Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Learning Discipline of Learning Citizens. The formulation of the problem in this study is How high is the discipline of learning citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City ?. Are there variations in the learning disciplines of citizens studying at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City based on gender, age, package (ABC), and marital status ?. And the purpose of this study is the level of learning discipline of learning citizens in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City, differences in the learning discipline of citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City based on gender, age, package (ABC), and marital status. This study has 4 indicators, namely (1) mental attitude to obey the rules of learning, (2) obey the rules in the classroom, (3) self-control in learning, (4) adjustment in learning in class. The population in this study was 66 people learning. The sample in this study used a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The sample in this study was taken from all residents learning package A, B and C at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City as many as 40 people and 20 people for the trial. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique. Of the 52 statement items tested, found 2 invalid and 50 valid statements. Researchers discard invalid statements, because they do not interfere with other statements. Based on the results of the study an average of 4 indicators of the mean value for the Learning Residents variable. The formulation of the problem in this study was: How high is the discipline of learning citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto, Pekanbaru City is classified as high, namely with a mean of 3.83 and an elementary school of 0.8. And the best of the 4 indicators is the mental attitude to obey the rules of learning with a mean of 3.93 and SD 0.75.Key Words: Discipline, Learning Discipline Citizens Learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by factors that influence entrepreneurial interest, so researchers want to examine which factors are the most dominant influencing factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in running a beverage business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. So that the researcher formulates the problem under study, which is the most dominant factor influencing entrepreneurial interest in running a beverage business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City?. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were beverage entrepreneurs in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City as many as 70 people. The technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Based on the test results, for data from the variable factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in running a beverage business, the number of valid data is 41 and invalid data is 3. All invalid items are discarded meaning they are not used in the study, because all valid items represent indicators and sub-indicators. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the first indicator is that external factors are higher than internal indicators with an average mean of 0.99 and an SD of 0.77 which is in a high interpretation. Internal factor indicators with a mean value of 3.97 and an SD of 0.76 which are also in a high interpretation. The average number of all indicators means 3.98 and SD 0.76 which are in the high interpretation. This means that entrepreneurs who run a beverage business in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City are due to external factors, namely the feeling of satisfaction in running a beverage entrepreneur because of the income they get when opening a business.Key Words: Factors Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Life Skill of Tailoring by Women in Sungai Segajah Village, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The formulation of the problem of this research is what kind of parenting is applied by oil palm farmers in educating their children ?, How high is the indicator contribution to the Life Skill Tailoring variable? This research consists of 4 indicators, according to the opinion of Syamsul Kurniawan. The sample of this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. How to do this if the population members are considered homogeneous, (Sugiyono, 2011: 57). Data collection techniques, documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires, totaling 35 statements. Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 40 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 5 statements and the researchers threw out invalid statements. Based on the mean value of the variable Life Skill Tailoring by Women in Sungai Segajah Village, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency is relatively high with a mean value of 4.41 and SD 0.16. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of Life Skill Tailoring by Women in Sungai Segajah Village, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency is classified as high, except the Life Skill Tailoring indicator of Vocational Skills is very high. So, seen the most dominant of these 4 indicators is vocational skills.Key Words: Life Skills for Tailoring by Women

Abstract

Abstract:This research is based on the less notice of the parents to children around age 6-12 years old in Lawas Island Village, Bangkinang subdistrict, Kampar regency. The aim of this research is about how is the parents role in educating their children at Lawas island, bangkinang subdistrict , Kampar regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of parents in educating their children at lawas, bangkinang subdistrict , Kampar regency.The population of this research are 143 participants an the sample of this research are 30 participants which is took by random sampling technique. The data collection instrument is by questionaire around 90 statements and after the trial there are 80 statements left that can be used for research instruments. The analysis data is quantitative descriptive . the result of this research is the role of parentsin educating their children at lawas island, bankinang subdistrict , kampar regency by recapitulation of presentation value, the result is high level by (SS-S) 82,9 % and (KD)11,1 % and (SR+P) 5 % with mean value 4.0 in high level .Keywords: Role, Parents, Educating

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the understanding of online learningmaterials for learning residents at PKBM Ar Ruhama, Lembah Damai Village, RumbaiPesisir District, Pekanbaru City. In understanding learning material through online forlearning citizens, it includes the behavior of explaining again, giving examples,summarizing the material, and concluding the material. This type of research isdescriptive with a qualitative approach, aiming to describe the behavior under study.The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviewing 6 subjects,namely control informants, core informants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3,core informants 4, core informants 5 with documentation included. Based on the resultsof the interviews, the researchers found 4 indicators, namely: (1) Explaining again, (2)Giving examples, (3) Summarizing the material, (4) Summarizing the material. Thestudy of the 4 indicators is very useful to find out how to understand online learningmaterials for learning residents at PKBM Ar Ruhama, Lembah Damai Village, RumbaiPesisir District, Pekanbaru City.Key Words: Material Understanding, Online Learning, Learning Citizens

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the good interpersonal communication of beneficiaries with social workers at the Rumbai City Youth Development Board (PSBR), Pekanbaru. Based on observations on the Bina Remaja Social Institution, the following phenomena are encountered: 1. There are several recipients who are closed in doing interpersonal communication in social care institutions. 2. The existence of several beneficiaries do not care about the opinions of others in carrying out interpersonal communication. 3. The existence of several beneficiaries who provide a positive boost in the process of interpersonal communication 4. There is a positive assessment given by beneficiaries in the communication process so that beneficiaries feel comfortable in carrying out interpersonal communication. 5. There are several beneficiaries who carry out the communication process by distinguishing the other person in the social care institution. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were beneficiaries who were in the Teenage Community Development Center (PSBR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique type of simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire instrument variable in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices From the findings of this study, it can be seen that beneficiary interpersonal communication in the environment of Adolescent Community Development (PSBR) Tassel in Pekanbaru is high, this can seen from the Mean (3.67) and Standard Deviation (0.78) from the average research indicator. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is How high is student participation in evaluating the leadership training program of BEM FKIP UNRI ?. This research produces data that can determine the level of student participation in evaluating the leadership training program of BEM FKIP UNRI. The benefits of this research include being able to assist and facilitate action taking, especially in improving the evaluation of the BEM FKIP UNRI leadership training program. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Researchers determine the sample using a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Researchers determined a sample of 68 people for research in BEM FKIP UNRI students. This sample was taken according to Sugiyono's table with an error rate of 10% and 20 people for the trial. Retrieval of data in research using a questionnaire. The results of the data analysis showed that the participation of students in evaluating the leadership training program of BEM FKIP UNRI was relatively high. Based on the mean value for the student participation variable in evaluating the leadership training program of BEM FKIP UNRI, it is classified as high with Mean 3.97 and SD 0.8. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of student participation in evaluating the leadership training program of BEM FKIP UNRI is relatively high. So, the most dominant of these 5 indicators is support with a mean number of 4.06 with SD 0.79. So it can be interpreted as a member of BEM FKIP UNRI students who are in a position that is suitable with their abilities when training, although it is not yet optimal. Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the transfer of knowledge and skills ofrubber cutting, so the aim was to determine the transfer of knowledge and skills ofrubber cutting in Bengkolan Salak Village, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan HuluRegency, whether good or bad. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitativeapproach. The population in this study were 72 rubber cutters in Bengkolan SalakVillage, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The technique used is SimpleRandom Sampling. After testing, the number of valid data is 42 and invalid data is 3.Then the invalid data lies at number 6 (0.253 <0.444), number 7 (0.175 <0.444), andnumber 19 (0.393 <0.444). All invalid items are discarded meaning they are not used inthe study, because all valid items represent indicators and sub indicators. In measuringresilience, meanwhile, valid items are used for field research because these items havebeen tested for the level of truth to measure resilience. Based on the results of theanalysis that has been described, the transfer of knowledge and skills of rubber cuttingin Bengkolan Salak Village, Pendalian IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency obtaineda mean mean value of Mean 3.75 and SD 0.79 which are in a sufficiently interpretativeposition. high (good).Key Words: Transfer of Knowledge and Skills

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how high the consumer satisfaction of chili chips product in Sedinginan Village, Tanah Putih Sub-district, Rokan Hilir Regency? How big is the contribution of consumer satisfaction to chili chips products based on the indicators used as a factor in the Village Sedinginan Tanah Putih District Rokan Hilir Regency? The benefits of this research is to contribute thoughts to the concept of customer satisfaction in urban Sedinginan. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population in this study is 65 people. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire containing 53 statement items. Consumer Satisfaction Of Chilli Chips Products In Kelurahan Sedinginan Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency is measured by indicators (1) attitude, (2) feeling and (3) expectation. From the results of the study note that Consumer Satisfaction Against Chips Chili Products In Subdistrict Sedinginan Tanah Putih District Rokan Hilir Regency included in the high category. The highest mean on the expectation of consumer satisfaction with mean 3,98 and SD 0,91 then followed by attitude of consumer satisfaction with mean 3,89 and SD 1.00 and after that consumer satisfaction which is low is consumer feeling satisfaction that is mean 3, 87 and SD 0.99. Its meaning is the feeling is not very influential on consumer satisfaction chili chips.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction Against Product

Abstract

Abstract: Learning habits are a person's way of learning that is done repeatedly so that it becomes a habit to gain knowledge and increase achievement, everyone has their own learning method which in this way can make them study well to increase achievement. This means that with good study habits, the understanding obtained will be more meaningful and the purpose of learning will be achieved, namely obtaining learning achievements in accordance with expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the study habits of students of the Community education study program at the University of Riau. This research is classified as a descriptive study using a one-variable quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of the Public Education Study Program at the University of Riau, totaling 226 people from the 2016 2019 class. The sample technique used in this study was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which was used when the population had members / elements that were not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire containing 35 statements about learning habits consisting of three indicators. Based on statistical analysis, students' study habits were found to be very high with a percentage of 91.2% and the rest were influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Key Word: Study Habits
