Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the situational leadership of the organizer of the C package equality program at the Hang Tuah PKBM Pekanbaru City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. The research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 5 (five) informants in this study. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results showed: 1) The manager of the C package equality program implements the situational leadership style, from the indicator the manager acts as an instructor / informs that it has been carried out, consulted / peddled, participated / involved delegating / delegated, 2) the factors supporting situational leadership are the manager of the C package equality program always trying to embrace all parties in carrying out their duties, being fair, providing motivation, having HR in accordance with competency standards, availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure of PKBM. While the inhibiting factors include a number of managers who have difficulty communicating with leaders, 3) Impact of situational leadership in managing the C package equality program at the Hnag Tuah PKBM Pekanbaru City, where up to now the Hnag Tuah PKBM institution has received an "B" accreditation score, and the program equality of the best C packages in Pekanbaru City.Key Words: Leadership Situational, Manager.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Learning Independence of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Children during the Covid-19 Period at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Village Tarai Bangun District Tambang Kampar Regency and in Independent Learning there is confidence, discipline, initiative, responsibility and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning independence of tahfidz al-qur'an children during the Covid-19 period at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 4 subjects, namely 3 core informants and 1 control informant, with documentation included. Based on the results of the interviews, the researchers suggested 5 indicators, namely: (1) self-confidence, (2) discipline, (3) initiative, (4) responsibility, (5) motivation. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how good is interpersonal communication within the family, How high is adolescent learning motivation, Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication with adolescent learning motivation, Is there an impact of interpersonal communication in families on adolescent learning motivation in Dusun II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The benefits of this research are to find out and analyze interpersonal communication within the family, to find out and analyze adolescent learning motivation, to know and analyze the level of interpersonal communication relationships in the family with adolescent learning motivation and to know and analyze the impact of interpersonal communication in the family on adolescent learning motivation in Hamlet II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kecivitas Kampar Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 85 people. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. adolescent learning motivation consists of 38 statements and interpersonal communication in the family consists of 40. Teenage learning motivation is measured by indicators: (1) There is a desire and desire to succeed (2) there is encouragement and needs in learning (3) there are hopes and ideals of the future front (4) the existence of awards in learning (5) the existence of interesting activities in learning (6) the existence of a conducive learning environment. While interpersonal communication within the family is measured by indicators of openness, empathy, support, positive feelings and equality. Based on the descriptive analysis obtained the level of interpersonal communication in families in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, 4.37 with a high interpretation. Based on the Pearson correlation test the product moment between learning motivation and interpersonal communication has a Pearson correlation value of 0.462 and Sig (2-tailed) 0.00. Furthermore, based on inferential analysis, the effect of interpersonal communication on learning motivation of adolescents in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province is low at 4.2%, which means there are still 95.8% determined by other factors not part of the study. this.Key Words: Impact, Learning Motivation, Youth, Interpersonal Communication, Family

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru, the most dominant aspects of job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru and variation of job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru are based on age, education and gender. The type of research used in this research is descriptive inferential research with my approach. The population used in this study is all non formal education institution tutors in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru which amounted to 37 people. The sampling technique in this research used probability sampling technique of random type using slovin formula so that the number of research samples are 34 tutors. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire containing statements about the tutor’s job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Questionnaire variable instrument using likert scale consisting of five answer options. From the findings of the research, it is known that statisfaction of non fomal educational tutor’s in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru is high seen from the mean and standar deviation of the average indicator of research. Furthermore, seen from the most dominant aspect is the indicator of achieving work with a mean of 4,15 and standar deviation of 0,48 from the average indicator of research. The results of Anova analysis of the variation of job satisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru are based on age, education and gender can be known in the absence of variation.Key Word: Job Satisfaction, Tutor, Non Formal Education Institutes

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Guidance Process at the Ganesha Operation Bimbel Institute, Sidomulyo Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, and in the process there are showing, guiding, guiding, assisting in the Tutoring Process. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the process of tutoring at the Ganesha Operation Bimbel Institute, Sidomulyo Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, in which the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 4 subjects, namely control informants, core informants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3 with documentation included. Based on the results of interviews, researchers found 4 indicators, namely: (1) Showing, (2) Guiding, (3) Guiding, (4) Helping. The study of the 4 indicators is very useful for understanding how the stages of the process of implementing teaching and learning activities are appropriate in conducting the tutoring process.Key Words: Guidance, Study, Ganesha Operation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the type of dominant parenting practices applied by Palm Oil Farmers in Educating Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. Which in terms of authoritarian parenting, permissive parenting, and authoritarian/ democratic parenting. In addition, this study also aims to determine the contribution of each indicator to the variables of Palm Oil Farmer Parenting in Educating Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. The problem formulation of this research is what type of parenting is dominantly applied by Palm Oil Farmers in Educating Their Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir? How big is the contribution of the indicator to the variables of parenting of oil palm farmers in educating their children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir? This research consists of 3 indicators, in accordance with the opinion of Syamsul Kurniawan. The sample of this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. How to do this if the population members are considered homogeneous, (Sugiyono, 2011: 57). Data collection techniques, documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires, totaling 56 statements. Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 78 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 4 statements and the researcher discarded invalid statements. Based on the average value of the mean for the Palm Oil Farmer Parenting Pattern in Educating Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hillir are classified as high with a mean value of 4.46 and SD 0.17. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of Palm Oil Farmer Parenting in Educating Children in the Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir may be classified as high. So, seen the most dominant of these 3 indicators is democratic parenting. Key Words: Parenting, Oil Palm Farmers, Educating Children

Abstract: This study aims to determine the motivation of citizens to learn Packet B program in the PKBM Maju Jaya. The problems in this study is the high motivation of citizens to learn How Packet B program in PKBM Maju Jaya The benefits of research to increase knowledge on matters related to motivation, motivation to learn, Citizens Learning, especially for researchers. This research will benefit all citizens of learning. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research by the numbers. The sampling technique using sampling techniques saturated. This technique is used because the population is relatively small, and all the members of the study population sampled. Data collection techniques in this research is to use the questionnaire as a method of data collection, totaling 35 items statement. After the questionnaire in the trial, there are three items that are not valid. Data obtained from respondents of 20 people to sample the test and 37 people with Cronbach's alpha = 0.978 Based on the recapitulation percentage Citizens Learning about Learning Motivation Packet B program in the CLC Maju Jaya subdistrict Bangkinang otivasi City Extrinsic more dominant than intrinsic motivation.Keywords: Motivation, motivation to learn, Citizens Learning.

Abstract: Research it is based on discipline residents learn program equality package C seen from a series of behavior that show values obedience, allegiance, and order. Formulation problems in this research namely how high discipline residents learn program equality package C in PKBM Primatrain Pekanbaru?, how high obedience people learn the package C equality in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?, how well the loyalty that citizens learn the package C equality in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?, how well the program order learning equality package C in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?, how well the willingness of people learn observe rules in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?. Research objectives in this research order to know the level discipline residents learn program kesetaraan paket c at pkbm primatrain pekanbaru , and obedience , allegiance , order , and willingness residents learn program equality package C. The population in this research as many as 40 residents learn. Then the researcher determine sample as many as 40 residents learn to research and 20 people we will try to somewhere else with using a technique sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection that is chief with 76 a statement and if the trial live 75 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So that discipline residents learn program kesetaraan paket c at pkbm primatrain pekanbaru high. This can be seen from four indicators on discipline residents learning program kesetaraan paket c in pekanbaru pkbm primatrain is considered to be higher, the most high is the presence of obeying the rules.Key words: Discipline, Discipline residents learning

Abstract

Abstract: Formulation of the problem in this study is How much is the credibility of the tutor in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang District, Kampar Regency? How high is the motivation of learning citizens to learn about Equality in Package C education at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang District, Kampar Regency? Is there a significant positive contribution between the credibility of the tutor on the learning motivation of citizens learning the equality of package C in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how much the contribution of tutors' credibility to the motivation of learning in PKBM Harapan Bangsa, This research is a descriptive quantitative research of two variables. The population in this study were residents of package C, as many as 113 residents. Simple Random Sampling sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Tutors' credibility and learning motivation each consists of 40 statements. Tutors' credibility is measured through indicators of expertise, trust, dynamism, sociability, coordination and charismatic. While learning motivation is measured through the existence of desires and desires to succeed, there are encouragement and needs in learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the appreciation of learning, the existence of interesting activities in learning, the existence of a conducive learning environment. The credibility of the tutor to the learning motivation of citizens learning equality education in Package C in PKBM Harapan Bangsa is relatively high with a mean of 4.25. Based on inferential statistical analysis the tutors' credibility contribution to the learning motivation of learning citizens was obtained at a low of 14.50%. This means that there are still 85.50% caused by other factors not part of this study.Key Words: Contribution, Credibility, Motivation, Learning Citizens

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determinethe attitudes of learning citizens towards skills at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center that were positive. This research is expected to be an input for citizens to study at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center to increase morale in conducting training. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. The sample technique in this study uses a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Validity test with a critical r value of 0.361, obtained from 30 people learning. Of the 108 statement items tested, 4 invalid and 104 valid statements were found. Researchers discard invalid statements, because they do not interfere with other statements. Based on these results it canbe concluded that the attitude towards the skills given to citizens learning at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center is classified as good or positive, with the highest affective indicator seen from the percentage value (Y) 68%. This means that citizens learn to have a good affective attitude towards the skills activities provided by the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center. Judging from the overall average of 3 percentage indicators (Y) of 66%, the attitudes of the learning population towards the skillsprovided to the learning population at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center are classified as good or positive.
