This purpose of this study to determine the influence of work environment and work stress on employee performance (Survey on production employees at PT. PERNAS Kabupaten Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents who are a production employees. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work environment and work stress has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work environment has positive and significant influence on employee performance. Partially work stress has positive and significant on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of performance elvaluation on employee loyalty Adlib.Id (convection) through job satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative approach with a research sample of 40 respondents from Adlib.Id Convection Employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is path analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that performance evaluation has a direct effect on employee loyalty. Based on the results of the study, Performance Evaluation has no effect on Job Satisfaction, not significant effect. Based on the results of Job Satisfaction, the effect on Employee Loyalty does not have an insignificant effect. Based on the results of the study, the effect of Performance Evaluation on Employee Loyalty through Job Satisfaction is not significant, it has no effect.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and turnover intention on employee performance in the Tasikmalaya AN Sport convection production section. The method used in this research is quantitative. With a research sample of 50 people as respondents of the Tasikmalaya Sport Convection Employees based on 50 known population data. The data used is primary data. Simultaneously, work discipline and turnover intention have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, for the turnover intention variable it has no significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at bagja nur abadi Rajapolah company. The research method used is quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 45 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on performance. Partially, the work motivation has a significant effect on performance.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Promotion and Product Completeness on Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is the causality method with a survey approach. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study used Acidental Sampling with a total sample of 100 people who were Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya consumers. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Promotion and Product Completeness simultaneously influenced Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and communication simultaneously on employee performance at Ahass Subur Jaya Marta Tasikmalaya City. Partial influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at Ahass Subur Jaya Marta Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and survey approach. With a research sample of 40 people as respondents to Ahass Subur Jaya Marta Tasikmalaya City based on 40 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously work discipline and communication have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work discipline variable haspositive but not significant effect on employee performance. Communication variable, which partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the purchasing decision of Qweenaa Shop fashion products based on promotion online through social media and product variations (survey of Qweenaa Shop Tasikmalaya consumers). The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, causal method and survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Qweenaa Shop. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that online promotions through social media and product variations have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions on fashion products at Qweenaa Shop Tasikmalaya.

This research used in this research is quantitative research. This study describes the influence of perceived price and service quality on service purchasing decisions at computer & service kiosks in Singapore. So the type of research taken is quantitative research with a Causal Descriptive survey method. The survey in this study was for customers of Singaparna Computer & Service Kiosks with a sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Liner Regression Analysis using SPPS V.25 Software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously perceived price and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially Perceived Price has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Performance is the output or final result of work done by employees in a certain period, the work done by employees must be in accordance with the provisions set by the organization for their employees. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Leadership Style variable and the Work Motivation variable on the measured performance. The population used in this study was 45 Bantarkalong Vocational High School teachers. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 45 Bantarkalong Vocational High School teachers. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh variabel media sosial dan influencer terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Scarlett Whitening di wilayah Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen produk Scarlett Whitening yang berada di wilayah Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 100 orang. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa media sosial dan influencer secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen produk Scarlett Whitening di wilayah Kota Tasikmalaya. Media sosial secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Influencer secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kata Kunci : Media Sosial, Influencer, Minat Beli.
