Abstract

PT Pikiran Rakyat Bandung telah memiliki rute distribusi untuk pendistribusian surat kabar hariannya. Tetapi rute distribusi saat ini, total jarak yang ditempuh untuk tiap rute tidak seimbang dan utilitas kapasitas kendaraan tiap rute tidak merata. Permasalahan yang di hadapi PT Pikiran Rakyat Bandung merupakan permasalahan Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). Metode yang digunakan untuk solusi permasalahan tersebut adalah metode Clarke Wright Savings Algorithm. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan rute distribusi yang dapat meminimasi jarak tempuh, menyeimbangkan rute, mengoptimalkan utilitas kapasitas kendaraan dan meminimasi biaya tranportasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan rute hasil penelitian dan rute perusahaan saat ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengurangan total jarak rute sebesar 485,9 km. Total biaya distribusi mengalami pengurangan sebesar Rp 1.853.051. Total waktu distribusi mengalami pengurangan sebesar 7 jam 14 menit. Kata kunci: Vehicle Routing Problem, Rute, Jarak, Biaya, Waktu Abstract PT Pikiran Bandung has some routes for the distribution of daily newspapers. But the current routes, the total distance for each route is not balanced and utility vehicle capacity of each route is uneven. The problems faced by PT Pikiran Rakyat Bandung is an issue of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). The method to solve VRP is using Clarke Wright Savings Algorithm method. The objective study is producing routes with minimize distance, balancing the routes, optimizing utility vehicle capacity and minimize transportation costs. The study was conducted by comparing the routes after study and the current routes. The study resulted in the reduction of the total distance of 485.9 km. Total cost reduction amounted to Rp 1,853,051. Total distribution time reduction of 7 hours 14 minutes. Keywords: Vehicle Routing Problem, Routes, Distance, Cost, Time

Abstract

PT. X Bandung merupakan distributor tabung gas 12 Kg. Pendistribusian membutuhkan waktu, ketepatan maupun jumlah. Pendistribusian dapat diselesaikan dengan Vehichle Routing Problem (VRP). Metode VRP yang digunakan adalah metode Nearest Neighbour dengan pemilihan lokasi pelanggan berdasarkan jarak terdekat dari lokasi terakhir yang dikunjungi. Selanjutnya metode perbaikan dengan Tabu Search yang bertujuan mendapatkan waktu minimum dari metode sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data perusahaan saat ini untuk mendistribusikan tabung gas ke 50 pelanggan membutuhkan waktu 889,9 menit. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data waktu yang dibutuhkan dengan metode Nearest Neighbour adalah 840,7 menit, setelah diperbaiki dengan metode Tabu Search waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 837,4 menit. Kata kunci: Vehicle Routing Problem, Nearest Neighbour, Tabu Search.   ABSTRACT PT. X Bandung is a distributor of gas tube 12 Kg. The distribution takes time, precision and number. The distribution can be solved by vehichle Routing Problem (VRP). VRP method used is Nearest Neighbour method the customer site selection based on the shortest distance from the last location visited. Further improvements to the Tabu Search method that aims to get the minimum time of previous methods. Based on data from the current company to distribute gas cylinders to 50 customers took 889.9 minutes. While based on the data processing time required by the Nearest Neighbour method was 840.7 minutes, after being repaired by the method of Tabu Search time required is 837.4 minutes. Abstract

The kiln machine is one of the pieces of machinery used to produce granite tiles. One of its many crucial components is the towing motor. The production process requires a high-performance and easily accessible kiln unit because it lasts for 24 hours. As a result, there will be less downtime since the extra towing motor can take the place of the damaged one. The Terje Aven availability model calculates the number of towing motor reserves. The availability of kiln equipment has not yet achieved its full potential because the company currently has six backup towing motors.

Abstract

This activity provides an understanding of the value proposition (VP) method to 13 home industry players in Cikampek. The training is performed comprehensively with a value proposition approach, as a business continuity effort, where the actors in this partner are facing problems with the impact of the pandemic; business difficulties, lack of knowledge and innovation in managing, lack of understanding of capital and finance. The training needs performed the materials needed for this home industry business, such as; business management and innovation, financial report preparation, and value proposition approach strategy, which includes 8 elements; product design, raw materials, packaging, features, process, distribution, service, price. The methodology used is blended learning, namely offline and online, due to the current pandemic situation, offline participants are limited to only 5 people with strict health protocol rules (wearing masks, hand sanitizer, checking temperature, washing hands, and towels), the rest is online. via zoom meeting. Evaluation of this training is performed by conducting a pretest before the event starts and a post-test at the end of the activity after the assignment. The evaluation results from this training were declared successful because each participant was judged to be able to understand the material delivered with the average overall assessment result meeting the success standards set with good results.
