Abstract

Quality health services is one of the basic needs of each individual community acquired, health care quality will be felt by the patient if delivery is felt exceed patient expectations. This study aims to assess the level of satisfaction with quality of services pregnant women antenatal care in Primary Health Care Markanding Muaro Jambi. This research is descriptive quantitative method SERVQUAL (Services Quality). The study population was all pregnant women who are still active during their pregnancy were more than twice in Health Center Markanding Muaro Jambi with samples from pregnant women who come to the health center during the study (1 month) is taken by total sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed with Cartesian Diagram. Based on the research that has been done shows that the satisfaction of patients (pregnant women) to antenatal care services in Health Center Markanding, given the level of conformity between expectation and reality on the dimensions of reliability of 65,6%, the dimension of confidence (assurance) of 69,8%, dimensions of concern (empathy) amounted to 62,1% and the dimensions of direct evidence (tangible) amounted to 69,1%. Priority improved by Cartesian diagram is the ability of midwifes to be responsive resolve patient complaints, attention to complaints of patients and their families, care for patients regardless of social status. most respondents are not satisfied with the services at the health center for antenatal care Markanding Muaro Jambi

Abstract

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 showed that around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension, meaning that 1 in 3 people in the world are diagnosed with hypertension. The number of people with hypertension continues to increase every year, it is estimated that by 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people affected by hypertension, and it is estimated that each year 9.4 million people die from hypertension and its complications. Measurement of blood pressure in children and adolescents is needed to detect whether there is a tendency for hypertension in children and adolescents. The management of hypertension in children and adolescents can reduce the prevalence of hypertension in adulthood. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of Behavioral Risk Factors for Prevention of Hypertension in Adolescents in the Work Area of ​​the Mendahara Public Health Center, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research type with a cross sectional design with 117 adolescents in the working area of ​​the Puskesmas. The treasurer is 13-18 years old. The sampling technique is random sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire and was carried out in August 2020. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between behavioral risk factors and efforts to prevent adolescent hypertension in the work area of ​​Mendahara Public Health Center, Tanjabtim Regency ((p <0.05). The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the Puskesmas Treasurer for early detection of the risk of hypertension in adolescents in an effort to prevent hypertension in adulthood

Abstract

Posyandu lansia sangat penting bagi lansia, hal tersebut dikarenakan dengan datang ke posyandu lansia maka lansia akan dapat mencegah terjadinya penyakit tidak menular (PTM). Di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Puskesmas Sungai Duren memiliki cakupan posyandu lansia yang kurang optimal, cakupan hanya 58,4%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan kader dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah lansia yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Duren dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 95 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang memanfaatkan posyandu lansia sebesar 29,2%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p-0,002), dukungan keluarga (p=0,002) dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Tidak ada dubungan antara sikap (p=0,671) dan dukungan kader (p=0,157) dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Duren berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga.Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan posyandu lansia Posyandu for the elderly is very important for the elderly, this is because by coming to the Posyandu for the elderly, the elderly will be able to prevent the occurrence of non-communicable diseases (PTM). In Muaro Jambi District, Sungai Duren Community Health Center has less than optimal coverage for the elderly posyandu, only 58.4%. The results showed that the respondents who used the elderly posyandu were 29.2%. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-0.002), family support (p=0.002) and the use of posyandu for the elderly. There was no correlation between attitude (p=0.671) and cadre support (p=0.157) with the use of posyandu for the elderly. Based on this, it can be concluded that the use of posyandu for the elderly in the working area of Sungai Duren Health Center is related to family knowledge and support.Keywords: Utilization of Posyandu for the elderly

Abstract

Hypertension is a national problem in Jambi Province and East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This situation is exacerbated by low regularity of taking medication in East Tanjung Jabung Regency (39.07%), which is far below the national figure of 54.40%. The behavior of taking medication regularly is closely related to a person's adherence to following recommended or prescribed treatment process. In this regard, the study aims to determine effectiveness of video educational media increasing family support and adherence of hypertensive patients to undergo treatment process. Research is quasi-experimental and non-randomized pre-post for control group. The participants were determined by non-probability with 40 people for intervention group and 40 people as controls. The independent sample difference test used Mann-Whitney test and paired sample difference test used Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test. Determine effectiveness of intervention using N-Gain Score test. Results before intervention there was no significant difference between intervention and control groups regarding family support (Asymp. Sig. = 0.853), as well as regard level of adherence (Asymp. Sig. = 0.785). After intervention, there were significant differences regarding family support (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000) and level of adherence (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000). There were significant differences regarding family support and adherence, before and after the intervention, both in intervention and control groups (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000). Video is effective increasing family support (average 47.23%) and compliance (average 53.07%), with moderate effectiveness. The Randomized controlled trials (RCTs), the larger sample sizes, longer follow-up periods, and objectives and outcomes measurements face limitations in the study. Additional future needs to explore complementary intervention or multi-component approaches to optimize hypertension management and patient outcomes
