study amounted to 46 adolescent mosques in Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the respondents' demographic factors, the social interaction of mosque youths obtained high results with a mean of 3,77 and resilience of mosque youth obtained high results with a mean of 3,78. Based on the descriptive analysis of the social interaction variable of 3.80 and resilience of 3.84 with a high interpretation. Obtained a significant and positive effect of resilience variable (X) on Social Interaction (Y) of the Youth of Kelurahan Minas Jaya Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak, the big influence is 63.10% with a high interpretation, because there is still 36.90% determined by other factors. who were not part of this study.Key Word: Social Interaction, Resilience, Mosque Youth

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Responsibilities of Management towards Program Activities in the Student Association of the Community Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. Responsibility is seen as awareness of one's behavior and actions. This is in accordance with the opinion of Joko (2011: 154) which means that responsibility is awareness of intentional or unintentional behavior and actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of responsibility of the management for the program of activities in the student association of the Community Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, the instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire with a population of 34 people. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Research Data and Instruments 1. Primary Data, 2. Secondary Data, 3. Instruments. The instrument in this research is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire based on the lattice. Research instruments with research variables are the responsibility of the management towards the program with indicators consisting of; (1) ability, (2) awareness, (3) attitude and (4) behavior. To be clearer using sub-indicators, a) test measuring instruments, b) test validity, c) test reliability. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, which were carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23 for Windows. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to describe the respondent's profile data in the form of the Mean and Standard Deviation of the questionnaire results, based on the respondent's demographics, variables, indicators and questionnaire items, then inferential statistical analysis was used to test the hypotheses that had been formulated previously.The conclusions from the results of this study are as follows; It is known that the responsibility of the management for the program of activities is quite high. This can be seen from 4 indicators, the highest indicator is attitude. Thus the responsibility of the management towards the program of activities in the student association is quite high, it can be seen from the attitude of the management.Key Words: Management Responsibilities, Program Activities, Student Association

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how high the entrepreneurial motivation and social capital of the group of woven strapping craftsmen of Tunas Harapan, Tualang District, Siak Regency. most likely the influence of social capital on the entrepreneurial motivation of the group of craftsmen of woven strapping ropes in Tunas Harapan, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of entrepreneurship motivation and social capital of the tunas Harapan woven strapping craftsman group, Tualang District and to determine the effect of social capital on the entrepreneurial motivation of the Tunas Harapan woven strapping craftsman group, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This type of research is ex-post facto, that is, the type of research in which the independent variable is an event that has already occurred. The approach in this study is quantitative, namely research in which the data obtained are related to numbers that lead to the use of statistical analysis techniques. The number of samples in this study were 41 people. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of social capital on the entrepreneurial motivation of the tunas Harapan strapping rope craftsman group, Tualang District, Siak Regency, so that there is a significant influence between the social capital variable (X) on entrepreneurial motivation (Y) the Tunas Harapan strapping rope craftsman group, Tualang Regency. siak. The influence of weaving craftsmen in Tualang District, Siak Regency is 38.10% with a low interpretation, because 61.90% is still determined by other factors that are not part of this study.Key Words: Social Capital, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Weaving Craftsmen

Abstract: This research is based on the difference of education in every tarekat surau in Rokan Hulu regency. The formulation of this research problem is how about this prosess of education tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu regency ?. The purpose of this research is to know the form of education in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu district. Informants in this study are the researchers themselves and respondents as many as 3 people who have been selected by researchers. The sample used is propoersive sampling. This research instrument uses interview, observation and documentation. The result of the analysis that can be drawn conclusion of tarekat education process in Surau Qawiyyul Amin is done by doing orientation period, then bai'at, then follow the routine activity of charity weekly (wirid).Keywords: education, tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin

Abstract

Abstract: This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research subjects are young social workers social workers, and first social workers, and informal controls (children). Data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The number of child offenders from January to 3 May 2020 totaled 30 children with different cases. And 10 children are victims of underage violence. An interview guide containing 14 questions about the implementation of beneficiary assistance. With sub focus what approach is chosen, identify problems, formulate and determine the program, Involve the client to participate in dealing with problems and overcome them, the implementation of planning, program evaluation, termination of relations with clients with 1-2 sub indicators. The results showed that the implementation of beneficiary assistance had several stages, namely the preparation phase, the assessment stage, the alternative planning stage of the program or activity, the stage of formulating the action plan, the implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the termination stage. Social Workers At the same time as a second parent, assistance can also help resolve children's cases and can influence children's behavior. In mentoring children get educational assistance in the form of vocational training, spiritual, physical, social, and psychosocial guidance which is beneficial when the child leaves the hall.Key Words: Implementation, Assistance, Beneficiaries

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of learning during the Covid-19pandemic at the Pekanbaru City ICC (International Career College) Course andTraining Institute and in this implementation there are initial activities, core activities,and final activities in carrying out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. . Thepurpose of this study was to describe the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pekanbaru City ICC (International Career College) Course andTraining Institute. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach,where the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 4 subjects, namelycontrol informants, core informants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3 withdocumentation included. Based on the results of interviews, researchers found 3indicators, namely: (1) Initial Activities, (2) Core Activities, (3) Final Activities. Thestudy of these 3 indicators is very useful for understanding how the stages of theimplementation process are appropriate in carrying out the Implementation of LearningDuring the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.Key Word: Implementation, Learning, Course Institute, Training
