Abstract

Pentingnya penelitian ini dikarenakan adanya perubahan kurikulum dari K-13 ke Kurikulum Mandiri yang membuat guru merasa bingung dengan transisi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji persepsi guru terhadap perubahan kurikulum 2013 ke kurikulum mandiri. Sumber data primer yang diperoleh peneliti melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mewawancarai beberapa guru dan kepala sekolah di SDN 11 Pelalawan Pekanbaru, dimana guru mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu merasakan kesulitan dan kebingungan atas peralihan kurikulum. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknis dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles & Huberman yang meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap perubahan kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka sangat bervariasi namun sebagian guru telah berupaya memahami dan mempelajari serta menerapkan kurikulum mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal implications of the defendant's non-compliance with child support obligations and the judge's considerations in determining the amount and increase of child support in Decision No. 214/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Gtlo. The background of this research focuses on the issue of non-compliance with child support obligations after divorce, which often leads to negative impacts on the child's well-being and may trigger prolonged legal processes. In this context, it is important to explore how the law responds to such non-compliance and how judges consider various factors in determining fair and sustainable child support. The objective of this research is to examine the legal consequences of the defendant's non-compliance with child support obligations and to understand the basis of the judge's considerations in determining the amount and increase of child support, specifically the annual increase of 20%. The research method employed is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach, combining court decision document analysis and interviews with relevant parties. Primary data is obtained from interviews with judges and lawyers, while secondary data is gathered through relevant legal literature. The research results indicate that non-compliance with child support obligations may result in legal sanctions such as execution or fines, and impact subsequent legal processes. The judge's considerations in determining child support include the defendant's financial capacity, the child's needs, and the principle of social justice. A realistic decision on child support increases is essential for the sustainability of fulfilling the child's rights.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Mataram tahun 2025 di Desa Anjani fokus pada literasi, terutama pengembangan literasi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Masalah utama yang ditemukan adalah minat baca anak-anak yang rendah, mereka lebih tertarik menggunakan gadget dibandingkan membaca buku. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diadakan program “Ruang Bermain Edukatif” yang menggabungkan aktivitas bermain dengan kegiatan literasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan mahasiswa, anak-anak, dan masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan seperti survei awal, wawancara, perencanaan program, desain program, menyusun daftar kebutuhan, mempersiapan ruang, hingga pelaksanaan ruang bermain yang meliputi, membaca nyaring, cerdas mengulas buku, menulis cerita dan membuat project kreatif wayang botol. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat dan kemampuan membaca anak-anak, terlihat dari antusiasme yang tinggi, keberanian menyapaikan pendapat, serta kemampuan menulis sederhana. Temuan ini sesuai dengan konsep play-based learning dan emergent literacy, bahwa belajar sambil bermain dapat merangsang perkembangan bahasa dan kemampuan literasi anak secara efektif. Dengan demikian, pengadaan ruang bermain edukatif bisa menjadi strategi alternatif dalam meningkatkan literasi anak usia sekolah dasar sekaligus mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of fifth-grade students of SDN 70 Palembang regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) through health communication and community empowerment activities. The method used was qualitative research with an interactive approach, which included counseling, demonstrations of six-step handwashing practices, and the use of educational media in the form of banners and leaflets. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of PHBS indicators, especially correct handwashing skills and the ability to recognize healthy snacks. Students' enthusiasm in participating in simulations and educational quizzes demonstrated the success of the participatory communication approach. This activity successfully strengthened the role of schools and community health centers in creating a healthier educational environment, by involving students as agents of behavior change. Through this activity, it is hoped that students will be more aware of the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene, and can apply PHBS in their daily lives.

Abstract

The author's purpose of conducting this study was to analyze student learning outcomes on daily tests in social studies learning during the pandemic era whether student scores increased or decreased while students were studying using the online method. The method in this study using the observation method. The observation method is collecting data or information that must be carried out by making observations directly to the place to be investigated. The results of the study, based on student learning outcomes from grades 1-10 on daily tests 1 and 2, the value of students increased in social studies subjects for class VII. This is because students are accustomed to the conditions of learning from home so that they have adapted to study and take advantage of all existing facilities to help their learning process. In conclusion, the use of online learning methods is quite effective in supporting the effectiveness of learning, this is evidenced by the learning outcomes in the daily tests of students which have increased on the 1st daily test to the 2nd daily test. The application of the online method can be well received by students, especially at SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu City in class VII so that students can adapt even though they do not study face-to-face (offline).
