Qualitative research with a literature study and observation approach. The research results on the theology of giving according to biblical truth are 1. They are giving with love. 2. Give by faith. 3. Giving willingly, sincerely, and joyfully. 4. Give your best, not what's left. 5. Giving in all circumstances. 6. Sow bountifully you will reap; sow will reap little. 7. Giving impacts this world and the life to come. This application of the theology of giving is threefold: teaching, modeling, and organising.

The research center numbers released the results of the 2021 survey, where generation Z has the smallest spiritual index of 3.50, while the spiritual index of Indonesia is 3.79. The index of understanding dimensions is low, namely 3.13 for self-image and 3.40 for motivation. This paper aims to find a new pastoral strategy in reaching generation Z for self-image restoration and motor development. The next goal is to build synergy with parents in spiritual growth. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through literature study and observation. The argument is that shepherds play an essential role in developing the understanding dimension of Generation Z. The first step is to restore self-image with the Family Healing Movement with parents. The second thing is that pastors provide spiritual assistance to develop motivation and improve pastoral services on social media through counseling and training guidance. Her contribution; 1) pastors work together with parents to become inspirations and mediators in recovery, 2) spiritual practitioners take a fundamental part in social media, 3) maximize the pioneering of shepherding young people by new shepherds.

The Batak Toba tribe applies a patrilineal kinship system passed down from generation to generation. And if, in the current context, gender differentiation and inheritance rights that are more dominant for men than women are still rigidly applied, it is not following the position of women as God's creatures who are equal to men. In addition, this does not follow human rights. The study aims to explain gender differentiation and the granting of actual inheritance rights in a theological study. This study provides a practical solution for customary leaders in the community to adapt and adjust Biblical values. The research method uses a qualitative ethnographic approach. The results are [1] The Bible explicitly provides gender equality and inheritance rights to men and women based on the love of God the Father. [2] The patrilineal kinship system should undergo significant adaptation and value adjustments in the diaspora. [3] The church guides church members and is socialized to the leaders of clan holders in the diaspora.

The advancement of the virtual world has formed a generation of Native Digitals who are out of control, unhindered, and connected. The global world is presented freely with negative life values, meaningless and like without God. The use of quiet massive media technology every day for three hours 14 minutes per day can have ungood effects such as stress, depression, even not caring about spirituality. This generation is known to have experienced a major shift in the spiritual world, no longer believing in the existence of God. The question is how to solve the problem of native digital spirituality when churches with all forms of their ministry practices are no longer in demand? How do Christian influencers act in Native Digital outreach? And what kind of Mission and Evangelism can be done? The argument is that Christian influencers have a role and penetration capacity as an answer in missionary actions and evangelism to reach Native Digitals. Several steps of penetration [1] demonstrate the position of Christian influencers as extensions of church ministry in the media space. [2] Maximize mission and evangelism through a high degree of flexibility. [3] Preparation for ministry in a deep spiritual capacity. The purpose of this research is so that Christian influencers can play the highest role as spiritual media in Native Digital spiritual missions and outreach. The second thing is to become a liaison for the Church in the virtual world to bring this generation back to being connected to the local Church. Third, bring this generation to be saved. A research method is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study and observation. It is aimed that through this research (1) new Christian influencers will emerge with spiritual content, (2) conversion and self-recovery of the digital generation will occur, (3) Christian influencers integrated with local churches..

The manifestation of the gift of the Holy Spirit in the early church demonstrates the capacity of supernatural power and work in the midst of the community of believers. However, according to time, especially in the development of technology, science and social media in the church, the tendency of today's ministry is more about the number of congregations, physical and financial development. The Church tends to weaken in the development of the gift of the Holy Spirit to the laity especially in generation Z. The Church has not only lost momentum in reaching out and making disciples, but has also stagnated in developing the capacity of the gifts of the Holy Spirit for the sucked Generation Z. The purpose of the study was to explain the strategies used in the development of the gift of the Holy Spirit to generation Z in the local church in the digital age. If the church does not have a clear strategy for developing the gift of the Holy Spirit to them, it will lose the spirit of evangelism, the manifestation of God's power and spiritual maturity amid disruptive technology. Research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The construction of research in establishing mechanisms for the development of this gift relates to [1] The emphasis of teaching to Gen Z is widely underestimated. [2] Mechanisms for developing their leadership gifts from the beginning, [3] Methods relating to the provision of space and responsibility, and [4] Patterns of worship and service in the balanced use of technology.
