Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment and selection on PT Meta Global Triasha (X-Sha Survey Singaparna plaza) with a population or respondents of 43 employees. This research method uses explanatory research, while the sampling technique uses saturated samples. So 43 people used it. The data sources used are primary data sources and the data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. in this research. This analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. In the hypothesis testing process, the Simultaneous Test (F) and Partial Test (T) are used. The research results show that in recruitment and selection, the performance of PT Meta Global Triasha X-Sha Outlet Singaparna Plaza employees has very good assessment qualifications. simultaneous recruitment and selection have a significant effect on the performance of PT Meta Global X-Sha employees (Survey of X-Sha Outlet Singaparna Plaza employees). Recruitment partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Meta Global Triasha X-Sha Singparna Plaza. Selection has a partial effect on the performance of employees at PT Meta Global Triasha.

Abstract

This research took place at Melyn Konveksi and aims to determine the influence of the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance among Melyn Konveksi employees. This research involved the use of survey methods with a quantitative approach, the sample used was 40 people aged 18-50 years who worked at Melyn Konveksi. Data processing is carried out from primary and secondary data sources. The research data was then processed by testing validity and reliability, classical assumption testing, statistical analysis testing, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS Version 25 application. Based on the F test, it shows that the Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously do not significantly influence Employee Performance. The results of the T test show that the Work Environment and Work Motivation do not partially influence employee performance significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at TASCO Minimart. The method used by the author in this study is a  quantitative approach with sampling techniques using saturated or census samples. The target population in this study were 8 TASCO Minimart outlets with 65 employees in admin, cashier and sales assistant positions. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results show that simultaneously compensation and career development have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. And partially Career Development has a significant effect on employee performance at TASCO Minimart.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Office of Education and Culture Office of Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 71 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya district education and culture office. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Simultaneously organizational climate and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The test results show that partially organizational climate variables have a significant effect on employee performance, as well as work discipline variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine compensation, job satisfaction, and work productivity of employees at Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya. The effect of compensation on the work productivity of Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. The effect of job satisfaction on the work productivity of Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that compensation is included in the very good category, job satisfaction is included in the good category, and work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees is included in the good category. There is a positive effect of compensation on work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. There is a positive influence of job satisfaction on work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of trust and social media simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Al-Kinan Collection store. The partial influence of trust and social media on purchasing decisions at the Al-Kinan Collection store. The method used in this research is causal descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents from Al-Kinan Collection shop consumers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of simultaneous testing of trust and social media have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the trust variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the social media variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research aims to first understand and analyze the overview of Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Work Productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Second, to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Third, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Compensation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fourth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Motivation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fifth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research results indicate that Compensation falls under the good category, Work Motivation falls under the good category, Work Discipline falls under the very good category, and work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya falls under the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Compensation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Motivation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of Prasetya Bunda Hospital employees in Tasikmalaya. The population that will be the subject of the research is the employees of the Medical Department of the Prasetya Bunda Hospital in Tasikmalaya with a sample of 190 employees. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection using questionnaires, interviews, field studies, and literature studies. Data analysis is done with Validity Test, Reability, Interval Value (NJI), Method Of Successive Interval, Classic Assumption Test and multiple linear regression test to test the relationship between variables of organizational commitment, work motivation, and employee performance. The important points from the results of the research are the commitment of the employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital Tasikmalaya which is included in the high category. The work motivation of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees is included in the very high category. The performance of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees is included in the very high category. Simultaneous Effects: Organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance on the employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital Tasikmalaya. Partial Effect: Partially, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance in Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees, as well as work motivation. With this result, it can be concluded that organizational commitment and work motivation play an important role in encouraging high employee performance in the employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Currently, competition among companies in the beauty industry is increasing rapidly. In the midst of intense competition, Somethinc tries to implement various appropriate marketing strategies to attract consumer buying interest, one of which is utilizing the Korean Wave phenomenon by appointing NCT Dream and Han So Hee as Brand Ambassadors. In addition to the Korean Wave Brand Ambassador variable, the Brand Image variable and the Brand Awareness variable will be measured in this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Korean Wave Brand Ambassadors, Brand Image and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decision of Somethinc Products in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Somethinc Products. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that the Korean Wave Brand Ambassador, Brand Image and Brand Awareness have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the Purchase Decision of Somethinc Products in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research purposse to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance and competence, both simultaneously and partially, on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Transportation Service. The method used in this research is a survey with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 99 State Civil Apparatus as respondents. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show simultaneously there is a significant influence of Work Life Balance and Competence on Employee Performance and that partially the variables used in the research, namely work life balance and competency, have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tasikmalaya City Transportation Service.
