Abstract

The research center numbers released the results of the 2021 survey, where generation Z has the smallest spiritual index of 3.50, while the spiritual index of Indonesia is 3.79. The index of understanding dimensions is low, namely 3.13 for self-image and 3.40 for motivation. This paper aims to find a new pastoral strategy in reaching generation Z for self-image restoration and motor development. The next goal is to build synergy with parents in spiritual growth. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through literature study and observation. The argument is that shepherds play an essential role in developing the understanding dimension of Generation Z. The first step is to restore self-image with the Family Healing Movement with parents. The second thing is that pastors provide spiritual assistance to develop motivation and improve pastoral services on social media through counseling and training guidance. Her contribution; 1) pastors work together with parents to become inspirations and mediators in recovery, 2) spiritual practitioners take a fundamental part in social media, 3) maximize the pioneering of shepherding young people by new shepherds.

Abstract

Multi dimension shepherd leadership is urgent in the digital age. They move with this model in their vision and insight into the socio-cultural transformation of ordinary people to digital. Shepherd is experiencing mental and emotional health problems. They choose to withdraw from church services because of fatigue, loneliness, and mental disorders. The question what is the meaning of multi-dimension pastoral leadership? What form of multi-dimension leadership is needed? And what strategies can be developed? The purpose of the research is to explain the meaning of multi-dimension pastoral leadership, describe emotional intelligence as an integral part of balanced multi-dimension leadership, and describe the strategies that can be carried out in the development of multidimensional pastoral leadership. The research method used with a qualitative description explores the understanding of multi-dimension leadership in general and its current development. Then the discussion of the shepherd's emotional intelligence continued with the stages and dimensions that can be applied, the description of the multi-dimension leadership service strategy physically and virtually. The result is that multi-dimension leadership relies on the shepherd's emotional intelligence in communication, interaction, innovation, and creativity; Leadership is evolving and is greatly appreciated. Shepherds have multidimensional abilities creating breakthroughs in responding to these challenges

Abstract

Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia are the main source of the country's huge foreign exchange income. Within the church, their number alone is relatively large spread across the peninsula. The Lord's Church serves them as souls in need of strength and discipleship in the faith. Church leadership becomes important in directing the life of faith and also in the management of future lives. In addition to making them obedient people from the example of servant leaders, the church is also responsible for bringing them to love their fellow human beings with their finances in terms of giving. The question is first, what is the correct method of teaching the theology of giving to migrant workers? And what kind of servant leadership strategy do you expect? Research method with qualitative description. The purpose of the study is to describe the basis and pattern of Biblical giving and to explain appropriate servant leadership strategies for Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia AbstrakPekerja migran Indonesia di Malaysia menjadi sumber utama pemasukan devisa negara yang sangat besar. Dalam gereja, jumlah mereka sendiri terbilang relative besar yang tersebar di semenanjung. Gereja Tuhan melayani mereka sebagai jiwa yang perlu kekuatan dan pemuridan dalam iman. Kepemimpinan gereja menjadi penting dalam mengarahkan kehidupan iman dan juga management kehidupan masa depan. Selain menjadikan mereka umat yang taat dari keteladanan pemimpin yang melayani, gereja juga bertanggung jawab untuk membawa mereka dapat mengasihi sesama manusia dengan keuangan mereka dalam hal memberi. Pertanyaan nya dalah pertama, bagaiamana metode mengajarkan teologi memberi yang benar buat para pekerja migran? Dan strategi kepemimpinan pelayan seperti apa yang di harapkan? Metode penelitian dengan dekripsi kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk menggambarkan kepemimpinan di gereja sangat berpengaruh memberikan andil dalam mendorong umat untuk memberi.

Abstract

GenerationZ Indonesian migrant workers every year has increased the number in Malaysia. The local church in Malaysia has a big task and responsibility amid the limitations of language, culture, and leadership patterns in shaping their leadership character for God's church in the future. Even if they are migrant workers in foreign countries, they have the opportunity to become spiritual leaders of the church in the future. This study provides an update on the pastoral steps of local Malaysian churches toward the formation of leadership for Indonesian migrant workers. What is the pattern of church leadership of the local Malaysian church in the format of this GenerationZ leadership? And what strategies are used? The purpose of this research is to describe the leadership strategy of the local Malaysian church in shaping the character and leadership of Generasi Z Indonesian citizens. The research method is descriptive and qualitative. Contribution [1] to pastors and missionaries to maximize local church services in Malaysia [2] as a reference for Indonesian pastors in preparing leaders for the younger Generation of the church.[3] for the Malaysian church in outreach to incoming migrant workers.  Abstrak: Pekerja migran Indonesia ke Malaysia setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan jumlah dengan prosentase terbesar berasal dari Generasierasi Z. Gereja lokal Malaysia mendapat tugas dan tanggung jawab besar di tengah keterbatasan bahasa, budaya dan pola kepemimpinan dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan mereka untuk gereja Tuhan di masa mendatang. Sekalipun pekerja migran di negara asing, mereka mempunyai kesempatan untuk menjadi pemimpin pemimpin rohani gereja di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini memberikan pembaharuan kepada langkah penggembalaan gereja lokal Malaysia terhadap pembentukan kepemimpinan pekerja migran Indonesia. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana pola kepemimpinan pastoral gereja lokal Malaysia dalam pembentukan kepemimpinan Generasierasi Z ini? Dan strategi apakah yang digunakan? Tujuan penelitian menggambarkan srategi kepemimpinan gereja lokal Malaysia dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepemimpinan Generasi Z warga Indonesia. Metode penelitian dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Kontribusi [1] kepada gembala dan praktisi misi untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan gereja lokal di Malaysia [2] sebagai referensi bagi misionaris Indonesia dalam persiapan kepemimpinan Generasierasi muda dalam gereja.[3] bagi gereja Malaysia dalam penjangkauan pekerja migran yang datang.

Abstract

The phenomenon of religious exclusivity does not only occur with other religions but in one religion. The phenomenon of religious exclusivity does not only occur between religious adherents but also between groups of people within the same religion. This phenomenon can be seen in the district of East Sumba, where there is still persecution of priests of different denominations, bullying related to the caste of the congregation, and pastors are higher than others, in local culture. This article provides an understanding of the spirituality of the church's egalitarianism in anticipating Sumba's socio-cultural institutions in placing equal values and rights of everyone in the eyes of God and others, according to Philippians 2:1-8. Research with a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review found that churches in East Sumba Regency must be inclusive by opening themselves up to existing differences, not just doctrinal differences, but also ethnicity and caste egocentricity which must be minimized. The spirituality of the egalitarianism of the church is a divine value to continue to work on, through the existing local culture with the leaders of the people and the nobles (maramba), who sit together in divine leadership. Whole human development in the work of Christ's salvation is the focus of the church, with equal actions by leaders from any caste, open and providing equal opportunities for every believer in the local culture.  AbstrakFenomena eksklusivitas beragama bukan saja terjadi dengan agama lainnya tetapi dalam satu Fenomena eksklusivitas beragama bukan saja terjadi antarpemeluk agama, namun juga antarkelompok umat dalam satu agama. Fenomena ini dapat dilihat di daerah Kabupaten Sumba Timur, di mana masih terjadi persekusi terhadap pendeta yang berbeda denominasi, perundungan terkait kasta jemaat, bahwa pendeta lebih tinggi dari yang lain, dalam budaya lokal. Artikel ini memberikan pemahaman spiritualitas egalitarianisme gereja dalam mengantisipasi pranata sosial budaya Sumba dalam mendudukakn kesejajaran nilai dan hak setiap orang yang sama di mata Tuhan dan sesama, menurut Filipi 2:1-8. Penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kajian literatur menemukan bahwa gereja di Kabupaten Sumba Timur harus bersikap inklusif dengan membuka diri terhadap perbedaan yang ada, bukan sekadar perbedaan doktrin, tetapi juga egosentris sukuisme dan kasta yang harus diminimalisir. Spiritualitas egalitarianisme gereja menjadi nilai ilahi untuk terus dikerjakan, melalui budaya lokal yang ada dengan para pemimpin umat dan para bangsawan (maramba), yang duduk bersama dalam kepemimpinan Ilahi. Pembangunan manusia seutuhnya di dalam karya keselamatan Kristus menjadi fokus utama gereja, dengan tindakan kesetaraan para pemimpin dari kalangan kasta apa pun, terbuka dan memberi kesempatan yang sama untuk setiap orang percaya dalam lingkup budaya lokal.

Abstract

Data menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z akan menjadi 27% dari tenaga kerja pada tahun 2025, hal ini membuat pentingnya keragaman, kesetaraan, dan inklusi dalam dunia kerja. Hanya 10% dari mereka yang disebut sebagai “resilient disciples”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperlihatkan peran gereja dalam pendidikan profesional Generasi Z dan mencari strategi yang tepat. Metodenya adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan studi literatur. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 4D-R adalah model pemuridan generasi Z yang diterapkan melalui mentor antar generasi dan membuat generasi Z menjadi pusat vokasi dan pelayanan gereja lokal.

Abstract

Gembala jemaat berpengaruh besar untuk membangun kembali kepribadian generasi “Z” di tengah kecanduan teknologi dan dekadensi moral. Hal ini bersifat mendesak karena pendidikan agama di sekolah dan keluarga belum cukup untuk membangun religiusitas mereka. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah membangun motivasi dan konsistensi religius generasi Z yang mengalami disruptif akibat kemajuan teknologi, globalisasi dan komunitas virtual “tanpa Tuhan”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode pengambilan data melalui studi literature. Hasil penelitian yaitu Kepemimpinan gembala jemaat yang kekinian sangat mendesak, manajemen modern diperlukan dan gembala jemaat sebagai penerobos dalam ruang hybrid; gembala jemaat bukan saja menunjukkan nilai kasih yang tinggi dan selalu siap menjadi sahabat sejati, namun produktif dan kreatif ; Bentuk ruang konseling untuk kemajuan dimensi pemahaman dan citra diri generasi Z dengan unsur roh, kasih dan semangat senantiasa disediakan; Motivasi pertumbuhan dan konsistensi, menghargai proses menjadi dasar gembala jemaat dalam memberikan bimbingan vokasi dan kepemimpinan di dunia kerja dan gereja kepada generasi Z. Shepherds are influential in rebuilding the personality of generation “Z” in the midst of technology addiction and moral decadence. This is urgent because religious education in schools and families is not enough to build their religiosity. The purpose of this writing is to build the motivation and religious consistency of Generation Z which is disruptive due to technological advances, globalization and "Godless" virtual communities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods through literature studies. The results of the study are that the current pastoral leadership is very urgent, modern management is needed and the shepherd is an intruder in the hybrid space; Shepherds not only show a high value of love and are always ready to be true friends, but are productive and creative; Counseling room forms for the advancement of Z generation's dimensions of understanding and self-image with elements of spirit, love and enthusiasm are always provided; Motivation for growth and consistency, respect for process is the basis for pastors in providing vocational guidance and leadership in the world of work and the church to generation Z.

Abstract

Pasca Revolusi Industry 4.0 telah menunjukkan perkembangan mutakhir dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Bersamaan kehadiran Internet of Things dan Artificial Intelligent justru meninggalkan dampak negative kualitas peradaban kemanusiaan normal maupun religius yang tergerus. Komunikasi verbal, komunitas manusia  berbudaya dan kehidupan fisik religious beralih kepada ruang maya, komunikasi virtual dan aplikasi. Namun ada harapan baru dalam era Society 5.0 yang berfokus kepada sinergisitas manusia dan teknologi. Tetapi para teolog dalam Gereja, Sekolah Tinggi Teologi dan institusi lainnya terkesan lambat dan kurang sensitive melakukan suatu terobosan, khususnya berkaitan dengan humanisasi peradaban kekinian. Tujuan penulisan ini menjelaskan peran dan langkah teolog dalam praktek ruang untuk memberi dasar Alkitabiah dalam humanisasi peradaban era society 5.0. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskripstif dengan pendekatan study literature. Konstruksinya adalah teolog berperan dalam; [1] Pengajaran dan praktek Alkitabiah yang fundamental tentang humanisasi peradaban. [2] Antisipasi teori humanisasi peradaban global yang menekan. [3] Pembangunan profetik kepemimpinan humanis generasi digital [4] Pembangunan manusia seutuhnya secara lokal dan global. Kesimpulan bahwa peran dan langkah teolog berpengaruh besar dalam Pengajaran dasar tentang peradaban kemanusiaan Alkitabiah di tengah peradaban baru era society 5.0. Selain itu teolog harus mampu menggunakan ruang hybrid dan mix method dalam metode pelayanan dan kotbah pengajaran secara simultan atau partial. Sarannya adalah komunitas para teolog senior maupun muda secara kontinyu mempresentasikan theology humanisasi dalam seminar dan pelatihan untuk mengantisipasi peradaban dunia yang berubah. Hal paling terpenting adalah para teolog harus sensitive dan menjadi bagian dalam kegerakan humanisasi peradaban khususnya di kalangan generasi milenial

Abstract

Digital natives face self-image problems due to the development of social media. They consider themselves spiritual but not spiritual and are not interested in the church. A foul value system, as well as “Godless”, immoral, unethical, violent, and disparaging content of religion, are spreading without a hitch. All of these things started at a young age. If not answered immediately, this generation can be lost from moral civilization and the correct self-image. So the question arises, what form of synergy is there between the church and spiritual influencers in restoring a native digital self-image? What concrete steps should be? And what is the form of a Biblical native digital self-image? The purpose of this study,[1] is to explain synergies between churches and Christian influencers in the recovery of digital natives. [2] to describe the steps to the restoration of the self-image of this digital generation. [3] Explaining the native digital self-image according to Bible. Church research arguments and spiritual influencers play a role in restoring the native digital self-image. It is by optimizing the synergistic character of the church and synergistic spiritual influencers based on the Bible. The construction of the approach used in maximizing the existing synergies, namely by [1] self-image restoration missions as the basis of spiritual service, [2] spiritual influencer acting as extensions of church services, and [3] methods that focus on transformation, actions to accommodate growth and evangelism. Descriptive qualitative research method with literature study. The practical contribution of expanding church services, stimulating the birth of spiritual influencers, and creating sustainable synergies.
