<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work experience on employee performance at PT Swat Kota Tasikmalaya. The method used was quantitative with a research sample of 40 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Work Discipline and Work Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work experience partially has a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance in civil servants at the Tasikmalaya City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The research method used is survey method, data obtained directly through questionnaires to 83 respondents taken from civil servants. Sample withdrawal using saturated sampling and the analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tasikmalaya City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office simultaneously. While partially, the work environment shows a positive value and significant effect, and for work discipline shows a positive value but has no significant effect. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product completeness and product quality on purchasing decisions at Toko Kusen Beton Semoga Jaya. The research method used is the survey method, with a sample of consumers with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Simultaneously product completeness and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Kusen Beton Semoga Jaya. Partially product completeness does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of Talent Management and Job Insecurity on work productivity (survey of Ninja Ekspress employees in Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this research is causality through a survey approach. This research is quantitative research using the causality method with a survey approach. The sample in this research was 74 Ninja Ekspress warehouse employees. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The research results show that Talent Management, Job Insecurity and Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya City Ninja Express Employees have a very good assessment classification. Talent Management and Job Insecurity simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya City Ninja Express Employees. Talent Management partially has a significant effect on the work productivity of Ninja Ekspress employees in Tasikmalaya City. Job Insecurity partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya City Ninja Express Employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli pada toko Queensha.Id Pengaruh Kualitas Produk secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli pada toko Queensha.Id. Pengaruh Citra Merek secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli pada toko Queensha.Id. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of fashion trends and promotions simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Sheika Hijab Stores. The influence of fashion trends and promotions partially on purchasing decisions at the Sheika Hijab Store. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents to the Sheika Hijab Shop. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Based on data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test are processed to produce the regression equation as follows: Y = 1750.862 + 0.527 X1 + 0.436 X2. Simultaneously fashion trends and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an fcount of 273.244 and a significance level of 0.000. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.849 or 84.9%. shows the influence of fashion trends and promotions on purchasing decisions and the remaining 15.1% is the influence of other variables outside the variables used in this study. Partially the fashion trend variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the promotion variable partially having a significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>
