Abstract

AbstractHigher education is the organizer of further education after the high school level. Five institutions of higher education, namely universities, institutes, high schools, academies and polytechnics. One of the factors that determine the quality of higher education is the percentage of students' ability to complete their studies on time. This is certainly obtained by choosing the right concentration of students during the lecture period and the academic ability of students. Determination of student concentration specifications is needed to determine the interests and talents of the students themselves. With the selection of the right concentration it is expected that students can graduate on time. At this time students have difficulty in determining the concentration of majors. At Bina Darma University in Palembang, especially in the Faculty of Computer Science, there are Informatics Engineering (IT). At the Faculty of Computer Science, the IT Study Program has a concentration of expertise such as Database, Software, and Network Infrastructure that are in accordance with the IT Study Program curriculum at Bina Darma University. Determination of concentration is carried out at the end of semester 4 or precisely the lecture period for semester 5. However, what happens is that students do not know their interests and abilities. At this time students have difficulty in determining the concentration of majors. The choice of concentration of the department is only based on the wishes of the students or by joining friends, so that there is a need for preference in helping students choose concentration. The methods used in data mining are C4.5 and Naïve Bayes by using the Rapid Miner application as a tool to classify student majors. In this study, it is know that C4.5 algorithm has a high accuracy of 48,06% and Naïve Bayes 42,79%Keywords : C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Klasifikasi Jurusan, Rapid MinerAbstrakPerguruan tinggi merupakan penyelenggara pendidikan lanjutan setelah tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan kualitas perguruan tinggi yaitu persentasi kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi tepat pada waktunya. Hal ini tentunya didapatkan dengan pemilihan konsentrasi mahasiswa yang tepat pada masa perkuliahan serta kemampuan akademis dari mahasiswa. Penentuan spesifikasi konsentrasi mahasiswa sangat dibutuhkan untuk menentukan minat dan bakat mahasiswa itu sendiri. Dengan pemilihan konsentrasi yang tepat diharapkan mahasiswa dapat lulus tepat pada waktunya. Pada saat ini mahasiswa kesulitan dalam menentukan konsentrasi jurusan. Di Universitas Bina Darma Palembang terutama di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, terdapat Program Studi Teknik Informatika (TI). Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer ini, Program Studi TI mempunyai konsentrasi keahlian seperti Database, Software, dan Jaringan Infrastructure yang  sesuai dengan kurikulum Program Studi TI di Universitas Bina Darma. Penentuan konsentrasi jurusan yaitu pada akhir semester 4 atau tepatnya masa perkuliahan untuk semester 5. Akan tetapi yang terjadi yaitu mahasiswa tidak tahu minat dan kemampuannya masing-masing. Saat ini mahasiswa kesulitan dalam menentukan pemilihan konsentrasi jurusan. Pemilihan konsentrasi jurusan hanya berdasarkan pada keinginan mahasiswa ataupun ikut-ikutan teman, untuk itu dirasa perlu adanya preferensi dalam membantu mahasiswa memilih konsentrasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes dengan menggunakan aplikasi Rapid Miner sebagai alat bantu untuk mengklasifikasikan penjurusan mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini diketahui algoritma C4.5 memiliki tinggkat akurasi 48,06 % dan naïve bayes 42,79%.Kata kunci: C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Klasifikasi Jurusan, Rapid Miner

Abstract

The Research aimst to compare backpropagation and Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) methods in exploring the potential of new students at STMIK PalComTech. Comparisons in this study involve four input variables used which consist of four basic subjects of informatics engineering and information systems (math, basic programming, computer networks and management bases) which then make informatics techniques and information systems as outputs, to get the accuracy level high in this study, the researchers used several variations of parameters which eventually produced the best accuracy of the two methods. From 120 data tested using variations in test data and training data which are then processed using variations in the learning rate parameters and epochs. From the test results obtained the level of accuracy of pattern recognition in the backpropagation method is 99.17% with a learning rate variation of 0.1 and epoch 100, the learning vector quantization method has an accuracy rate of 96.67% with a variation of learning rate 1 and epoch 20 From the results of the comparison the Backpropagation method is superior in terms of accuracy so that it becomes the right method to use in exploring the potential of new students at STMIK PalComTech.

Abstract

The development of mobile trivia game software is motivated by the tendency of children over the age of 7 who prefer digital devices and are better able to utilize the information presented by games. The mobile trivia game software is expected to be a solution that can meet the needs of children aged over 7 years starting from the aspect of education which is very important to be a shared concern for all elements in the society. The development of the software system can be realized by using the Extreme Programming method which modeling can use a CRC card. The work is done in a very short time. The results of the implementation of the development of mobile trivia game software can provide benefits to children aged over 7 years, especially to help improve their memorization and insight into the Qur'an's Juz Amma. As has become the hope for the author, namely creating educational software for children over 7 years

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berperan penting pada pelaksanaan e- government. Tujuannya adalah agar hubungan-hubungan tata Pemerintahan (governance) yang melibatkan Pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat dapat tercipta sedemikian rupa sehingga lebih efektif, efisien, produktif dan responsif. Kota Prabumulih merupakan salah satu Daerah Otonom yang ada di Indonesia yang telah mengimplementasikan e-government melalui website, dengan alamat www.prabumulih.go.id. Penelitian ini mengacu pada pendekatan Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) untuk mengevaluasi usability pada website Pemerintah Kota Prabumulih dengan dimensi Content, Organisation and Readibility, Navigation and Link, User Interface Design serta Performance and Effeciveness. Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) berfokus pada pengembangan sistem evaluasi usability berbasis web dengan pendekatan tindakan subyektif yang melibatkan partisipasi dari pengguna untuk memberikan penilaian pada sebuah website. Pengembangan pendekatan Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) sebagai standar pengukuran usability, dengan metode evaluasi kuisioner berbasis web yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk menilai usability dari website yang akan dievaluasi Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat usability dari website Pemerintah Kota Prabumulih agar Pemerintah Kota Prabumulih dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pengguna.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi dapat digunakan untuk berbagai layanan terutama pada bidang pendidikan. Salah satu layanan yang semakin banyak diterapkan adalah layanan berbasis cloud. Dengan layaan cloud, invenstasi infrastruktur perangkat keras menjadi bukan masalah lagi. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakaat ini, metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi dari ceramah dengan praktikum menggunakan komputer desktop yang dihubungkan dengan jaringan internet. Adapun pemrograman yang diterapkan adalah Pemrograman Flutter dengan menggunakan Bahasa Dart untuk membangun aplikasi Mobile. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta didik dapat mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan keberhasilan mereka mengikuti materi pelatihan sampai pada tahap install ke perangkat Android masing-masing. Selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan kegitan lanjutan untuk materi dengan level yang lebih tinggi lagi.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, where everything is required to be fast-paced, so time is a very valuable thing. Using time properly and correctly will certainly improve business performance, therefore management is needed that can help minimize inefficient use of time. The flamboyant pempek shop has not used a computer application that can assist in sales transactions. The customers of the flamboyant pempek shop are residents around the city of palembang, with the development of technology, palembang pempek as a special food, began to be attracted by many people outside the city of Palembang. So the researchers took the initiative to develop a mobile-based system at the flamboyant pempek shop. The methodology used to design this system is Extreme Programming. The use of the up-selling method in programming is used to increase and facilitate sales of the flamboyant pempek shop. The final result of this research is a web-based application

Abstract

The processing of academic data is increasing day by day. In this case, school operators need an application that can support academic data processing and produce information needed by the school administration. There are two applications that mostly used by the school administrations. These two applications are word and excel. Unfortunately, word and excel didn't help a lot. The operation administrations still need to process the data academic manually. In 2014, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia has finally issued an e-report application. This application is made for the needs of managing student report cards, biodata, grades, attendance and student transfer sheets, where the features are in accordance with the needs of the school. However, this application has a weakness. This application is too focused on report cards, thus forgetting the important role of the principal. In this application, features for principals such as teacher data information and student data information are less specific. As a result, when the principal needs more specific information, then the academic processing department will find it difficult to get the data information. To solve this problem, the researcher built an academic application using the prototype method. This method was used because it involves the users to participate in application development. The result of this study is a web-based academic application that has a mobile web feature, where there are new features for principals, teachers and students that are not available in the e-report application. Abstract

Anika Polytechnic is one of the private universities in South Sumatra Province, precisely in the city of Palembang. To improve the quality of services to students at anika Polytechnic, one of the efforts that has been made is to build an academic information system. Anika Polytechnic has 20 permanent lecturers and 105 active students. So far, the process of daily activities mechanism at Anika Polytechnic has been carried out using a system even though the system is still desktop-based. So that the process of entering the lecture schedule is still carried out by the campus admin and cannot be done online. The solution to this problem is to build a web-based academic information system using PHP and MySQL programming languages as a database to store data developed using web engineering methods. Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is to increase knowledge about fintech and product branding for Bina Cipta High School students. The method used socialization through planning, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis. Subjects amounted to 30 people. The results of community service showed an 83% increase in knowledge about fintech and product branding for Bina Cipta High School students consisting of material 1) media socialization of healthy living among students, 2) fintech and opportunities, 3) product branding in the media, 4) fintech applications in Indonesia, 5) the concept of fintech.

Abstract

Pengolahan Keuangan adalah sesuatu yang sangat sulit untuk diatur. Kebanyakan orang sering merasa frustasi karena tidak dapat mengatur keuangannya dengan baik. Akibatnya keuangan seseorang dapat menipis bahkan habis tanpa disadari. Seringkali pencatatan manual dirasa menyulitkan karena catatan bisa hilang atau bisa lupa untuk dicatat. Pencatatan pengeluaran keuangan pribadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangat dibutuhkan agar pencatatan pengeluaran keuangan perbulan dapat dilihat dan dikontrol sehingga bisa meminimalkan pengeluaran dan menyeimbangkan antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah alat atau tool yang dapat membantu pencatatan keuangan secara lebih terinci dan akurat baik itu pemasukan ataupun pengeluaran. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan itu peneliti menggunakan metode OOAD (Object-oriented analysis and design) untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi pencatatan pengeluaran keuangan pribadi berbasis web yang memiliki fitur web mobile. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan adalah berupa aplikasi pencatatan keuangan pribadi yang bisa di akses melalui web maupun mobile. Aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan setelah diuji dengan data dari lima user pada bulan Desember tahun 2022 sampai Februari 2023.
