Abstract

Literary appreciation learning is an effort to increase competence in the field of literature so that Indonesian Language Education Study Program students have complete provisions as prospective educators to be implemented in school. However, in the process there are learning problems that arise, including low motivation of students in getting to know literary works of poetry and lack of knowledge when students appreciate poetry. For this reason, further research is needed to overcome this problem by learning through the application of the suggestopedia method. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, with research subjects being students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation techniques for analyzing poetry tasks, while data analysis techniques were carried out using quantitative descriptive techniques. Based on the research, it is known that the application of the suggestopedia method can increase students' competence in appreciating poetry. This can be proven by the average score obtained during the pre-test which the average is 2.5 (the scoring guideline 1-5), while the results during the post-test or after applying the suggestopedia method in student learning obtained an average score 4.

Abstract

This research endeavors to analyze the impact of Budget Preparation Participation and Locus of Control on the managerial performance of Health Centers in Mamuju Regency, employing SPSS as the analytical tool. The study population consisted of two Health Centers located in Mamuju Regency, with a total of 35 respondents selected via a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to evaluate the data. The results indicate that Budget Preparation Participation positively affects the managerial performance of Health Centers. Additionally, Locus of Control is found to have a positive influence on managerial performance. When examined concurrently, both Budget Preparation Participation and Locus of Control significantly and positively affect Health Center managerial performance. It is recommended that future studies build upon these findings by incorporating moderating or intervening variables to further enhance understanding

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to analyze the impact of economic and political power, debt policy, and political influence on tax aggressiveness during times of economic uncertainty. In this study, we choose as examples health and pharmaceutical firms trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2018 and 2021. To test for the predicted difference between before and after the covid 19 epidemic, researchers utilized multiple regression and other tests (paired sample t-test) in SPSS version 23. This research backs up the notion that fiscal stability and profitability affect tax aggressiveness. There was no difference in the prevalence of tax evasion strategies either before or after the Covid 19 pandemic, and neither debt policies nor political relationships seemed to have any influence on tax aggression. Using research findings to inform decision making or policy implementation may boost a company's future success. In addition to building on earlier replication attempts, this work also puts to the test comparisons made before and during the COVID-19 epidemic, making it a significant piece of research.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the moral values and educational values in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. Novels are complex stories and involve various problems. The novel Land of the Bandits by Tere Liye tells the story of Padma, a young woman who has been training physically, mentally, mentally and spiritually since childhood. He was trained by a grandfather named Abu Syik. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source for this research is the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. The research data used is a choice of words, phrases and sentences that show aspects of moral values and education in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. The data collection technique used by researchers to obtain data is in two stages, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in the research uses interactive Miles and Huberman which consists of; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show thatthe moral values and educational values found in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye, namely moral values consisting of; moral values related to relationships with God, moral values related to relationships with other humans, and moral values related to relationships with oneself. The educational value found in this research consists of; honest, disciplined, hard working and independent.

Abstract

Kupu-kupu merupakan salah satu kekayaan hayati yang dimiliki Indonesia dan harus dijaga kelestariaannya dari kepunahan maupun penurunan keanekaragaman jenisnya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendata jenis kupu-kupu dan pola sebaran kupu-kupu (Ordo lepidoptera) yang terdapat di Sekitar Kawasan Danau Rano. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan diperoleh jenis kupu-kupu (Lepidoptera) di Desa Rano Kecamatan Balaesang Tanjung Kabupaten Donggala yaitu 19 jenis kupu-kupu. Nilai Pola sebaran kupu-kupu (Ordo lepidoptera), di Desa Rano terdapat dua pola sebaran yaitu, pola sebaran seragam dan pola sebaran mengelompok.
