The advancement of the virtual world has formed a generation of Native Digitals who are out of control, unhindered, and connected. The global world is presented freely with negative life values, meaningless and like without God. The use of quiet massive media technology every day for three hours 14 minutes per day can have ungood effects such as stress, depression, even not caring about spirituality. This generation is known to have experienced a major shift in the spiritual world, no longer believing in the existence of God. The question is how to solve the problem of native digital spirituality when churches with all forms of their ministry practices are no longer in demand? How do Christian influencers act in Native Digital outreach? And what kind of Mission and Evangelism can be done? The argument is that Christian influencers have a role and penetration capacity as an answer in missionary actions and evangelism to reach Native Digitals. Several steps of penetration [1] demonstrate the position of Christian influencers as extensions of church ministry in the media space. [2] Maximize mission and evangelism through a high degree of flexibility. [3] Preparation for ministry in a deep spiritual capacity. The purpose of this research is so that Christian influencers can play the highest role as spiritual media in Native Digital spiritual missions and outreach. The second thing is to become a liaison for the Church in the virtual world to bring this generation back to being connected to the local Church. Third, bring this generation to be saved. A research method is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study and observation. It is aimed that through this research (1) new Christian influencers will emerge with spiritual content, (2) conversion and self-recovery of the digital generation will occur, (3) Christian influencers integrated with local churches..

In the frenzy of technological advances and the massive capabilities of social media, it turns out that there is a dangerous space that this generation often doesn't realize, namely loneliness. Since the discovery of internet technology, lonely sufferers have experienced a spike among digital people. They often feel lonely and seemingly asymptomatic. If pastoral stewardship does not address this problem, the digital generation is bound to feel lonely and depressed, which can lead to suicide. They experience a decreased quality of life despite being in the church and parental care. The question is, what are the causes and effects of this problem of loneliness? What practical steps can shepherds take? And what kind of pastoral strategy is there to tackle the loneliness epidemic ravaging the digital generation? The purpose of this study is [1] to describe the causes and adverse effects of loneliness problems. [2] Describe simply practical steps a shepherd can take in dealing with loneliness. [3] Describe her pastoral and stewardship strategies that a solution to the problem of loneliness among this digital generation. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) for journal papers published in 2016-2021. Contribution of this research ; [1] For spiritual practitioners and educators who are directly related to recovery from the loneliness of the digital generation, [2] as a reference for pastoral teams and pastoral candidates in local church stewardship, [3] practical steps for parents in overcoming loneliness problems digital child they experienced.

Spiritual leadership has experienced a significant correction of service responsibilities for God's church. Several reasons are advances in information technology, social media, and financial problems. On the other hand, the digital generation is the majority of the congregation. The facts show that 6 out of 10 people (59%) leave the Christian faith in the first decade of adulthood, and the number 44% - 52% do not go to church. The personality of the digital generation tends to be eroded, while the church leadership seems to have lost the enthusiasm to reach them. The question is how to build the resilience of spiritual leaders in the digital age? What kind of implications and approaches in developing the personality of the Digital Generation can take? The purpose is to describe the steps to build spiritual leadership resilience and explain the implications and mission approaches of digital generation personality development. Research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results are building Spiritual Leadership Resilience by upgrading oneself in contemporary leadership, building friendships, synergizing with other spiritual practitioners, and building worship praise as a medium for spiritual experience. The implications for the digital generation are: Developing the three vocations of the church, building intergenerational relationships and leadership spirit, generating gifts and role effectiveness, and emphasizing the meaning and fulfillment of future leadership functions.

The stewardship of mission churches abroad is urgent and cannot be waiting. BCM Perak as a Local Church in Malaysia stands as a form of outreach to the souls of the Indonesian Migrant Workers who work there, requiring servants of God and leaders who can be relied on them. That is related to the limited number of ministers and leaders of the local church who can speak Indonesian. However, the local congregation, mostly Indonesian workers, does not have sufficient capacity and capability to serve and lead. The local mission church lacks ministers in almost all of its existing ministries. Discipleship is a strategic step to give birth to new Christian ministers and leaders with strategies for discipleship and mentoring of local churches. So that the church does not experience service stagnation and can still be a forum for continuous congregational faith development. This research is using the descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this paper is to provide encouragement and longing for church members to take burdened in taking part in the stewardship of the local church maximally and continuously. The results obtained are an increase in the general number of God's servants as much as 45% of the existing number by looking at the effectiveness and efficiency of stewardship in the local church. AbstrakPenatalayan gereja misi di luar negeri adalah sangat urgen dan tidak dapat ditunda. BCM Perak sebagai Gereja Lokal di Malaysia berdiri sebagai bentuk penjangkauan jiwa jiwa dari Tenaga Kerja Indonesia yang bekerja di sana memerlukan para pelayan Tuhan dan pemimpin pemimpin yang bisa di andalkan. Hal ini berkaitan dengan sangat terbatasnya sekali para pelayan dan pemimpin dari gereja lokal yang memang bisa berbahasa Indonesia. Namun warga gereja yang sebagian besar di isi oleh tenaga kerja Indonesia yang bekerja tidak cukup mempunyai kapasitas dan kapabilitas yang memadai untuk bisa melayani dan juga memimpin. Gereja misi lokal kekurangan pelayan Tuhan hampir diseluruh bagian penatalayan yang ada. Pemuridan adalah menjadi langkah yang strategis untuk dapat melahirkan pelayan dan pemimpin Kristen yang baru strategi pemuridan dan mentoring gereja lokal sehingga gereja tidak mengalami stagnasi pelayanan dan tetap dapat menjadi wadah untuk pembinaan iman jemaat secara kontinyu. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk memberikan dorongan dan kerinduan bagi warga gereja untuk terbeban dalam mengambil bagian dari penatalayanan gereja lokal secara maksimal dan terus berlangsung secara kontinyu. Hasil yang sudah dapat dilihat adalah terjadi peningkatan secara umum jumlah pelayanan Tuhan sebanyak 45% dari jumlah yang ada dengan melihat efektifitas dan efisiensi penatalayanan yang ada dalam gereja lokal.

The faith mature of believers is the duty of church leaders also of all who have received salvation in Christ Jesus. It is also an urgent concern and needs facing by Indonesian male workers working in Malaysian palm oil fields. The people who need help and assistance spiritually to be accompanied and taught about the basic principles of God's Word. It is difficult faced because of the many obstacles and obstacles faced in being able to go to worship and serve God. The reason is, the local church is limited. They do something for them is not maximize. It is because constrained by the existing language and culture. How is the matter STT REAL can provide a little solution in building their faith and spiritual life? And what kind of strategies can be maximized to do for them? By using descriptive qualitative research methods, it is obtaining how the values and data are accurate directly. The purpose of this research is to make a positive contribution to building the Indonesian Christian community, especially those who are working in Malaysia that they remain in the faith and continue to experience good spiritual growth.AbstrakPembinaan iman orang percaya bukan saja menjadi tugas dari para pemimpin gereja namun juga semua orang yang telah menerima keselamatan dalam Kristus Yesus. Hal ini jugalah yang menjadi perhatian dan kebutuhan yang urgen dihadapi oleh para pekerja pria Indonesia yang bekerja di lading lading sawit Malaysia. Mereka adalah orang yang memerlukan bantuan dan pertolongan khususnya secara rohani untuk didampingi dan diajarkan tentang prisn dasar Firman Tuhan. Hal ini menjadi kesulitan yang dihadapi karena banyaknya halangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi untuk bisa pergi beribadah dan melayani Tuhan. Alasan lainnya adalah bagaimana gereja lokal sangat terbatas sekali dapat melayani mereka karena terkendala dengan Bahasa dan budaya yang ada. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana STT REAL memberikan sedikit solusi dalam membina iman dan kehidupan rohani mereka? Dan strategi srategi seperti apa yang bisa dimaksimalkan untuk dikerjakan buat mereka? Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian desktiptif secara kualitatif didapatkan bagaimana nilai dan data data akurat secara langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi positif untuk membangun masyarakat Kristen Indonesia khususnya yang sedang bekerja di Malaysia sehingga tetap bertahan dalam iman dan terus mengalami pertumbuhan kerohanian yang baik.

Many young people or young people use drugs or illegal substances. This is of course a concern for many groups, including teachers or lecturers from educational institutions. If allowed to do so, it will be detrimental to the younger generation who later have an important role in society or the country. So it is necessary to make prevention efforts. The use of illegal substances is certainly harmful to the body and character and mental health. It can even cause death. But why is drug use among the younger generation or students? For this reason, this journal is compiled with the hope of motivating many agencies to make efforts to prevent drug use. AbstrakBanyak anak-anak muda atau generasi muda yang menjadi pengguna dari obat atau zat terlarang. Hal ini tentunya mejadi keresahan banyak kalangan termasuk guru atau dosen dari instansi pendidikan. Bila dibiarkan maka akan merusak generasi muda yang kelak memiliki peranan penting dalam masyarakat ataupun negara. Sehingga Perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan. Penggunaan zat terlarang tentunya berbahaya baik bagi kesehatan tubuh maupun karater dan mental. Bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Namun kenapa penggunaan narkoba justru banyak dikalangan generasi muda atau para pelajar. Untuk itulah jurnal ini disusun dengan harapan dapan menjadi pendorong banyak instansi melakukan upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba.

The task of shepherding has always faced growth challenges and obstacles to this day. The level of spiritual community and the arrival of souls is decreasing among the younger generation, and the emergence of the hybrid medium as a system born in the digital era is another challenge. Pastoral relationships and stewardship particularly with this digital native tend to widen and lose their essential value. How can shepherding be consistent and sustainable in this digital age? Such a strategy is the solution? The purposes of this study are to describe the steps of grazing consistency and resilience; redefine the duties and responsibilities of a shepherd according to biblical standards; provide practical steps in pastoral care in the digital age. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The result is a contribution to church pastors to continue to be motivated and persist in their calling for service; to spiritual practitioners to be able to work together with pastoral teams to serve souls, and to be a source of reference for pioneering pastoralists and prospective pastors in later. AbstrakTugas penggembalaan selalu mengalami tantangan dan hambatan yang besar sampai hari ini. Tingkat komunitas rohani dan kedatangan jiwa menurun diantara generasi muda serta munculnya hybrid medium sebagai sistem yang lahir dari era digital menjadi tantangan lainnya. Hubungan dan penatalayanan gembala khususnya dengan native digital cenderung melebar dan kehilangan nilai yang esensial. Bagaimanakah penggembalaan tetap konsisten dan bertahan dalam era digital ini? Strategi seperti yang menjadi solusi? Tujuan dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk menjelaskan langkah konsistensi dan resiliensi penggembalaan; menggambarkan kembali tugas dan tanggung jawab dari seorang gembala menurut standar Alkitab; memberikan langkah praktis dalam pelayanan penggembalaan di era digital. Metode yang digunakan dengan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya berupa kontribusi kepada para gembala gereja untuk terus termotivasi dan bertahan dalam panggilan pelayanan; kepada praktisi rohani untuk dapat bekerja-sama dengan team penggembalaan melayani jiwa jiwa; menjadi sumber referensi bagi penggembalaan perintisan dan calon calon pendeta dalam di kemudian hari.

Special attention was paid to the church as a New Testament divine institution with a pastor's role as a spiritual father who was the key in shepherding the digital generation to find an entire Christian life. It did not happen because of discontinuity in functions such as motivational factors, world pressures, and the wrong mentality of the shepherd. They should be maximized the part of the shepherd as a spiritual father in the digital era. The question was, what is the role and function of the spiritual father according to Paul in 1 Corinthians 4:14-21? And what is the strategy for developing the quality of spiritual fathers in existing pastoral leadership? The purpose of this study is [1] to explain the role and function of spiritual fathers as spiritual fathers referred to by Paul in 1 Corinthians 4:14-21, [2] to define strategies in developing the quality of spiritual fathers in maximum shepherding. This study concludes that the role and function of spiritual fathers in the digital era is [1] Disciplining and teaching the digital generation as loved children (v14). [2] Gospel-centered ministry is a key in character building (v15). [3] The spiritual father has the maximum life in exemplary (v16). [4] Creating and preparing new leaders from the digital generation to the future (v17).

The virtual world affects the growth of the spiritual lifestyle of the digital generation. The digital era is in a different quality of church leadership. A breakthrough in servant leadership by looking at Jesus' leadership is very significant. This article raises servant leadership as a solution to building a digital generation lifestyle. The question is; what is Servant Leadership in the Bible? How is the practice? And what strategies are used in developing a digital generation lifestyle? The objectives of the research are [1] to describe the biblical notion of servant leadership, [2] to explain the practice of leadership, and [3] to formulate strategies for developing a digital generation lifestyle. The research method is descriptive and qualitative. Servant leadership is [1] based on empathy, communication, and adaptability in small groups. [2] Passionate non-judgmental spirituality, and good verbal communication. [3] The strategy of forming a digital generation lifestyle with the capacity of the gift of the Holy Spirit, actions to become a beloved leader, and building high integrity. Research contributions; [1] pastoral team in serving the digital generation, [2] reference sources in the practice of spiritual ministry,[3] for prospective pastors and students from theological schools who are prepared to become church leaders.AbstrakDunia virtual telah mempengaruhi pertumbuhan lifestyle rohani gene-rasi digital. Artikel ini mengangkat kepemimpinan pelayan sebagai solusi membangun lifestyle generasi digital. Pertanyaannya; apakah yang dimaksud Kepemimpinan Pelayan dalam Injil? Bagaimana praktik-nya? Serta strategi apakah yang digunakan dalam membangun lifestyle generasi digital? Tujuan dari penelitian [1] Menjabarkan pengertian kepemimpinan pela-yan yang Alkitabiah, [2] Menjelaskan praktek dalam kepemimpinan tersebut, [3] Merumuskan strategi dalam pembangunan lifestyle generasi digital. The advancement of the virtual world has shaped the millennial generation and beyond to become digital natives who are out of control, without obstacles, and connected. The global world is presented freely with negative values of life, absurd, meaningless, and seemingly without God. The emphasis is on how to rebuild this fallen, weak, and chaotic native digital self-image. The goal is that through music and kerygma strategies, these Christian influencers can become a catalyst for the digital generation to return to God with the proper self-image. So it is an essential solution because the virtual space has a vast scope, without limits and high flexibility after church services have begun to be abandoned. A research method is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study and observation. It is hoped that through this research: (1)New Christian influencers will emerge with spiritual content, (2)The millennial generation will repent and recover, (3)So that they will return and be integrated with the church. Future research is expected to be quantitative to see how strong the influence of changes and new strategies can be as alternative solutions.
