Abstract

Karang Taruna (a youth organization) activities are a form of participation of the younger generation in empowering their knowledge and skill to help the environment. Even though it is only on a small scale, according to their regions, if managed properly, a youth group like this can be beneficial for the community. Like the Karang Taruna RT 04 Mustikajaya Bekasi which in its activities focuses on helping the surrounding community by contributing positively to the interests of the environment, such as making murals on the walls of the RT post, to social activities that have an impact on residents. Realized the importance role of the younger generation in society, we are collaborating with Karang Taruna RT 04 Mustikajaya Bekasi to become partners in this Semester in our Community Service activity as lecturer in Bina Sarana Informatika University. Unfortunately the Karang Taruna not have social media like Instagram yet to post their activities and sharing some informations. One of the reason is becouse lack of skill of photograpic, that’s why thay felt not confident. We offer a solution by providing training on shooting techniques through smartphones, so that the resulting photos become more aesthetic and attractive. With good photo skills, it can attract other teenagers to join and do things that are beneficial for the environment.

Abstract

Communication between parents and children can be seen as an effort to find out, monitor and direct the development of children, because no matter how mature children are, they still really need someone who is considered more mature so that they can protect them properly. By creating effective and efficient communication between parents-children or vice versa, it is hoped that children can develop well physically and psychologically. This study aims to determine how much influence parent-child communication has on children's behavior. This research method that the author uses is Descriptive Analysis method. While the approach used in this study is correlational, namely to seek the influence between the two variables. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between parental communication and the behavior of students in class VIII A and C at SMPN 13 Bogor. This can be seen from the magnitude of the calculation results obtained with a value of rxy = 0.59 which lies in the category between 0.40-0.70 which means the correlation is sufficient. And this is shown at the 1% significance level rxy or ro is greater than the r table (0.59>0.325), so at this level the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, this means that at the 1% and 5% significance levels there is a positive correlation between the X and Y variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form dengan purposive sampling yakni pengguna Shopee sebagai Platform belanja online kosumen di Jakarta Selatan. Pengamblian sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Dalam melakukan analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26 untuk menghitung hasil uji variabel Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The description of the communication structure in school organizations and the role of communication in educational management is one of the research objectives that the author discusses in this study. Literature review in the form of theories that are often used by predecessors which are then studied and reviewed to obtain a concept so that the results are objective. Formal communication, non-formal communication, informal communication, technical communication and procedural communication are forms of communication structures in school organizations that are the results of the study. The communication structure in school organizations is: horizontal communication, diagonal communication, downward communication, and upward communication. In educational management, the role of communication is as a source of educational information, controller and planner and achievement of goals. Communication is also an attempt to increase motivation.

Abstract

Grup musik HiVi! melakukan pergantian vokalis setelah Neida Aleida memutuskan untuk keluar dari HiVi! dan Keisha Cinantya ditunjuk sebagai personel baru yang mengisi posisi vokalis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa strategi komunikasi grup musik HiVi! dalam memperkenalkan vokalis baru melalui media sosial YouTube. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan menganalisis sebanyak enam buah video yang berkaitan dengan proses pergantian vokalis, mulai dari pengunduran diri Neida Aleida, pencarian vokalis baru, hingga pengumuman dan pengenalan Keisha Cinantya sebagai vokalis baru HiVi! yang diunggah melalui saluran resmi YouTube @sayhivi mulai bulan Oktober 2024 hingga Juli 2025. Terdapat beberapa video dengan format siaran pers digital yang digunakan untuk memberikan pesan yang jelas dan dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi oleh media massa dalam membuat berita yang terkait dengan HiVi!. Terdapat juga video pengenalan yang dikemas dengan parodi, dan video yang menjelaskan profil Keisha Cinantya sebagai vokalis baru HiVi!. Semua video yang telah diunggah melalui saluran resmi YouTube @sayhivi memiliki pesan yang berbeda namun saling berkaitan antara satu video dengan video lainnya.
